I ordered london looks branded 5 printed cotton shirts ...but i received totally different product & it is worst...now i want to return that product & want my refund ...on website they are showing 7 days easy return without any questions but in their site there is no option for returning product...& now they are not accepting any of my calls & don't reply my email

I have ordered 5 shirt fir rs 1100 but the product delivered is not according to image shown.they have different print and colour.on complaining about same no action has been taken by the customer care.they are not refunding the money and taking their product back.

I havr emailed them.the only reply that comes is the complain is under process.their customer care no is always busy.they have cheated on me

From Date 4.10.16 iam taking follow up but still my query is not resolved.i have send detail mail but no one can reply.
Kindly send me corrected samples which i have ordered.
i tried to call you but your both numbers are continuously engage.

I have ordered combo of 5 shirts for rs 1099/- vide order no CIN 552536, which no where resembles wat u showed on th site.The worst quality product i have rrgistered a complaint no 16038 on 17th oct even mailed to customer care online clues but no response till now..Worst service worst support.I want refund for the product immediately.They have a policy of 15days returns already 5-6days are over now.Very much frustrated Customer

As i saw the shirts photo on website online clues send me onother produt
They does not match as par i order and shirts quality was sooo poor.

I again and again call on cc no but they are always busy and i mail on company website 4 time but they cant reply any mail. I am realy unhappy and angry with online clues

I have ordered the London looks blend 5 S size shirt instead of S size medium size shirt was delivered today.

It is not useful and Gross violation of trust and product hence refund my money back or replace the London looks blend shirt with s size as early as possible and second what you shown in web is totally different types and even bad colours are provided.

Hence as soon as possible replace your shirts and provide S size otherwise refund my money.

Hi i m Chandra mohan i have purchased a goods from onlineclues and they have delivered diffrent product instead of actual product and which i am calling to customer care no from 2 days the phone was busy and while phone was ringing they not receiving the phone call.not reply the mails so i request you kindly regitered a complaint as this issue and refund my amount or replace the product

I ordered 5 shirts which were different online and when onlineclues shipped the product it was totally different, the one seen on the portal and the one sent was totally different.

They sent so cheap shirts that its disgusting to look at those shirts.

When contacted on their customer care number they kept disconnecting the call.

I sent emails to them and they kept saying they are looking into it. Till date nothing has been done
