This complaint is in with reference no 1934003, i got a second hand phone, for which while purchasing the insurance claim i asked the executive that i have not bought this phone new and got this phone, so at the time of claiming for insurance will i be requiring any document of the seller. At that time he told me that nothing is required and only an application is required, but now when i have asked for a claim then they are asking for each and every proof. However, i have provided them with the original invoice and order summary and my original id proof (The insurance registered person), but they are still not accepting the claim. I have the complete recording of that executive stating that only an application is required and have shared the recording on email as well to aniruddha. [protected]@oneassist.in, but no one is bothered to reply.

We have got a call from oneAssist team regarding benefits but they haven't explained cost and payment option. Now Rs. 1799/- debited from my account which is not acceptable kindly Deactivate plan and refund money to my account otherwise I will terminate my saving account to your bank.

    I have receiving calls every alternate days for confirming the service.Despite several rejections, still I get a call to confirm. I have asked them to remove the name and each time I get call, they will insist me to avail the service. A different executive will call me and each time I will have to explain him that I am interested in the service. This is leading to lot of time wastage

      My i phone was damagd in my gym so i apply for clame 14 march. They took my phone but no one give me any temporary phone i completed about temporary phone many times but the one assist employees said temporary phone is not available. I also paid my bill of replacement 1438rs. Now they said the phone is now on repairing condition. I need my phone back it's 46 days gone what is your company doing i am telling you i'll complaint about this on consumer department or court so kindly deliver my i phone.

        Respective head,

        This is with reference to wallet assist renewal of my relationship no 390369 my policy automatically renewed on april2017 without any intimation from the company. I wish to discontinue the policy and refund my premium for the policy. Inspite of rigorous follow up for the refund of the premium amount, the company is not taking any action. I want to cancel my policy and i am eligible for 100 % refund of the policy amount.

        Please take further notice that you are hereby called upon to make arrangement to refund my premium amount of rs.1299/- (In words) within 7 days from the date of this mail.

        What the hell is that still you guys are not refunding my money i have detail proof regarding your company i will surely file complain against your company.

          My complain no 1811701, with one assist (Insurance company)
          My phone has not been received yet, its being 2 month now still no status, plz give my phone back and stop harassing us. They just say one thing, keep patience you will get ur phone next week and that next week haven't yet came.
          I have raised complain in feb end, and earlier they told pick up will be done in 3-4 working dates and they did in 20 days. And they said you will get your handset in 20 working days, and its being more than 45 working days still i ahvnt received my phone. They told me it is with insurance company to get approval and after approval you will get in 2-3 days. And its being more than week after insurance company approval and still i called them told and they said you will mostly next week. They are harassing each and every day. I told them if you can't repair then just give it back but atlas give it back, its a fraud company made mistake by trusting them. Please help to get back my phone

            Initially i was not intimated about the service and an amount of 1799 was deducted from my axis bank account without my permission. I am haressed calling these one assist people repeatedly. Neither they refund the amount or help in any kind. I no longer want to invite trouble for me and want tk terminated this service as soon as possible. The concerned axis bank is also not responding in a right way. If this continues i will be forced to terminate my account there too

              The company collected my phone and was supposed to return it within 2 weeks.
              It has been over 2 months but I haven't received my handset back.
              Every time, I call One Assist, their representative informs me that the insurance company hasn't approved the claim. This has been the status for over a month now. They have no mechanism of escalation of complaints or speaking to any senior. Apparently, their seniors, Ms Asha Rani or Mr Zaffar Khan, are supposed to call back within 24 hours. They never do. I have requested for this call back on the last 4 occasions on which I spoke their customer care representative.
              Needless to say one doesn't expect such a service from a company of such repute.
              My complaints have fallen on deaf ears. This is my last complaint.

                I wish to bring to your notice a fraud that has been commited against me.
                Some wallet service has been activated on my ICICI account without informing me and without my permission.
                Yesterday, i received one envolep at my home stating that you have opt for the particular service.
                I just want from you people that kindly discontinued this facility which i didn't opt for and refund my whole amount other wise i will sue your company as well as bank. If i didn't got any resolution within a day i will be filling case against both Bank as well as oneassist for doing a fraud.

                  Taking long time to provide the service
                  First time oneassist not rectified the concern and returned to me that saying phone was repaired but there is no said repairing done in phone.
                  I think executive seated there are illitrate they dont understand the actaual problem of customer.
                  They work on assumption. That drawned the company soon.
                  Is there any person to handle it? See and liftup i[censored] will late than there will no otherethan responsible for it.
                  Providing very poor services.

                  Very disappointed with oneassist.
                  When I called to Customer Care they dont have my phone status.
                  I need my phome back soon.

                    OneAssist was activated on my HDFC credit card without my permission on 18/04/2017 and Rs.1299 was deducted from my account. Same day i had called HDFC and given a request to cancel OneAssist and refund the amount. The Request No:[protected]. HDFC customer care assured me that the amount will get refunded. But today i got a call saying it won't. Please help!

                      I have submitted my phone in last September. Sent documents in courier on December 7th. Calling daily no response. Mailing to Happy to assist. No reply. This is the one of worst customer service. I am fed up with you people. You are mentally harrasing me. I don't know how to deal with this company. I shall walk-in to consumer Court soon. Hope they will answer you properly. I will file the case against for eating my time and for harrasing.

                        Dear Sir,
                        My son Ankit Choudhary (Mob. [protected]) who is registered with you, purchased mobile which was insured by OneAssist Consumer Solutions Pvt. Ltd, it's photo and video's are attached herewith.
                        The battery of this mobile swallowed and the whole set got tinted and its screen got crackages.
                        we lodge our grievances with the company with due procedures but we were shocked that the set was returned back without repaired.

                          I have took the insurance of one assist when i have purchased my mobile F1S Oppo phone. They have assured me that whenever i will face any sort of problem (Like screen damage in accident, Mobile gone in water or anyt sort of other problem) during the insurance period they will not charge me single rupees and they will fix the problem through service center.

                          Now i am waiting for my mobile from last 25 days and they haven't given me my mobile yet.

                              After repeated calls for card protection plan, I had categorically instructed not to call me over and again. But to my dismay, they have deducted a fee of 1799 from my HDFC credit card on 15-12-16.
                              After receiving the papers I had called the customer care team which assured me of cancellation. But no action till date.

                                Respected Sir/Madam, I wish to bring to your notice a fraud that has been commited against me. I got a call from One assist for giving me information about their account protection service. They never asked me if I even wanted the service and still an amount of Rs 1799 was deducted from my ICICI bank account. I have wrote 5-6 mails and have also called the customer care of both ICICI and One assist. The Bank assured me that the service will be discontinued and my money will be completely refunded. But then I got a call from One assist today and the executive told me they can't refund me the whole amount and they kept forcing me to accept the plan, when I strongly denied they started haggling on the refund amount from 600 to 900. But how can I allow them to 'discount' me when I never even opted for their service in the first place. They are just trying to screw me out of my money, that's why I want you to intervene and do something about this. They have caused me a lot of inconvenience.                                   I am an hdfc bank credit card holder. My credit card ending 5422 has been subscribed for one assist and rs.1299 debited to my account without my knowledge. I just wanted to cancel my wallet assist subscription and refund amount to my account as i don’t require any protection on my cards. So it’s no use for me to pay rs.1299 every year.                                     My phone MI Max Prime was under insurance of OneAssist against physical and liquid damage. Its touch screen broke accidentally for which I claimed for repair under insurance. Other than broken screen phone was working normally. I was able to use its power and volume keys. They kept it for more than 20 days. Now they have rejected the claim saying no proper care was taken to safeguard the handset. Today I recieved the unrepaired phone. On opening the parcel I found the phone more broken. Its power key and volume keys are damaged and phone is slightly opened from that side. It was not before when I gave for screen repair. Looks like it was opened or tried to open.
                                    1. Now if proper care was taken it should not have been broken in first place. What kind of coverage they provide if its not accidental damage? Accidents happen because of lack of caring.
                                    2. Why they kept the handset so long if they had rejected the claim?
                                    3. If the claim was rejected why it looks like it was opened or tried to open which caused the additional damage that was not before? How can I be sure the original parts have not been replaced?
                                    4. What circumstances are there when a phone can broke even after proper care? If there is such example then any incident can be stated as lack of care. Its just contraversial.
                                    This company is fraud and should be brought to justice. They are just making money on the name of insurance premium but not repairing them. No one else should suffer from this company's fraud.

                                    My phone was re-picked for repair on 25 april and its about one and half month but the comapany doesnt know where is my phone. They just keep telling me that they will let me know the status in 2 working days but they never call.. I have to call again to know the status but I get same response that they will let me know the status in 2 working days.. And the cycle goes on..

                                      My phone was theft on 3/01/2014 and i reported that to oneassist for claim.
                                      Since my phone was only 10 days old since the date of purchasing so according to insurance upto 6 months of handset will be depreciate by 20%. So the current market value of my phone is rs-13999/ and after depreciation of 20% the amount i should receive rs-11, 199/of the claim.

                                      But oneassist is charging another 20 % from the approved amount by rs-2800/ and giving me final amount of rs-8399/

                                      I asked from the company's officials to provide me policy number of insurance where the insurer is "national insurance company" and they are denying to giving me policy number.

                                      I have doubt that one assist is cheating me by charging rs-2800/ without any reason.
