I had purchased a mobile insurence package and when my phone was damaged had raised for claim. There was a delay by the company to get back to me and later i was told that i had to get my phone repaired myself since my area was not under the servicable area. It was not mentioned to me while purchasing the insurence. After getting the phone repaired myself i applied for refund of the service charge which the company has not refunded even after three months. I do not get any reply to my mails and also the call is disconnected as soon as i get in touch with a customer care executive. I wanted to know if there is a way of taking up the same with consumer court and irda as well.

        There is no update from one assist (Mobile insurance) about my mobile. I had submitted my mobile and claimed for a screen damage and it has been nearly 2months.

        The customer care is pathetic. They put the call on hold for 20 mins or close the call when I ask for update. there has been no reply to any of my mails.

        I have been trying to contact them but no proper response from them.
        The service center said screen damage will hardly take 2 days to repair.

        No defined time frame has been provided to return my mobile. Kindly help me in retrieving my mobile from them.

          Am writing this extremely disturbed and shocked at the behaviour of your sales executives at oneassist. I had called to get my phone insured and was put in touch with mr nair and his team members. During the negotiations, they spoke to me in a very rude and harsh manner and hung up the phone on me saying we dont need you take our services. Mr nair refused to speak with me even after my repeated calls and instead told his assistant to tell me to never call back. I am part of a media organisation and talk to company executives on a daily basis but have never been subjected to this kind of arrogance before.

              I brought new RED Mi note 4 and activated MI Protect for that. After one week my phone glass was broken and submitted for claim request on one assist.

              These people started process on FEB 26th and told me 15 days it will take. Now it is 13rd MAR still saying it takes another 10 days.

              This worst kind of service i ever seen. They took my phone and not knowing what is happening to that.

              Don't ever buy one assist PLAN for your MI phones instead better buy some other insurence.

                This is very worst experience from One assist team. I got a call from One assist team and they have given me a commitment stating that RS 2499/- for Life Time free card (ie, Zero annual fees), 1 year card protection scheme & 4500 money will be redeemed for the month of March'17( Points redeemed to cash). This is what the commitment given from them.

                On 9th Mar'17 Rs 575/- was debited from my Credit card for Annual fee. When I enquired about this with HDFC customer care they said this is not offer and they have given a Wrong commitment.

                I have called up One assist team and enquired about my wrong commitment. But they have put my call on hold and disconnected the Call.

                I lost my money when I Enquired about this, there wasn't any response. I don't trust you guys any more.

                Please cancel the policy and refund my money back and return my money back Rs 2499/-to my Credit card.

                  My service request no is 1803321. My one assist membership id is [protected]. My registered email id is arinafreen.[protected]@gmail.com. I have raised a claim for my cracked screen on 25th february. It's been 15 days since and i am yet to get any kind of reply from one assist. I have uploaded all the documents they asked me to, i have called them 5 times and every time i get the same reply 'we are validating your document we will get back to you within 2 days' that 2 days has been 15 days still no news. They were very prompt when they wanted me to buy their service, and what about after sales service. Absolutely pathetic. Fraud company. If this doesn't get resolve quickly i will file a case against them.

                      I have wallet insurance from one assisst for 2 years.
                      I lost my wallet on 7th December and asked the insurance company one assisst customer care executive to block my 5 out of the 6 registered cards online with oneassisst and the first problem they blocked all the cards without confirmation from my end in the phase of demonetisation. Which caused so much inconvenience for me.

                      Then when I complained about the incidence there was no cooperation from the one assisst side.

                      Then when i tried to contact their supervisors they never connected on call with me and listened to the concern personally.

                      It took 3 days to talk to a supervisor and tell them the concern. Then they promised to reimburse 100 rupees to get the new card fees which they blocked by mistake. I never got that reimbursement.

                      Then they also promised to apply for duplicate Driving license and Pan card and promised that it will be delivered at home.
                      Then they denied to deliver the Driving License at home and asked me to collect the DL from the court, i had to fight for it and then after 2 months it was delivered.

                      And now its been more than 3 months i still didn't get my pan card.

                      When i call they never pick up the call in one go.

                      They never treat the customer well.

                      They never take follow ups for the matter at hand.

                      They provide wrong status updates that the DL was already deliverd as per the status in their system.

                      And i dont know when will they complete their job for the PAN card.

                      Request you to lodge a complaint for this.

                      I am facing so much inconvinience for their service for which i have paid a premium for 2 years.

                          I have purchase Mi redmi 4 mobile with protect insurance plan of one assist..later update plan to better coverage & pay new plan premium in full .. as per one assist customer care they will refund money of old plan in 10 days.. 2 months later of harassment they refunded money of 499/- only where i have paid 599 .. invoice copy also provided ... MI india also not giving propoer reply on this. both companies will cheating with us.

                            Dear Deepali,

                            I had requested to cancel one assist on 2-March-2017 (which was activated in my HDFC credit card WITHOUT MY PERMISSION) and today is 10-March-2017 9days has crossed, still it is not refunded and when i call customer care i will be put on hold for over 20minutes and at last call will be disconnected, i have mailed several times to [protected]@oneassist.in no one seems to get back to the emails.
                            daily i have to call and send emails for reminders and your team says they will get back in 48hrs which never happened.

                            If my issue is not sorted at the earliest i will take screenshots and put it on social medias and request people not to entertain Oneassist.
                            I have all the call records and email exchanges to put on Facebook, Youtube, Twitter, Instagram, Whatsapp.
                            Oneassist has pathetic customer support to support their customers.

                                I am trying to reach on your[protected] since 2 hours and no body is responding at alll.

                                Damage Description.
                                Phone was kept at TV stand on corner near charging point. Due to Vibration of incoming call phone dropped down and resulted in to misalignment at one corner of screen as well screen seems to came out from that corner too..

                                My Relationship number is 174984. Pathetic customer care service. Nobody ever responds in the customer care. It's a wait till infinity. They hardly bothers about the customers. What they want is only the subscription membership amount which automatically deducts in time and after that they forget everything. But luckily finally one customer service lady picked up the call and I promptly told her to cancel the membership. But already wasted more than 7 thousand service in the last 6 years. what a gigantic, pathetic service.

                                  Now it is going enough my amount is deducted on 10th Feb 2017. During the payment I was using net banking and i have already send my all details to [protected]@oneassist.in many times and they also called yesterday and told me your amount has been refunded but till now no any amount is credited in my account and today a one of the OneAssist member called me by tollfree no. +[protected]. And totally forced me for all ATM card details. Now it is enough from the side of OneAssist.

                                  Sorry incoming call comes from the tollfree no. [protected] from OneAssist and totally forced and ask me about the details of my ATM cum debit card and told me your amount will be credited in 2 minutes.

                                      Very worst company previously I have complain about the refund of my deducted amount of 10 Feb 2017. But yesterday the OneAssist called me the amount is already refunded to your bank account but till now no any amount is credited in my bank account. They always try to fool customer and total wasting of time. I only want to say refund my amount immediately before mark as resolved. Your team is always request wait for 24 hrs but when will end your 24 hrs from 10th Feb to 09th March. Very bad experience with OneAssist.
