We've been using our onida (Model no: 58uic) 58 inches (Order od[protected] android smart tv purchased it from flipkart for almost 9 months, all of a sudden while we're watching tv, the tv sudden falls from the wall mount. The panel got cracked and power still on. The tv is mounted by onida technician which i believe he didn't fix it properly on the wall, we didn't touch it, didn't do anything to it and it's been hanging there for 9 months. It is a fault of installation engineer that without gauging the strength of the wall, and has not used the company provided wall mount fixtures, he just fixed it and went. Now i want my tv fixed and the expenses should be borne by the company, as it is a clear case of dire negligence by the onida company. Please take stringent action asap.
Despite repeatedly calling you customer services, no one responds to our complaint and due to which i am forced to escalate it to consumer affairs govt. Of india, for quick action and resolution.
