Hi onida services,
I bought ac from flipkart. It was installed by onida however did not worked even for 4 hrs and lost all gas.
It seems your installation engineers were illiterate. Let them not tell engineer because onida send labour to install ac. Who don't even know the job!
Later one more rubbish labour comes from your company and just close the service complain resulting ac not working from last 10 days.
Beware you just started air conditioner business and if my problems are not resolved i will file complain with higher authority/court and will eat up your air conditioner business.

I want you to please look into the matter asap i felt very offended by this employee of yours. I will never purchase a item from a company whose employees are like this who doesn't respect anyone

      Hi, 12th june 2017, i bought 4 ac from onida, 2 1 ton ; 2 - 1.5 ton;
      My first ac board got spoiled with in a year, thankfully under so called warranty it got replaced (Board) without charge, but took me a month to get the new board. Now my 2nd ac board got spoiled, on 18th i lodged complaint, first the technician said only indoor board is spoiled, i waited for long time but no respite, then finally he got board,, he said outdoor unit is spoiled, then again i waited. Yesterday technician spent 4 hrs on site but still he couldn’t make my ac work.
      I spoke to the technician in bangalore, he says even i[censored] put new board it may get spoiled in 1 month we will not give guarantee. Pls clarify few things here;
      1) why on earth u r making inverter ac if a customer has to spend money every year to repair it.
      2) where is my savings, i pay additional money first to buy the ac, then every year i pay money to repair it. Not lil money, that to in tune of 16000 rs.
      3) mental harassment, agony, no peace of mind.
      4) boards can’t be repaired, they need to be changed.
      5) board not available, have to shipped from bombay, which takes months.
      6) the ac has in a normal ac works for years, this ones gas is expensive, got over in a year.
      7) refill is expensive.
      8) having servo stabilizer, each ac having stabilise power, still u blame power fluctuations.
      9) them why we pay additional money for stabilisers when there is no use.
      10) i[censored]r product is defective why can u replace it,
      11) ur r&d team is doing what, making such flimsy boards, which can’t be repaired.
      13) non available & expensive spares.
      14) i[censored] know these r such delicate product, then give life time warranty.
      15) last nut not least — - why should not i go to consumer court after having faced so many problems.

        Very worst service
        My ac is not working and i logged a complaint on april 30 and i have one more free service
        Service came and saw and told that some coil has to be changed and for which we have to get it from mumbai
        After that there is no update on the same
        When called to customer service ur associate durga was very rude on call and she denied to escalate the call to supervisor and she either transfer my call to some line where no one pick the call or she disconnects the call
        Till now no update on my complaint

          Bought new onida ac 3-4 months back, 1st free service not done, informed onida customer care team 4 times in last 1 month. Very disappointed from onida ac. Despite complaining it, no one is interested even to call us and enquire about it, giving a very poor taste, will surelythink twice about onida brand because of the lethargic response from team onida ac team.             I informed to customer care to service my air-conditioners at my home, i waited for more than one 10 days. At time also customer care not helped me to service my air-conditioners.

            Now i am mentally disturbed.

            So now i am decided was that customer care service is totally waste.

            Now i am decided to publish this issue into social media (Facebook, whatsapp, twitter, etc) then i will go to consumer court for this issue. Then i will approch my friend who is working in national media to publish this issue.

            I think the customer care employees thought once customer bought the products they are slaves to them. If you are calling customer care for issues they were thought slaves dogs are calling don't do anything for them.

                  I have registered a complaint on 30 mar 2019 regarding onida smart tv which i brought in sep 2018 (7 months only). Three to four lines coming in the bottom of the tv. So i registered a complaint.
                  A person from onida service visited my house and said defect in the panel and need a order a new panel (Just 7 month old tv). Still the problem is not rectified and there in no proper response from customer care and also from service manager. Very very poor service. My complaint no is [protected]. Kindly take action asap.

                    This mail is regarding the issues i am facing with the new onida fully automatic washing machine which i received on 22nd april 2019

                    I received the product (Onida 6.2 kg fully automatic top load washing machine grey) on 22nd april 2019. The demo/installation process was scheduled on 24th april 2019. The guy who came for the installation didn't give the proper installation process and didn't provide a demo also. His behavior also was not professional. Now the issue is the washing machine is not working properly. Kindly do the needful and make a call to [protected] for any other clarification.

                    Waiting for a quick service for the same.

                      I gone to buy a washing machine from one of your bareilly showroom which is era radios ddpuram there i asked a salesperson about machine instead telling me rates after few minutes he said you cannot purchase this item this is the way your employee treats us this is shameful i reported this to manager but come to know manger is his dad. His name is paras pandey please take necessary steps towards this employee

                        My Split inverter AC of Onida has stopped working and no one has turned up to fix it yet. It's been a month since the complaint has been logged by my phone number which is [protected]. They keep telling me the scanners are faulty and they are waiting for the part to arrive but it's been 3 weeks and yet they couldn't arrange it. I've made numerous calls to the customer care service, who are pathetic at their job, and the service in charge but kept getting fake promises and now they don't even pick up the call. Please help.

                              Lodged complaint 18/02/2019 with customer care
                              They attended the complaint but said some filter and drum bearing are needed to rectify the complaint. Till date the jalandhar depot could not got the required parts to rectify the complaint.
                              The warranty service could not be provided
                              Every time we approach customer care they only say we are escalating the matter but no solution

                                Dear So called esteemed online shopping portal
                                Wanna share you my ridiculous experience with Flipkart & Onida, that on 4th of Feb 2019, I have bought one Onida washing machine from Flipkart for my home use & it started giving trouble from 16th Feb as the drain water was not coming out. I have lodged the complaint to both the customer care in Flipkart as well as in Onida. Onida has replaced the motor in 10 days because of which drain water was not coming out.
                                Then I started using it again, but the story remains the same, it started giving trouble aging from fourth day.
                                Again I have contacted both the customer care but no one is taking desired action.
                                Now it's almost 20 days since I am reciting the whole issue in front of these big companies but there is no positive response. They keep on asking me to talk to technical department or talk to customer care.
                                I am literally confused who will take the responsibility for the same
                                Now I want the replacement of this washing machine which I bought from Flipkart made by Onida, otherwise I will go to the consumer court to file the case against both the company by providing inferior quality product & for looting the common people.
                                I am attaching the bill & the washing machine image.

                                I have onida blackbeauty microwave oven and due to our mistake the front glass has broken.. I want to replace the front glass.. Can u provide me and can u tell me the cost of same ...and also guide me from where I can replace the same
                                Services are very bad. From last 3-4 days the worker named manoj is befooling by saying that he is coming for ac service but he did not come. I have not seen such kind of bad service by any other company. I would not suggest anybody to buy onida ac.

                                  After 3 years o[censored]se my led tv is giving l shape colorful lines on the screen. Located at gangtok and i tried lot to call the representative from the onida customer care but all in vain. I dont know the reason of the patches. Causes distraction while watching any program and i feel day by day the size of the patch is growing. Is it something with the colour tube or something else.

                                    Onida fis-43w led tv stopped working during a software update on 25 february 2019. I registered the complaint with customer services, which ensured that my problem will be dealt with in 48 hrs. I was told that there is a problem with software update from company side and i have to change complete motherboard since company doesn't provide new software installation if it gets corrupted. I was asked to pay 7000 rs for new board, which i agreed to pay with a heavy heart.
                                    I was told since motherboard is only available in bangalore it will take 4 days to get it. It have been almost 28 days days since and almost 30 phone calls. The desired hardware is not available in jaipur. Why do u cheat people with almost 40000 rs for a tv u can't even make software available and don't have hardware for. Disastrous service. Shame. Learn the difference between 48 hrs and 28 days.

                                    when i purchased the no one came to my house to advice about the ac and its remote. as such i have to call my relative but he did not know the function of ac.somehow i manage to start and it function normally during first year but now it is functioning properly

                                      I bought washing machine Onida 7.5 kg Fully Automatic on Flipkart sale with two year comprehensive warranty. The machine has developed a fault within one year of regular domestic usage for a family of three. While spinning, the machine makes noise as if rotating drum will fall off and it is colliding with the walls.
                                      A technician visited and said that drum support has developed a crack and needs replacement. It is two months now and no one has visited to replace the part for complain no 1901I[protected]. Calling customer care is of no help; on every contact they simply reply that either part is not available or to check with the service man who visited.

                                      Onida is taking advantage of its iconic image of 1990s to sell home appliances. It seems they import while label Chinese parts just assemble products in India and sell them at huge profits with no after-sales and service commitment. They are running business like a marketing agency where everything is outsourced - products are sold on Flipkart, Amazon (not in retail shops) usually in flash sale, parts are bought for one time use from China, assembled by local factory, shipment is fulfilled by Amazon/Flipkart with no return policy, customer care is outsourced to Adonis only as a bureaucratic formality to be compliant.

                                      This is true for other India manufacturers of 1990s such as BPL. It is better to stay away from their products as they are only interested in doing fraud business. These Indian companies have lost their competitiveness to Chinese and Korean peers. Please don't trust such Indian brands as they are no longer trying to make a difference.
