One assist called me few days back and I sent them so many mails for not activating this plan and they replied back that my number is not registered for this plan.
Still after few days one assist has activated and charged me Rs1799 from my account without my consent. I want you to cancel my subscription and refund my money as soon as possible. How can you charge me without my permission? Please deactivate and return my Rs1799....

I had applied for claim on 13th feb, 2017. The company and all its employees were very quick and helpful during the process but then the storm came. I was told that the cost of repair is beyond claim amount so asked for my unrepaired handset back.

Now its almost 1 month and no one is responding to my emails or phone calls. The telephonic guys just tell me that someone will get back to you in 48 hrs. But that never happens.br...

This is a completely fraudulent transaction from the company. Please refund rs.1299/- immediately to the credit card otherwise will need to raise grievance with consumer court.
