Very Bad Experience, Hi i am Nagendra, i ordered shirts combo on Sep 31st 2016 1 received wrong product & size item from your side, the item colors also different.
I have purchased branded combo of 5 pure shirts from online clues for rs 1099.After receiving the product i came to know that the quality of the shirts were very poor. Since then i have been trying to contact them via email, phone and through there return policy page but there is no response from there side till now. i want to return my cash back for your wrong product delivery

Hi, iam mendro. Yesterday on 2nd nov, 16 i have received my order of rs.1199 and it ain't worth it, the product is significantly different from the given specification and now i want to return the product and want my money back but when i called onlineclues on the number given on website they don't answer the call and 24/7 made it busy and i also sent the email and query but no reply from their side. I feel like its a fraud.

My husband (Ashok) has purchased combo t shirts and jeans pants from onlineclues website. Quality of the product is not good and even the size is not proper. I wanted to return these products and i raised the return request as well. But no one has got back on this and unable to contact the customer care as well.
