I manjeet verma ordered some shirts from online clues.com website they send me wrong product. After that I make a call to customer care no all the Mobile nos. are always busy. I makes the call again and again many times but no satisfactory response. I also wrote 2 emails to the mail is given in the shopping portal but no reply is got by me till date. The company is totally fraud.
My order details are enclosed.

This is a fraud company and the product delivered is of cheap quality and the product is local quality as to what was mentioned in the product description it belongs to an international brand named london looks.And colour and size is not right.

But I am surprised to receive different colors of Shirts which I don’t like.

I want to return my order this is a fraud company and they r not receiving my calls.
The order sent to me is wrong and the quality of the products is cheap and local as to what was mentioned in the product description.

I bought online combo of 3 denims jeans, but they send me wrong colour and wrong fabric, which i don't like, i want to return this product, but their no. getting busy, i am trying to reach them from 10 days but i failed to reach them, please take some legal action against them and justice with me. this is the fourth time i lodging this complaint..
since i am coplaining about more than three weeks and my problem didn't yet solve. still i am there, where i started.
please do necessary.
onlineclues send me the wrong product, and when i am trying to reach their phone getting busy, i mailed also but they didn't done anything. i am totally helpless. i belong to poor family and the onlineclues cheated with me.
please do something.

Product range rs 999+delivery charge rs 100=total they collected rs 1100. I have sent an email on 31st july 2016 and i received the product on the same date. I tried to call many times to customer care but no one picking phone call and not responding after fill the form as available in onlineclues website. I ordered 3 shirts. My order id is cin324645.

Product which got delivered is way different than what shown and even not fitting the size to me.

Kindly take back the product and initiate refund or provide something better. It was cash in delivery.

I tried multiple times your phone [protected]/39, no one replied.

No one replied to email. I am not sure if you are genuine ecommerce player.

Kindly replay to my email or else at least pick up phone.

I spent almost 800 rs. I can accept atleast one good shirt.

Its my kind and sincere request for you to refund or exchange.
