I ordered 5 shirt for 1100 rs. But they sent me very bad quality product.
Please i request you all to dont buy anything from this site. This is a fake company they are frequently deleting the review comments in the website also. I dont know how they are still cheating the people no one taking the necessary action to them even there is a no use of posting the reviews in consumer complaints.

I have ordered a product namely 'branded london looks set off 5 shirts' on dated 31.07.2016 against order no. Cin347963 which was supplied to us on 04.08.2016 through courier.

Several times i tried your phone but it is always busy and also mailed to you but there is no response from your site

This quality of the product does not match what i have seen in your web site i. E the quality of the fabric is very poor & i have ordered 5 shirt size of 40 (Large) but you supplied me 3 large & 2 medium which is not fit on me and as seen in your web site there is red, sky blue, black, brown & blue (Screen shot is attached for ready reference) & you have supplied me white, off white, black, red & pink (Screen shot is attached for ready reference) & in your web site it seen that shirt are looking plane and no design printed on the same but supplied shirt design printed on the buttons.

I ordered pack of 3 denims for my brother. The material is really bad, its not even denim and the coloured they showed in the website it is not like that at all. I want to return it back.

I would like to inform you the the product i received from you is absolutely unsatisfactory and not acceptable.
hence i would like to return the product and have my cash refunded as soon as possible.
I received my order recently from onlineclues and was really disappointed. I understand a slight difference may exist between the product and the graphical image but the product i received was totally unimaginable and unacceptable. I am extremely disappointed to say that the product that i ordered in the site doesn't match to what is being delivered. I ordered for a LONDON LOOKS 5 pack shirt costs Rs1099. In the site, it was shown 5 different pattern of shirts but what i am being delivered is 5 shirt of same pattern of different colours.
I received the package yesterday Thursday 4/8/2016 at 4:30pm. I have not even used the product and is still present in the package that i was given and is not even used.
So I kindly request to have it returned and refund the money the sooner possible.

I have ordered 3 pack of jeans from onlineclues of size 36(order id:CIN345530) .The product on that i saw on website and the product that i got is completely different and the size of one jeans is 34 and they want us to return the product on there address and delivery charges will not be provided.
I want to know because of there fault why we should take the responsibility to send that product back and why we should pay for that.
Please take action on such kind of website so that customer do not have to suffer in future

I initially order L size then mail XL size but I got L size this very small and not suit me please replace it.

I have received my order of three shirts but size not matched so send a msg in the site that I want to return my order.Immediately I got a call from a Lady said that she's calling from online clues to address the complaint.She said that company Will refund my amount, so she ask some information on my icici account.Then suddenly I got msg3 sms informing that 12K has been debited.My question that how information of online clues has been leaked to third party.It is a fraud site.Product quality is also very bad.
