I have registered the complaint for my Onida 43 FIF TV which is under warranty.

Issue: TV not powering ON due to main PCB board issue

Technician visited the home and said that the board had an issue which needed to be replaced. He ordered the part on the same day 21st April 2021. But still now the part dispatch team is not showing any response. I have asked for an alternative arrangement but still no response.

To whom I need to take it further or shall I need to return the TV because three times I have raised the problem for this New Tv after I bought it.

Please check this case and provide an update as soon as possible.

Dear team I brought a 32 inches tv thru Amazon and got delivered on 18th of April to my surprise no one turned up to install my tv kindly intervene..I lost my 10 days window for exchange in Amazon too

Post which I will forced to lodge a complaint in consumer forum hyderabad

Purchased onida microwave 8 months ago and now it is not working properly and very bad customer service the customer care rep was rude and sleeping on call and till date no technician came to my home address.

A faulty microwave was delivered in the last week of October 2020.

And after raising a complain its been 4 month but its not resolved.

Pathetic customer care department / Unprofessional managers who even do not take the calls / unskilled technicians

Washing Machine in Warranty.
Door hinge broken (seems due to high vibration)

Company asking to pay for metal part even in warranty.

Ordered hinge but till now no response from company, only customer care is responding that they are trying to arrange. No assurance, no time bound solution, pathetic Service Team

Somehow tried to connect Mr Satish [protected] at Mumbai HO, his behavior is strange and it took him 3 days for whatsapp reply that it will be sourced by next week. And at present it is not picking up the phone.

I purchased being ONIDA an Indian Company, seems such company bring bad name for Indian Manufacturers and higher management must see the sleepy nature of SERVICE TEAM

My washing machine is not working and seeing the REVIEWS of service/availability of spare parts of Onida machines, company needs to introspect itself from service point of view.

I searched in Google and I got a call from arul and he sent a technician and changed the IC and both the speaker..After two days the complaint had not been rectified and I am repeatedly giving a call and no response from his side till now...He is spoiling the company name...kindly look it into it and do the needful.

I purchased Onida washing machine from flipmart in the month of November.We have observed that after washing the clothes the threads are coming out and spoiling the clothes.I have raised a complaint in december and they sent a technician, and he kept complaining that our clothes were not proper.I kept calling him again and again, he washed a cloth in the machine by himself and finally said the product has to be replaced(dust collecter).They have not even updated that they sent for product replacement.When I kept calling again, about the status, then they informed it is sent for replacement.
Till the new product comes they asked to wash clothes removing the dust collecter.Still we are facing the issue and the product is not replaced .I called the consumer care again and asked to send a better technician to diagnose the problem, but they sent the same person again and he was rude saying, please keep quiet till the product comes...

I am really feeling so bad why I bought the product from this Company.I think they have sent a faulty machine.

Nobody has come to repair washing machine in guarantee. Despite calling customer care twice a day.
Making complaints since 28th December 2020. Today is 12th January 2021.

I have purchased Onida 6.2 kg Fully Automatic Top Load Grey (T62CGN / CRYSTAL 62), which was Delivered on Oct 13, 2019.

Since starting it has been having sound issues, too high sound has come, when we start the machine and we have been raised lots of complaining but onida technician is unable to fix the issue. He has simply come and taken a photo of the machine and returns back.

We are facing a lot of trouble. We have not washed the cloth even one time.

I need replacement of this machine at the earliest.

How Can I find my PF details in EPFO site?

I buy onida washing machine in 1 month ago but 1 day create noise and 28 days ago damage sping side motor vry bad service and quality ur executive no service reply.

Myself Karthick Rajendran, My onida washing machine ( Model Crystal - Serial Number T62CGN#19GH2#017164) is not working properly. So, I called the customer service center and they sent a technician. The technician informed me that some spare parts should come and asked me to wait for 1 week. After 1 week i called customer care center 100 times, still they are asking to wait. Now, more than 30 Days have completed. So, I request you to take immediate action regarding this problem. Really we felt worried after purchasing this onida washing machine. Please solve this issue and to encourage us to purchase Onida products.

The microwave was getting full smoke ahd it was shut down

I have purchased Onida Black Beauty 28L Convection from Flipkart.
However, I haven't received the 255 Auto CookBook Menu and Cookware

My Phone number is [protected] and I had placed a service request through Onida toll free number on[protected] number mentioned behind service booklet) for complaint regarding my Onida microwave black beauty PC23 ( Onida Microwave Booklet copy attached ) which was giving complaint . MY EXPERIENCE AFTER LODGING THE COMPLAINT HAS BEEN VERY PATHETIC AND HORRIBLE. After lodging the complaint, the lady who answered the Toll free sent a service staff to my house on 11/10/2020 . The service staff took the parts and the motherboard of my microwave on that date . He came back on 12/10/2020 and informed that the issue is resolved . He switched on the Microwave and it worked at that time . He then took Rs 2, 850 from me as charges. (Copy of Bill given to me is attached )
The very next day the microwave again started giving complaint and I called the service engineer . He came and took the Microwave motherboard again . After that day he has switched off his mobile and not answering to my calls also . My wife was following up with the Toll free Numer[protected], but the lady who handles this toll free has behaved very very rudely and was not at all ready to help us . The lady handling the toll free today also told us that she is not responsible if the service engineer commits fraud or disappears.
I have already called Onida toll free 4 times since last 3 days but the money or Microwave motherboard has not been returned by the service engineer till now . Does ONIDA team have such a poor pathetic and fraud service team who runs away with the customers microwave parts and money.

Please refund me the cost of my Onida microwave and I want confirmed suitable action taken against the Toll free staff and Service engineer

I bought the oven from flipkart during big billion days sale october 2020 . it was delivered on 23 october 2020.
There cook book and starter cookware kit is missing .
Please provide the missing cook book and starter cookware kit.

After registering the complaint, the retailer, according to his statement, I registered the complaints a formality, a guy came and went watching TV and said that it will be cured in a week at the earliest.I looked for 1 month to see if any action would be taken by the company, but the new retailer paid no attention to the company. When I called the retailer, he said that you call the people of this company, he will bypass his service, saying that he was bypassed.

Every day after leaving my office, I am pushing me there everyday’s is assured that in 2 days the solution of your problem will come. After getting a lot of force, I get so surprised that if you give any other work to TV other than Onida, then you will get it. Then why I bought the Onida brand is a joke If this was to be done then why would I have taken Onida .If we have to take service ourselves then why should we go to any shop then how should we vocalize the local. .This is how the company hands over its brand to the people I just hope that my company will take the stand as a company

The ac was bought from flipkart on 9th march 2020. With one year warranty.
Model no : ir123rho.
The service centre guy came for installation and asked a total amount of 3600/- for installation. On asking him the details of 3600/- for installation. He said 1500/- as installation charges and 2100/- for the stand of the outdoor unit which needs to be bought seperately. On asking him that will it be an onida branded stand? He said no. My brother has an ac spare parts shop so i got the same stand for just 400/- (Same brand, same box, same quality which the service centre guy was giving me for 2100/-.) he got irritated and threatened me that you have to buy from us or i will mention that the warranty in void in service records. Now after around 5 months my ac has a problem and onida customer care refuses to accept the warranty and provide services. This is ridiculous, after buying from mirc electronics/ flipkart/onida we consumers have to do whatever they want. They can sell a rs 400/- stand for 2100/- and we are forced to buy that from them or they refuse to give warranty. The stand which the service centre guy had was not of onida company or neither provided exclusively for onida ac. He himself bought it from a local shop and charged a hefty amount for himself. Please register a consumer complaint regarding th above matter and stop consumer exploitation.
