I ordered a original london looks branded shirts (pack of 3) on june 26 2016 from online clues i want to return the product as the quality of the shirt is too bad and it is also not the colour i ordered i registered a replacement form on online clues website but it was not of any use
My order i'd is cin233406 please send someone to take the product back and return my money as soon as possible.

I received the wrong size and the colour which i ordered. Also the quality of the product is very very low n cheap than that shown on your website.

I complained here for sending me different product from display products. after submitted my complain i received a feed back from onlinecluse customer care team where they replied me that they verify my quarry and they will call me for the same reason from the mobie nos. [protected] or [protected]. this feed back i received on[protected]. but still now i dont get any call from their end and i think by this method they just try to complete the 1 month validity of return policy. now i think onlinecluse is a completely cheat me and by this way they will cheat many people if you dont take a necessary step against this company.

Hai This is Bharath Patel I ordered Branded combo of 3 pure lenin shirts on onlineclues.com on 28/5/2016 and I received them in damaged condition I tried to call the company person but always I got the response of busy I called them many a times but I didn't get any response from them company is saying that we have a easy returns but its totally fake. Company is always fooling the people since its started it shows the product one and sends the other if ordered. I want a response from the company as soon as to provide my money back or els it will be very hard to solve my problem if I send a notice from the court

I order a product named "Set Of 3 Branded High Quality Washed Denim Jeans" on 25 June 2016 order no. CIN230099 of rupees 1099
As according to your site this product should have 3 jeans one of black colour, one of light blue and one of dark blue colour.
But the packet i received it only have two colours that is light and dark blue jeans. There is no black jeans and instead of it i got the two same type light blue jeans.
So, i request for the return of product or either you provide the right product.

I had ordered a pack of 3 shirts for rs599 + 100 delivery charges. i received totally different product. the colour does not match, the quality is soo poor. i submitted many product return forms still i got no reply from them.. the customer care gave me this number and asked me to call on that number for the return of the product "[protected]" when i called them it is always busy..in fact the phone rings and then it gets disconnected.. it clearly shows their unethical behavior. on site it is 30days easy return policy and on that product it is shown 15days return policy. like what's going on with you. i searched for shoes but there was no space to select the shoe size. how the hell you are going to know my shoe size?... is this how you work?.. its a request to refund my money back or i will also file case against the company.
