I purchased Onida washing machine around one and half year back. Unfortunately got it down very soon. The washing Switch is not working properly. I called the CUSTOMER care number[protected] and registered a complaint (2007/[protected] at 11:59 AM on 26th of July 2020.
They gave me TAT of 48hrs, I did not got any response then I called again a representative said It is mentioned here "A technician (Qazi Sajid) visited to CUSTOMER premises and located the fault and the part is not available". It is totally a fake note mentioned I did not got any visit even not any technician called me so far. Then I called mANY TIMEs agents emphasized said We forward it on priority bases. but till now nothing is happen.

I am very tired of this, I regret Why did I purchased Onida Product. Before this I was using LG did not got ANY COMPLAINT for around 8 years it worked fine.
If there is anyone who can understand it please I would like to get refund. Take this ### back I want money back. If you are not able to provide the service don't sell the product.

Every time when i make complain the massage like cancellation request has been raised and if this request is false to avoid cancellation please give us missed call on [protected] and every time i have to make missed call. Your service station at anand has raised the issue of wiring and mcb it is already been checked. So, i request you to kindly do needful and give instruction to your service station to co-operate and to receive the calls from my side.in spite of frequent calling your royal services is not responding. Do needful in this matter immediately. The royal services is every time sending the person from different agencies. As per my knowledge the service station might not have sufficient technical manpower and facilities to solve a little problem like my problem.

I have already shared my complaint number and details to you but you have not taken care on it and again asking the same things that shows your interest towards customer care. If i will not find the solution of my problem i will put to the same in public media and whatsoever consequences are there you will be resposnsible. This is not an intimidation.

You have proved my experience with onida. Till today i have not received any response from your side. Give me number of days you will solve my problem.

Inspite of above complaint's and also recent registration of complain no. 2007f[protected] on dated 27/07/2020 you have not taken care of my complaints till today. So, i am very sorry to share my bad experience with onida services to the notice of the public. This is for your information. Now it is up to you to solve my problem or not.

My fridge is body charged

Demo installation scheduled on june 30 but due to socket issue the installation guy told that he will come in next day.Meanwhile we solved the socket issue.The demo guy keep telling that he will come within an hour but he did not come till july 2.2020. He stopped receiving calls.even he click the picture of invoice & updated that demo installation done.It is a fraud. Onida should take action of such employees who represent them.

Above is the order id of onida washing machine that i purchased from flipkart. The moment i buy this machine. I started having issue from onida company. They took 12days to deliver. The demo and installation was not done on time. Despite calling so many times someone came and installed. Because i had bad service. I put bad review on flipkart. The people from onida got to know of bad reviews they force me to change the review. I got call from lucknow and some of onida senior person from mumbai also.

I used this machine 3 months only and had issue, machine has stopped working bcz of a part dammaged in side. We compaint and someone came and verified of replacing the part in feb ' month 2020. We waited almost 1 month for the part to be replaced but no one. Now bcz of lockdown they did not work. After lockdown we are waiting but no one came. I called so many times at call center of onida. Every one is giving fake promises.

I am fed up with this company.

We've been using our onida 58 inches (Order od[protected] android smart tv purchased it from flipkart for almost 9 months, all of a sudden while we're watching tv, the tv sudden falls from the wall mount. The panel got cracked and power still on. The tv is mounted by onida technician which i believe he didn't fix it properly on the wall, we didn't touch it, didn't do anything to it and it's been hanging there for 9 months. It is a fault of installation engineer without gauging the strength of the wall and has not used the company provided wall mount fixtures, he just fixed it and went. Now i want my tv fixed and the expenses should be borne by the company as it is a clear case of dire negligence by the onida company. Please take stringent action asap.
Despite repeatedly calling you customer services no one responds to our complaint and due to which i am forced to escalate it to consumer affairs govt. Of india for quick action and resolution.

In october, 2016 i have purchased through flipkart and the warranty has expired now after 2years of purchase, the pathetic part is there is no after sales service which i have been following up on onida -‭[protected]‬ sometimes call connects or else switch off which i’m really disappointed and my current washing machine has got few problems - full sound and suspension rods are gone and it fell on my leg moving at a high speed as it got malfunctioning, which caused the damage to me and i really want this to be taken care by higher officials as soon as possible because it’s been more than week i have been trying you guys and i need complete compensation for the washing machine for reckless service provided to me or hiding from the customer whenever required and it is against the law and here is the registration case “your call (2006n[protected] has been successfully registered.”

I have been trying to get a complain for my onida windows a/c since almost 2 years but non of it has been addressed. Many calls, emails & twitter tweets has been made but seems like onida is shameless in providing any support.

I will never ever recommend buying any onida products

I have a onida 6.2 kg fully automatic washing machine model splendor xcel. It was working fine. But, since few days it started showing error 24 after start and reaching wash cycle.

Please let us know the place near HYDERABAD where we can buy the drain chord for Onida Lilliput 6.5kg top load Manual Washing Machine. Please provide any contact number for Service center or spare parts shop

I have purchased one washing machine from flipkart after using 9month machine is not working, i have complain to customer service but they are deny to accept my complain and they tall me, there is no service in my place. They have provide me asm number & i try to call him but asm also not responding my call, now i don't no were to call and complain please help

Onida TV Model No: LEO40FBV, Serial No: LEO04PBV#16F04#002517 bought on 28/04/19 has been faulty for 3 months. It has display problem. Total picture is blackish. I have submitted call at customer care for several times. 5 times call has raised, and cancelled every time due to unknown reason.
No serviceman visited.
So much harrasing company. Need to take legal action against them.

I purchased onida 1 ton ac, and person who explained about features told that product has warranty of 10 years and told that we will get free services, but not even a year has passed but ac is not working and when i filed complaint in customer service representative came and he was just putting an estimate of 4000 rs for filling gas in ac when we asked at the time of purchase they informed that these gas issues are also covered if it is with in 1 year but when i check with appropriate service center they are informing that warranty is also not covered for this product. I don't know why while purchasing all the information which they provided was false. For 1 ton ac i don't know why i need to spend these much of money though it is with in 1 year warranty. Now i realize that onida sells worst product and that too service is very bad

Hello, i have been using an onida fully automatic front loading washing machine since last 2 years.
In the month of december 2019 the pcb board was out of order, on 26th december i gave a service request to replace the same. As confirmed by customer care i agreed to pay the price as it was out of warranty.
After waiting for 15 days the executive came to my place with a used pcb.
When i argued and took a photo of the same, he said he will get a new piece for me.
Days passed and my follow up continued.
When i told the whole incident to customer care they provided me the service manager number for hyderabad.
I have called him 10 to 15 times he responded only 2 to 3 times, each time he says i will check and get back to you.
When i was able to interact with him for the first time and complained about the executive trying to sell me a used pcb, the service manager said if your product is out of warranty you will get a refurbished pcb only at the original new price.
I said ok get me a new one

It has been 1 month neither customer care people nor service centre people are able to solve it.

Every time customer care people keep on escalating with a promise of callback which i never got and service people dont pick my call at all.

In this case i am suffering just because i caught them redhanded while they were doing a fraud.
