I had ordered three 100% linen shirts from their online site, received the goods did not match any of the specification mentioned in the product description nor the photograph. The quality of the goods is of very low quality. Trying to call them but their number is never available. Have also written them mails but none have been answered. The sizes mentioned are also wrong. I want my money refunded.

I got wrong product .company customer care is not responding . I did mail many time but they are replying only "your complain is processing and you will get call soon" I thing they are making fool . I did not get any call still
I want to replace wrong product please help me

THEY HAVE RESPONDED THAT MY COMPLAINT IS NOTED BY THEM BUT NONE OF THEIR EXECUTIVES HAVE CONTACTED ME REGARDING THE RETURN.THIS SITE JUST FORWARDED ME THEIR CUSTOMERCARE CARE NO. WHICH IS ALL TIMES BUSY BUT HAVE DONE NOTHING INSPITE OF REPEATED COMPLAINTS.

RETURNING REASONS - PRODUCT (SHIRTS) ARE TOTALLY different in colour/design and i am completely DISSATISFIED with this product.They have delivered me a combo of 5 shirts in which not even a single shirt matches with the colour and design which they have showed me at the time of ordering..I am completely DISSATISFIED with the product which is of older model and NOT AT ALL INTERESTED in those shirts anymore.
Kindly TAKE BACK these shirts and REFUND ME BACK MY AMOUNT.
