Last one month i will inform you my order no cin470952 complain but every time your reply query is in process but till date you and your executive not contact with me

First time i will purchase with you but my experience is very bad. I think you all cheater your profession cheating with customer.

In the pictures it was shown something different and when i received the order it was totally different..
Its a worst app ever i had shopped on
Guys please don't cheat the customers...

To keep up with the customers do serve them the best products.
Ill recommend that no1 should shop on this online cluves.com site

I purchase combo of 3 london look women's slim-fit denim jeans from onlineclues.com, but they are different material & not comfortable for me.
Order receive by 17 october, 2016. My shipment no cin546626. I want to retund my money. I complain alredy on mycondumercourt as a material not good for me. So plz sir resolved my complain & refund my money.

Material is not good. color is totaly different as shown in the picture. i don't like it. i tried too much time on the number given but no response. i want to return my order and refund my money as soon as possible.

I've ordered 3 different color london looks jeans. But i've got two same color and one different color jeans and the product quality and description is not as described and the size is small. I tried contacting your numbers and sent mail as well but no response from your side. Treat this as a serious issue and return this product. Before the order confirmation i've asked them about the product and return policies. They said like the product will be good and if there is any defect they'll arrange a return for the product.

I have booked shorts combo but i have received wrong shirts, my complaint no is 17086, response has nto yet received, I have been cheated as wrong product has been send to me, in site you have given shirts and given me wrong product which is dirty also, i want my money back, tell me the porocedure of getting money back, even on customer call center i have not received favourable reply, they said they mail me regarding this, but nothing has received.

I had ordered london looks women's jeans pack of 3 having order no cin502762 on 25th september 2016. I have received it on 28th september 2016 but the parcel i have received is totally different. Quality of product is not as per given in the pictures and also product is far different. So i want to change it and please refund the respective.
I have already logged a complaint with your customer care on 29th september but i have not yet received any refund. I have also tried contacting you through email but no action yet. I am unable to connect to the customer care number.
I need a refund of my money as soon as possible otherwise i will have to file fir against you of 420 kindly revert me soon.
