This complaint is in with reference no 1934003, i got a second hand phone, for which while purchasing the insurance claim i asked the executive that i have not bought this phone new and got this phone, so at the time of claiming for insurance will i be requiring any document of the seller. At that time he told me that nothing is required and only an application is required, but now when i have asked for a claim then they are asking for each and every proof. However, i have provided them with the original invoice and order summary and my original id proof (The insurance registered person), but they are still not accepting the claim. I have the complete recording of that executive stating that only an application is required and have shared the recording on email as well to aniruddha. [protected]@oneassist.in, but no one is bothered to reply.
