Ordered a pack of 3 linen shirts. material is quality is so cheap and size is not perfect even shirts are not same as shown in picture. i tried to call many times to customer care but no one picking phone call and not responding after fill the form as available in onlineclues website. looking forward from your side please see this issue on priority otherwise ready for court notice.

I mistakenly ordered the above-said product with order id of OID186828 and I want to cancel it, but I can't find any option for cancellation. While placing the order I didn't get any option for payment method. And I didn't even get an email with order details and as I checked out as a guest I couldn't even see the order in the website. Please cancel it by any means, I don't have the money to pay for it....

Online clues.com but in return i get the material defected as supplied product significantly different from the product specification given on the website. The product i have got has only plain t shirt it has to be printed as it is given on the website.

The issues has been not resolved. The manager of Online clues called me saying that they will refund back my money, but it seems the manager is itself acting as a fraud according to the law as being promised to return the money and then nothing after that and above that from the number he called, that number is switched off. I want the strict actions to be taken-off or otherwise i have to take some further actions....

I have ordered 3 Shirts as shown from Facebook website, the display size and everything was good and it was shown as rexine shirts,
but when i got the order it came with cotton shirts and some places with torn area and different colors,

i tried contacting them but unable to reach them and they also dont have return policy,

I ordered Branded Combo 3 Pure Linen Shirts on May 12 2016. I received the order on 16/5/2016 but to my disappointment, I received a completely cheap material. I filled up the return form online, sent emails to [protected]@gmail.com. I received a response that they are looking into the matter and it takes 5-7 working days. It has been more than 10 days now and I haven't heard from them. Neither did I receive any refund, nor some one came...
