Hello there

I received sms from hdfc bank that one assist membership fees has been debited from my credit card to one assist plan. Without my concent and permission.. I dont even know the company and this kind o[censored]nsolicited charging of my credit card and use of my card by the company is really a criminal act and the co.
I had called the customer service they informed me that query has been sent to concerned department, the person was even not aware to which repartment... When i asked for complaint number or request number, he told me that is not available, he said i would receive a call from this team.

Please deactivate and refund my money asap

    I have purchased mi note 4 along with the handset i have also bought mi protect plan, unfortunately hanset hads damaged and raised the claim for the same service request number 1953622. And membership id :[protected]

    According to the policy they have to give the handset witin 15 days but it has been 3 weeks no updae from one assit when ihave tried to call them claim relationship officer ms. Jyothi shetty either doesnot respond to call or giving false promises and cuts the call in between. And threatens to give the handset without repair if we follow up for more

    Till date it is pending with insurance company and not specifing when i will get the handset.

      I have recieved a mail from ONe Assist on my gmail [protected]@gmail.com to renew my one assist subscription.i am not interested in further renewal.pls unsubcribe me from the plan forever.I forwarded a mail to [protected]@oneassist.in on 27.05.2017 but even after that they have deducted the subscription amount on 29.05.2017. i recieved a reply from them saying that

        I want to close my one assist policy which is automatically activated with my hdfc credit card ending no. 1801. My mobile no. Is [protected]. Please close this policy because this service is activated on my credit card without my consent even i didnot get my credit card yet and charges are deducted from my account. Close this policy and refund my amount 1299₹ otherwise i will take this matter to the consumer court. This is a really bad service from your team.

        As per your word your cancellation team will contact me within 48 hours but it past around 5 days no call is arranged for me. Even i did not get response from your team. (Service request no. 2026948).

        May i know the status for delay...!!!

        My billing date is at my door step & i am not going to pay the amount for
        Which i am not responsible.

        This is a very worst experience with you...

          Hello there

          I Received SMS from ICICI BANK that RS-1299/- deducted from my credit card to ONE ASSIST PLAN. without my permission. I also got an SMS from one assist team saying that my plan got extended successfully. But for the first when it deducted, your customer care person has told that its been activated for you and refund not possible and he also said that while they get back to me for renewal they can cancel my account. But now without my permission, the plan got renewed. I don't even know this and this kind o[censored]nsolicited charging of my credit card and use of my card by the company is really a criminal act and the co.

          Please deactivate and refund my money ASAP

            Hi,

            I had purchase oneassist mobile insurance plan on 17 apr, 2017 and i cancelled my plan on[protected]. As per the policy, if customer cancel plan before one month of activation date, full amount would be refunded.

            Oneassist team confirmed my plan cancellation on 16-05-17. They informed me about my full refund and asked me to share my bank details (Shared on[protected]. I had sent multiple emails on status of my refund but didn't received any reply.

            Today, i inquired about my refund which is still pending. Team says, your refund amount is processed with 50% of amount.

            I request you to please provide the resolution to avoid taking this matter to next step.

              I called to customer care to submit my claim, they said that your previous claim has not closed, we will close it in 48hrs and then you can raise new claim. They have not closed my old claim in their system from six month. nobody knows why. I called customer care 4 times in 8 days still they have not closed my old claim and only response was wait. I asked them to connect me with their seniors, every time response was we can not connect now but we will arrange callback which never come back.
              This is very unproffesional and unacceptable behaviour.
              I request oneassist to pls take action and correct the system.

                Dear Sir,
                I am a new credit card user and my credit card number ending with 0628. I have applied online for credit card and I have got my credit card. After a few day I have got a credit card statement with Rs.1299/-debited from my credit card against one assist MFEE. I have inquired about this facility and came to know that my credit card is not registered with one assist service and I have got a message yesterday from VM assist that my credit card is not registered.
                In the same connection I would like to draw your kind attention that I did not choose any service for my credit card while applying for credit card online so this is my humble request to you to either waive this one assist mfee from my credit card account or cancel the credit card, I don’t need this credit card any more.

                  I am jilani syed and I bought MI4i mobile from snapdeal on 12th october 2015 and my mobile suddenly fell on ground while driving and it is having issues like rebooting and hanging since december 2016.

                  I am having MI Assist Insurance for my mobile so i submitted my claim on 12/12/2016 and my claim id is 1697094.
                  The insurance company prepared a repair estimate of 4, 751 rupees on 17/01/2017 and sent insurance papers for approval.
                  They rejected the claim saying that the IMEI mentioned on DH does not match with the data on 17/02/2017.

                  I called One Assist customer support team and there is no proper reply from them so i mailed them on 18/02/2017 and there is no reply from them.
                  One Assist sent my Mobile back on 04/04/2017 after 2 months of claim rejection and when i received my mobile screen is found damaged.

                  In this process of 5 months my mobile IMEI number had been changed by one assist.
                  Kindly have a look into this issue and reply me if you have any queries.

                  While taking insurance we feel satisfied with the promises but when we file a claim they will show there true colours. The one assist customer care service is pathetic when ever we raise issues they will say sorry and after a while they will keep the call on hold and after some time the call will disconnect. They won't recall you and they are not interested to hear your issues. Worst customer service.

I would like to cancel my policy and also request given for cancelation. But the policy not yet canceled. I request please cancel my 2 (mi protect) policy and return my amount.                       I have raised a claim against liquid damage of my Lenovo Vibe K5 Note 8 months back for 6-7 clearly specified issues with details.

                      1st time it took 45 days for the device to be returned back to me. They could rectify only 1 issue out of 7. I raised the complaint at the immediate moment for the same. They had their internal discussion for another 45 days and decided to re-pickup the device.

                      2nd time also they took around 40 days to deliver the device. The strange thing here is i received the device in same condition which was delivered after 1st time with only 1 out of 7 issue resolution infact this time device's condition was worsened than before. I again had to call up immediately to not to delay. This time they took 3 months to decide for next re-pickup.

                      3rd time it went on for around 15 days and as expected got the device the way it was picked up.

                      Even after 3rd time re-pickup, the device's condition is still the same and the device now is completely worsened and the reason specified was we can't repair the device in this condition which was due to their negligence only.

                      They created the reason on 2nd pick up and now in 3rd pick up they denied considering that as reason for furthur servicing of the device.

                      I would request the head of this forum to give the justice for my case. I had to literally followup them like anything. Almost 4-5 times calls a day from last 8 months. Always they used to say the case is in offline mode and we don't have status and all. These guys are not even responsible to respond back properly to customers. I even have a mail chain showing their negligence from last 8 months.

                      I got fed up completely - PHYSICALLY, MENTALLY, PROFESSIONALLY and what not. It was even a night mare for me from these many days. I would need the resolution as early as possible now, else I WOULD PROCEED LEGALLY AS I HAVE ALL THE VALID PROOFS AGAINST ONE ASSIST.

                      Device has been re picked up thrice and returned in the same state without being repaired in the span of last 8 months.

                      Can i know your action plan for this time's re pickup. As per my experience based on last 3 re pickup, every time something or the other thing of the device is not working when delivered. Again for the next time they claim that its caused at customers end. For a Device to be used, it should be in a condition to use, Its a common sense that anyone can understand - power buttons are not working to switch it on, neither we can open the back lid.

                      I want this time's re pickup should be taking care of all the below mentioned issues(Its the same list which i mentioned 8 months back).

                      - Wifi, Bluetooth, GPS not working
                      - Sim Slots not recognizing sims. On multiple tries sometime recognizes. Its a very rare case
                      - Power & Volume buttons not working.
                      - Speakers.
                      - Water clogging in display.
                      - Torch/Flash Light (Newly detected issue after service center's immature activities)

                      And this time i don't want to hear any excuses.

                        I'm using hdfc credit card and my account is activated with one assist mfee and charged amount 1299 rs with out my knowledge. I want to cancel the unauthorized plan against my card, and also credit my money in my credit card which you have deducted in my credit card account.

                        Also this is unfair that you cannot deduct the amount from the credit card without prior notice through call/message.
                        And hdfc bank also has to recheck this issue with the auto payment modes.

                        So request you to please cancel this activation against my credit card, and refund my money also.

                          Sir,

                          I didnt got any call from one assist regarding their plans, but they charged me 1299 towards subscription. I just don't want the subscription and please cancel my subscription for my hdfc credit card ending with 7234. Other wise cancel my credit card, i don't want to spend money on all these things. I dont want these plan at all i did not get any valid info from your costumer care

                            One assist called me few days back and i sent them so many mails for not activating this plan and they replied back that my number is not registered for this plan.
                            Still after few days one assist has activated and charged me rs1299 from my account without my consent. I want you to cancel my subscription and refund my money as soon as possible. How can you charge me without my permission? Please deactivate and return my rs1299

                              Whats going onn with this company?
                              After my last complaint here when i stated that the insurance company rejected my claim with a false reason as it was not a willful negligence but clearly an accident and the handset was well protected from sides as well... I had a conversation with mr. Satya prakash last week he told me that the claim will be sent to the insurance company for reconsideration and since then he never pics the phone up and no sort of reconsideration have been initiated its more then a week now.

                              I will be sending a legal notice by tomorrow to mr. Subrat pani (Ceo) at his address as well as to the corporate office of one assist untill and unless i get an update regarding my claim status on my email id by today evening.

                                The worst service of any company i've used so far. I filed for a claim of my redmi note 3 (Silver, 32gb) on march 4th 2017. My phone was picked up for service many days later and my claim failed on 4th of april stating the reason as claim not required because customer is underage. I was ok with it and, waited for the return of my phone for a week. When it did'nt come i called the customer service and they assured me that i will recieve an update from their team in 48hrs and my phone will be returned. I did'nt recieve any updates for 4 days. So, i called customer care again, same answer. It's 25th may 2017 that i am writing this complaint and've called them more than 15 times. I get the same answer everytime, you will get an update in 24-48hrs. And i have'nt got a single update yet. It is mentally harassing and i feel helpless. I am starting to believe (After reading other complaints on this site) that this company is made for stealing phone from clients.

                                    I am a hdfc credit card holder, the bank has auto debited rs.1299 from my credit card number ending with xxxxxxx0377 with out my authorization on date 06/05/17 and i dont want this membership so cancel the membership and refund the same.
                                    I have daily called customer care[protected], they reply that the cancellation team will call within 48hrs on working days and will refund the total amount of rs.1299, but very sad to say that till now, it is more than 10 days, no confirmation call is receive. It is a fraud service.

                                      My mobile with HTC desire 526g plus has slipped from the hand while calling to a person and display glass broken and touch is not working, and mobile is covered under insurance warranty, this is the first claim, i have faith on one assist saying that my mobile will be claimed under one assist insurance policy and my mobile will be back as new as when i purchase, So please do needfull on this claim.
