I don't know how I subscribed to One Assist, I not at all registered any wallet items or credit/debit cards for coverage still one assist team deducted the amount. Request to cancel one assist,
pleases cancel one assist and refund the amount. One assist not useful for me.

    Dear Team,

    I am a HDFC credit card holder, The bank has auto debited Rs.1299 from my credit card number ending with XXXXXXXX7611 with out my authorization on date 07/03/17 and I dont want this membership so cancel the membership and refund the same;

    Relation ship number for one assit is 1797881

    I urge OneAssist to cancel this preposterous membership at once and debit the amount back into my credit card at the earliest as this was done WITHOUT MY AUTHORIZATION OR CONSENT! If not, I'd be forced to take up the issue to the consumer court as this is clearly in violation of consumer rights and cyber laws!

      Rs1799 deducted from my Credit Card on 09/12/2016 for credit card protection plan which i never asked and no body contacted me to take permission regarding this. I do not want this plan please cancel immediately.

      I was assured that Rs.500 will be refunded back to my Credit Card account in January 2017. Now its March End still the amount is not transferred. Refund my amount immediately.

      And DO NOT EVER deduct any amount from my Credit Crad. I dont WANT this plan so DO NOT RENEW IT.

      And REFUND my money Rs.500 agreed by you Immediately.

          My Policy Start on 12/02/2017 & I requested Customer Care executive for Close my Policy on 15/02/2017. I contact again for Refund amount & they told me refund provide was 21/02/2017. After 10 days later I cheak my Bank Statement But No amount was credited. I sent few email with attach my letest bank statement also called again them but no possitive respond from there. When I Contact Customer Care They are always told me that - 2 or 3 days wait for refund & our Senior Executive call back you today 5 to 6 p.m. I waiting for Call last 3 days But None one call i recive from there. The Customer Care executive are well trained for fraudster. My Policy was canceled on 15/02/2017 But Today 19/03/2017 Refund was not recived. Worst Services.

            I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited rs 1299 from my credit card number ending with 0067 without my authorization on date:07/03/2017. And i don't want this membership so cancel the membership and refund the same.

            Have you know it’s a cyber crime activity, without authentication make payment from my account. Please take necessary action refund the same. If not i will step into consumer court.

              They lie every time when i call them, when they sell you the insurance they tell you that all problem is fixed in 12 days when i call them they tell me it will take one month to fix your phone problem. When i call them every time they said me that your request is in processing or they tell me that your document is not completed or your document is going for verifiaction they are not giving me the clear answer.

                Please cancel my policy and refund my amount as soon as possible. I am trying so many time but your company not picking my call. Your company how to giving wrong information to me. I will discuss with hdfc bank whatever giving information i will share with hdfc bank manager he is totally shocking for your information.                   As per our telephonic ([protected]) conversation with you (Sonali madam) on date & time 18/03/2017 12:26 am i requested to you to deactivate one assist membership (Relationship number 1820798). You said me that your company one assist credit the deducted amount rs. 1299.00 (Deducted on 14/03/2017) credit on 15/03/2017 to your credit card. Rs. 1299.00 but i checked my statement and found that you have not deactivate my one assist membership but you make smart emi for this amount. My hdfc credit card statement also showing dial an emi for rs. 1299. Cr and on 16/03/2017 smart emi, int nbr:01, [protected] rs 427.21 debit from my credit card service tax also charged on this emi amount rs 17.53.

                  As per your requirement on telephone for proof of amount deduction i am sending my credit card statement. Kindly check and refund my amount.

                        My client number is 1149133 and my samsung galaxy s7 edge handset was taken by the oneassist for repair on 5th february. It hasn't been returned till date. The people on their customer care email have stopped replying, their execs on call are hopeless and the company states an issue that insurance review is pending from another organization.
                        Oneassist needs to understand that it is their responsibility to get back my phone within 15 working days and not my headache if another organization doesn't comply.

                            I had purchased a mobile insurence package and when my phone was damaged had raised for claim. There was a delay by the company to get back to me and later i was told that i had to get my phone repaired myself since my area was not under the servicable area. It was not mentioned to me while purchasing the insurence. After getting the phone repaired myself i applied for refund of the service charge which the company has not refunded even after three months. I do not get any reply to my mails and also the call is disconnected as soon as i get in touch with a customer care executive. I wanted to know if there is a way of taking up the same with consumer court and irda as well.

                                  There is no update from one assist (Mobile insurance) about my mobile. I had submitted my mobile and claimed for a screen damage and it has been nearly 2months.

                                  The customer care is pathetic. They put the call on hold for 20 mins or close the call when I ask for update. there has been no reply to any of my mails.

                                  I have been trying to contact them but no proper response from them.
                                  The service center said screen damage will hardly take 2 days to repair.

                                  No defined time frame has been provided to return my mobile. Kindly help me in retrieving my mobile from them.

                                    Am writing this extremely disturbed and shocked at the behaviour of your sales executives at oneassist. I had called to get my phone insured and was put in touch with mr nair and his team members. During the negotiations, they spoke to me in a very rude and harsh manner and hung up the phone on me saying we dont need you take our services. Mr nair refused to speak with me even after my repeated calls and instead told his assistant to tell me to never call back. I am part of a media organisation and talk to company executives on a daily basis but have never been subjected to this kind of arrogance before.

                                      Sir Rs1299 deducted from my account on 10/03/2017 for credit card protection plan which i never asked and no body contacted me to take permission regarding this I do not want this plan please cancel it and refund Rs1299 My relation ship number is 1811901 .In future also please do not deduct any sort of amount. please take needful action to refund my money Thanks from Akram khan.

                                        I brought new RED Mi note 4 and activated MI Protect for that. After one week my phone glass was broken and submitted for claim request on one assist.

                                        These people started process on FEB 26th and told me 15 days it will take. Now it is 13rd MAR still saying it takes another 10 days.

                                        This worst kind of service i ever seen. They took my phone and not knowing what is happening to that.

                                        Don't ever buy one assist PLAN for your MI phones instead better buy some other insurence.
