My name is suhail and i had ordered combo of 3 linen shirts on 31/05/16
And i received the order within 7 days in the web site you people had mentioned
That is pure linen shirts but the quality of shirts are very very very cheap and use less and i also many mails & customer care calls but i have not respond n
Reply following is the details of the order - order no - o i d 153566 mode of payment - cod i registered my complaint no. 2976 they told me that i will receive a phone call from company in 3 days but i never received and call
O please help me and refund my money back

This is Dheeraj Mundra on 31-5-16, i ordered a Branded combo of 3 pure lenin shirts on onlineclues.com after 5/6 days I received my ordered product but the quality of the product is not as shown in the picture.so I m here to complaint about the product I received in such a poor condition and the company by which I ordered online (Onlineclues.com) is not responding me to Refund my Amount. I filled returning form 4/5 times but they are not receiving my complaint. My shipment no.[protected] and order NO.OID151701 So kindly register my complaint. And make them refund my amount.

Hello, I have ordered for 3 Linen shirts combo from your site which is of "L" size ... But what I got was some cheap quality clothes of " L"size ... and with different color from Different brand named as london looks. Its been more than 20 days but nothing happened. I am continuously calling costumer care, they are makinv fake promises. And now on I am not able to contact them. This is completely unfair !

I have purchased clothes from onlineclues.com. The product quality was worst and there is no option to return the product on company thought the website states that they have a 30 day return policy. Calls made on the registered numbers went unanswered. Also dropped a email to id [protected]@gmail.com but did not get any response from them either.

T-shirt colour is faded in one wash and they shrink which we can't wear please take an immediate action an otherwise we will call higher authority .. these shirts converted into small size shirt how can we wear.. quality and quantity wise very bad.. and the thing which we saw in site it is fully different .. and by their.. products I'm not happy.. nd u want that they will change this.. another wise we also have higher authority..

Hey, i got facebook ad as free ki sale, where it mentioned as combo of 3 cotton premium clothes @699, free cod n easy returns, so i booked the same in onlineclues.com and i got my order within 7 days. When i open the parcel o got to know that i am cheated. Quality of the clothes were so pathetic and its dirty shirt and size also very small. So i opened the website tried to call for their customer care which they mentioned, but whenever i call it's coming as busy, i almost tried for 4 hours and landed in very much frustrated so i send several mail to email which they mentioned in the website, till now i didnt get any kind of reply from that, still also customer care number is coming as busy. It's not only the me lost the amount for this. There so many consumer were also lost the amount n still people r buying the cheap quality materials without knowing, can you please stop that

Hi.. I purchased a set of jeans from onlineclues.com. They have a good looking jeans pants sets on the web page. But they are sending a road side jeans (Very cheap quality) with different size n company. I have called their mobile number from which they have taken order but that number is an incorrect number now. I m surprised, they are just looting to the people by attractive offers. The product is totally different in colour and cloth of product is also different has the company said it is linen cloth but the quality of product is very worst and not even colors are perfect please solve my problem has soon has possible. Company is not solving the problem of customer has they are not responding the complaint also they are cheating with the customer. please slove the all complaints of other people also has all are not from rich family our money is worthy..

I have purchase one product (combo of 3 quality branded lines shirts) from www.onlineclues.com and the product size was incorrect and quality of product is very poor.
After the purchase of product same day i was applied for refund 3 times and the company is not responding not a single sms or call made by the company and when i called the customer care they said system was down unable to take your request.
I have purchase this product on 21/05/2016 and today is 02/06/2016 company is not doing anything.

I have apply for exchange and return more than 3 times but not receive any responce.
