I ordered 5 cotton shirt on 26/10/16 and I received 1/11/2016 morning. Which I ordered it's not came the product was totally different and I got a damaged shirt. Please do the needful or take your product back and return

Sir, I have received 3in one combo shirts from onlineclues on 28.10.2016 for my order id: CIN572260 on 09.10.2016 at cash on delivery rs.799/-. But the shirts were not quality compare which they said. And not satisfy to me. So I want to return the order. But there is no option to return menu on website. So I have sent a mail to them, but till now I have not received any reply from their end. So kindly help me to return my order and will get refund to me.

I have ordered a combo pack of shirts for Rs 1099 /- including shipping charge . The product i received is totally irrelevant to what i ordered .The customer care number is not reachable and email response is very bad . They asked me to courier back the order and i did for which i paid Rs 180 . Finally after a big struggle they refunded rs 1099 which is first pay .As a customer i lost rs 180 for reverse courier . This is really a poor service . Please dont buy anything here, as service is very poor
