Hi Team
My device has been repaired from an unauthorised service centre and has screen and network issues. Also, due to this the warranty is now void.
I want reason for not getting the device repaired from an authorised centre and seek compensation in full amount of the device.

I am trying to register my complaint with one assist team. However the after sales response is completely pathetic.

    I made complaint on 11 march but my phone was picked on 05 april now one month has been passed but your executive sonali on last 29 april said phone will be delivered on 02 may, on 2 may I called again ms sonali said it will be delivered on 3 may. I called on 3 may mr ajeel said phone is on delivery stage and he don't know when it will be delivered.
    Now you count the days from 11th march and which is keep on passing. Nearly two months.
    It is really harsh that after two months you will solve the complaint of customer.
    Your insurance period is of 1 year out of which I lost my two months bcz of the worst service and still don't know when it will be delivered.
    If possible refund my money and phone.
    When you don't know when it will be delivered why you all made false promises.

      I have dropped a mail on 18th January 2017 to stop/discontinue my subscription from oneassist, but still it has not been revoked or acknowledged.

      Now again it has been renewed without my confirmation and amount of Rs. 1799 has been deducted from my account.

      It is really frustrating as I am staying outside India and not getting chance to visit their office for every single things.

      I would like lodge a complain here on the services being provided as customers money are getting deducted without their confirmation even when customer has requested to discontinue.

        Plz don't take any membership from this group. They are fraud group & make false commitment as well zero help by their side.
        I have a membership of one assist wallet missing with lot of commitment but actually they don't anytype of help & it is wastage of money to attach with such type of groups.
        Today i called them to check their service & help, they totally deny the service as well informing me that insurance company is not allowing this & that.
        So my suggestion with all indians that dont belive with such type of fraud people & never be a member of such type of fraud groups.

          I have sent a mobile phone for screen replacement, for which my claim was rejected, and to my surprise I received the phone in a not working condition. Initially the phone was just having a crack on the screen, and was in perfect working condition, now the phone is not even switch on. There is no response from oneassist despite multiple calls and mails.

            I am an hdfc bank credit card holder. My credit card ending 0053 has been subscribed for one assist membership and rs.1299 debited to my account without my knowledge. I just wanted to cancel my membership subscription and refund amount to my account as i don’t require any protection on my cards. So it’s no use for me to pay rs.1299 every year.
            I have asked last year also to not renew the membership but again you guys deducted the amount from my credit card. So, cancel the membership as soon as possible and refund back the amount.

              Hi,

              I have taken Mobile insurance from One assist and they act as a middleman for Insurance and Xioami. Believe me taking insurance from one assist was the biggest mistake of my life.

              They have set of foolish and inexperienced people in their team who cannot analyze the complaint.

              My handset was damaged as it accidentally fell from by bed back while I was sleeping and now they are saying it is negligence and they rejected my claim. Please, someone, try to explain to them that 90% people keep their mobile on the bed back while sleeping and not in a locker.

                Hi,

                I have a HDFC credit card ending with 3953. One assist has given me a plan for card insurance which cost around 1800 rupees in last year 2016. But after several request for cancelling the insurance they did not cancel it. I did not add any card in the policy and thus my money was like a donation to the one assist. However in this year I have seen my policy has been automatically renewed deducted from my account. Only they emailed me about the welcome kit will dispatched shortly. I mailed to One assist customer service to refund my amount but they did not took my complaint. What type of fraud company? so either Oneassist should refund my money or cancel my card.

                  Complaint against HDFC credit card on one assist plan charges
                  On 15/04/2017 I got a call from HDFC saying to activate SmartEMI on my credit card. I flatly refused for the same. Later on 21/ 4/2017 I get a message from HDFC saying 1299 has been deducted in return for SmartEMI request. I verified the same with HDFC bank. I was informed One Assist is the guilty party. I complained against one assist regarding the same. They acknowledged their mistake and informed me that I will get a call back form them in next 48 working hours. I get a call back on 29/04/2017 and I was informed that I will be getting refund of rupees 400/-. Rest of the money will not be refunded since I had activated the services when I was filling the form online. Funny thing is my form was filled by a HDFC employee and he told me no additional charges will be getting cut. I told him I want my full refund and he still insisted on me to take this 400/- rupees. His was very rude in him demeanor and even said hdfc cant do anything regarding the same. His name was Abdul Kadir. I called HDFC bank again and informed them of the same. Their reply was that I will get callback from One Assist. This is total fraudulent tie up between one assist and HDFC. Totally unacceptable for a company with such a big NAME and STATURE.
                  I have raised complaint in customer care about one assist charges without my permission and my knowledge. So refund amount RS.1299 to my account. I will not be needing this services.

                    This complaint is in with reference no 1934003, i got a second hand phone, for which while purchasing the insurance claim i asked the executive that i have not bought this phone new and got this phone, so at the time of claiming for insurance will i be requiring any document of the seller. At that time he told me that nothing is required and only an application is required, but now when i have asked for a claim then they are asking for each and every proof. However, i have provided them with the original invoice and order summary and my original id proof (The insurance registered person), but they are still not accepting the claim. I have the complete recording of that executive stating that only an application is required and have shared the recording on email as well to aniruddha. [protected]@oneassist.in, but no one is bothered to reply.

I have asked them to remove the name and each time I get call, they will insist me to avail the service.                         My i phone was damagd in my gym so i apply for clame 14 march. They took my phone but no one give me any temporary phone i completed about temporary phone many times but the one assist employees said temporary phone is not available. I also paid my bill of replacement 1438rs. Now they said the phone is now on repairing condition. I need my phone back it's 46 days gone what is your company doing i am telling you i'll complaint about this on consumer department or court so kindly deliver my i phone.

                          Respective head,

                          This is with reference to wallet assist renewal of my relationship no 390369 my policy automatically renewed on april2017 without any intimation from the company. I wish to discontinue the policy and refund my premium for the policy. Inspite of rigorous follow up for the refund of the premium amount, the company is not taking any action. I want to cancel my policy and i am eligible for 100 % refund of the policy amount.

                          Please take further notice that you are hereby called upon to make arrangement to refund my premium amount of rs.1299/- (In words) within 7 days from the date of this mail.

                          What the hell is that still you guys are not refunding my money i have detail proof regarding your company i will surely file complain against your company.

                            My complain no 1811701, with one assist (Insurance company)
                            My phone has not been received yet, its being 2 month now still no status, plz give my phone back and stop harassing us. They just say one thing, keep patience you will get ur phone next week and that next week haven't yet came.
                            I have raised complain in feb end, and earlier they told pick up will be done in 3-4 working dates and they did in 20 days. And they said you will get your handset in 20 working days, and its being more than 45 working days still i ahvnt received my phone. They told me it is with insurance company to get approval and after approval you will get in 2-3 days. And its being more than week after insurance company approval and still i called them told and they said you will mostly next week. They are harassing each and every day. I told them if you can't repair then just give it back but atlas give it back, its a fraud company made mistake by trusting them. Please help to get back my phone

                              Initially i was not intimated about the service and an amount of 1799 was deducted from my axis bank account without my permission. I am haressed calling these one assist people repeatedly. Neither they refund the amount or help in any kind. I no longer want to invite trouble for me and want tk terminated this service as soon as possible. The concerned axis bank is also not responding in a right way. If this continues i will be forced to terminate my account there too

                                The company collected my phone and was supposed to return it within 2 weeks.
                                It has been over 2 months but I haven't received my handset back.
                                Every time, I call One Assist, their representative informs me that the insurance company hasn't approved the claim. This has been the status for over a month now. They have no mechanism of escalation of complaints or speaking to any senior. Apparently, their seniors, Ms Asha Rani or Mr Zaffar Khan, are supposed to call back within 24 hours. They never do. I have requested for this call back on the last 4 occasions on which I spoke their customer care representative.
                                Needless to say one doesn't expect such a service from a company of such repute.
                                My complaints have fallen on deaf ears. This is my last complaint.

                                  I wish to bring to your notice a fraud that has been commited against me.
                                  Some wallet service has been activated on my ICICI account without informing me and without my permission.
                                  Yesterday, i received one envolep at my home stating that you have opt for the particular service.
                                  I just want from you people that kindly discontinued this facility which i didn't opt for and refund my whole amount other wise i will sue your company as well as bank. If i didn't got any resolution within a day i will be filling case against both Bank as well as oneassist for doing a fraud.

                                    Taking long time to provide the service
                                    First time oneassist not rectified the concern and returned to me that saying phone was repaired but there is no said repairing done in phone.
                                    I think executive seated there are illitrate they dont understand the actaual problem of customer.
                                    They work on assumption. That drawned the company soon.
                                    Is there any person to handle it? See and liftup i[censored] will late than there will no otherethan responsible for it.
                                    Providing very poor services.

                                    Very disappointed with oneassist.
                                    When I called to Customer Care they dont have my phone status.
                                    I need my phome back soon.

                                      OneAssist was activated on my HDFC credit card without my permission on 18/04/2017 and Rs.1299 was deducted from my account. Same day i had called HDFC and given a request to cancel OneAssist and refund the amount. The Request No:[protected]. HDFC customer care assured me that the amount will get refunded. But today i got a call saying it won't. Please help!

                                        I have submitted my phone in last September. Sent documents in courier on December 7th. Calling daily no response. Mailing to Happy to assist. No reply. This is the one of worst customer service. I am fed up with you people. You are mentally harrasing me. I don't know how to deal with this company. I shall walk-in to consumer Court soon. Hope they will answer you properly. I will file the case against for eating my time and for harrasing.
