I have applied for return of the product "pack of 3 high quality linen shirts" . but I wasn't provided with any confirmation message via SMS or E-mail . I need the customer service to contact me for confirmation of the return of the product !

I ordered 3 Shirts 1 week back and I received that product but when I opened packet it was small size and colour which I ordered was. Black white nd blue which is not there I received pink nd all colour nd cloth material is also not good.

The product brand is London looks. I got two jeans of London looks size 30 & comfortable to wear & another one is different than London looks brand & size 28 & very uncomfortable to wear. & Charge for this product is 999 Rs. So I want to return one of those 3 jeans.

I just got delivery of combo shirts which i have ordered a week ago. As i placed a order after watching the pictures of shirts provided by you. You mentioned "combo of 3 premium shirts" these shirts which i have received today is not premium at all and they can't be even compared with 3rd class shirts. I just got very disappointed after i saw them, its a total waste of money. The fabric of shirts is such a 3rd class i can't even explain. I am not fond of wearing these kind of so called premium shirts.
So i request you to kindly take back them. I want to return these shirts.
Totally disappointed with online clues.com this was my first and last order which i placed on this site.

When i opened the parcel there was a different combo of shirts with very bad quality shirts. & i have filled a product return form on onlineclues.com. I have ordered a product combo of 3 shirts on 8-06-16.
It came from delhivery courier track id is [protected] order no. Is oid177098. It delivered on 13-06-16. On delivery i checked the product the products i ordered are different from what i have received. I ordered white, blue, purple color shirts but i received different color and different type of shirt. When i tried to contact customer care they lines were not connecting, no response for e mails. The products are entirely different from what they show in websites.

I have ordered a product London looks tshirt pair of 6 on 31-05-16.

I checked it at home when it comes to me then I found it is small .and then I want to return it and buy another product .
So I open their site (www.onlineclues.com) and in that return your product, at there I filled the sheet regarding returning of that product .
I have done that step around 5 times but there is no response from them . They have 2 contact no, but they are always busy, you can call them anytime, only busy tone will come numbers are :[protected] and[protected] .
I want you take actions on them and help me to return this product and refund me or I will buy another product from them .
They don't answering my mail .
I told them many time that I filled their return policy form but there is no response from their side .
The product is of Rs 799 with delivery .
