I have been purchased 3 Linen shirts on 14th May'16 from "onlineclues" online shopping centre. they had dispatched diffrent colour and diffrent size as discussed on order confirmation time. Now from last 1.5 months i would try to contact them but they are not responding me. i have booked one complain regarding the issue and the complain number is 1693. they are not pickup the phone and disconnect line every time. this company is such a making fool to customer and government have cancelled the licence of such type of fraud company.
Onlineclues is very very biggest fraud company and Default company.

On 28/05/2016 i ordered branded combo of 3 pure lenin shirts on onlineclues.com but i have received an damaged product. Now the company is not responding to my issue so now i have decided to file case against the company for not responding to my issue and making me fraud. Everyone has came to know that this is a big online company of making a fraud to people so every people who have purchased item from this company are got angry on this company for not solving thier issue. And providing them a duplicate item. So this is my final warning to this company if this company is not giving me my money back then now definitely i will file a case against this company.

On that moment I submitted a return policy from of the company but still now I don't get any responses from the company. The customer care number of the company is always busy and I never contacted with the company official through over phone. I feel helpless right now. I received their product 14/06/2016 and the value of the product is Rs.999/-. Now I want to return that product and want back my money.

This is really unexpected from you "online clues.com". I have ordered the combo pack of london looks slim fit denim jeans (Pack of 3) almost 10 days before. I ordered the product only because of it looks. But when i got the product 2 days before it was completely different product. Quality is very much low like hell.. Now i just need to return this product as early as possible and demanding the correct one which i have really ordered.. Do not break the customer trust please. Whenever i call to the cce number they r not pick up the call.. I[censored] do not take any action then i will take legal action by this site. Also i sent a mail in [protected]@gmail.com mail id.. No revert mail i got yet..

so much disappointed with "online clues.com". I had ordered the combo pack of 03 london looks slim fit denim jeans 08 days . I ordered the product only because of it looks. But when i got the product it was completely different product. Quality is very much low . Now i just need to refund my money as early as possible and i have courier back their product to Spark International, Opp. Holy Hospital. Tosham Road, Hisar(125001) Haryana
Do not break the customer trust please. Whenever i call to the cce number its contentiously coming busy no one is picking up the calls at all.

I want my money back... The product i had ordered was the branded one.. I got a cheap one of 399rs i have submitted by proof.. U have made invisible of actual mrp on the shoe by scribbling but it is still visible...
Shame on you why to do this kind of business...
Iam simply wasting my time by typing this... I want my 899 rs back take your product back and return my money.. Orelse i will sure lodge a complaint in written form in consumer court

Order no -: OID146114, since i have received order, i have been trying to reach the customer care but there is no reply from them, i have filled return form 6 times, and No solution from them, the time of order there was quick reply, and the time of return they are making fuss. they told me to send my wrong product on their address and they will transfer money in my account . i have no trust on them, they are behaving like they don't have delivery boy ??? what should i do ?? i need my money.

Then I registered a complaint in this site. After few days I got a mai from the company stating that " Your query is in process we will do our best to resolve" after that I didn't get any response from them now the company is not responding to my issue so now I have decided to file case against the company in the court for making a fraud to me my shopping detail is Shipping no.[protected] and order NO.OID147649 I need my amount back as soon as possible other wise

With reference to above subject i here by mentioned you that service of the onlineclues.com is very very poor and never recommend anybody to shop here.

I made a complaint with your call center people for refund and he committed me that someone will come to collect shirts on last saturday but no one yet come nor i received a single from your side.

When we try to call you then your line was continuously busy.

I have purchased a product "combo of 3 high quality branded linen shirts (Sku: ll 3s 6)" from the onlineclues.com e-commerce website (Http://www.onlineclues.com/product/combo-of-3-high-quality-branded-linen-shirts...⇄ in the month of may '16. Firstly, there were 2 problems with the product that was delivered:

1. The size of the shirts were not in the standard measurement, hence the ones that i ordered were too small for me.
2. The colors and fabric of the shirts were not the one as displayed in the product image in the website.

Mainly due to the problem in size adjustments, i filed a return form of the product. But it's been past 2 weeks that i have not heard anything from them. On top of that all their contact numbers are always engaged. I also sent them a mail, but to no result.

I just made a complain for refund money for product which was fake and cheap product and i was follow up from past 1 month and when i mailed them hardly then i received a call from person that i m from rbi and u will receive ur amount immediately kindly share ur account details and minimum bal in acc should be 1000/- so i told it is not mandatory so he told it is rbi guideline.
What u people r doing i[censored] have customer complain box so u people r not enogh matured to resolved the customer problem. Then go and sit in home.
