It is totaly different than it is shown in webaite and change in color.
I have called in given number but no one is reciving

I ordered london looks slim fit denim jeans (Pack of 3) cin 443728, also had a call from onlineclues for confirming a the order & assured that product quality is best & same as in photo.
Product revived was worst in quality & not at all matching to the photos shown
I called two days continuously on consumer service number but it was busy or not replying
Luckily they got free & answered my call and registered my complaint (Complaint no. 13498) & told me our executive will call in next 24 hours for confirming your complaint, but no replay in 48 hours.
Finally i wrote a email & got replay to send the return the parcel, when i mailed for parcel charges they refused by saying 'other company's also don't pays'??? (For returning product of rs. 1099/- i paid rs. 400/- courier charges). Now they are saying we will pay only product charge rs. 1099/- & i am asking them to pay all including courier charges (Total of rs. 1499/-).
I continuously emailing regarding the same & thinking seriously for complaining in consumer cort.

i have odered an tshrirts of design which i have odered i nt got it nd i have got different tshrirts from those what i have odered and 10 t shirts odered which is L size total cost 0f tens shirts is 1099 and shipping charges 1199 and i dont want any t shirts i want my money back and i want to return these tshirts are not nice and quality also not good

Am feeling very bad, because of this product is not at all same as what I was ordered. Plz return back an refund my amount.

This product has been detached. Printable coloring of the product is different.

I had ordered 3 different shirts and I was given something else. Not only the colour and the size was different but the product was so different all together. I was so disappointed and apart from that disheartened as well as it was not even the expected quality and it looks pathetic as the products I received is a printed shirt which is so not the one which I had ordered and paid for. I want my money back as they have ruined all of it I want compensation as well when I had ordered it as a birthday gift and I had to face a lot of inconvenience. Moreover when I called I was not provided with any help nobody gave me a call back even the customer service is so bad.
