The product Quality is very bad and unsatisfactory
I wanted to return this product by submitting the response but no reply from their side. i tried to call on the no. they provided but they are not picking the calls. They are completely avoiding me. I just want my money back.

I have filled the return form...
But no response from the onlineclues.. can you pls ...I am call since past 2 day ..phone is whole day engaged... and the return policy is of just 3 days... revert back as early as possible...

My name is vipin choudhary and I had ordered combo of 3 linen shirts on 27- apr -2016, and I received the order on 10 -May -2016, it the web site you people had mentioned that it is pure linen shirts, but the quality of shirts are very very cheap and useless I also did many mails to the custmer support team, but I have not received any reply. Following is the details of the order-- Order no - OID 65103, Mode of payment - COD. I registered my complaint on phone and received complaint no. 1368. They told me that I will receive a phone call from company in 3 days but I never received any call. I repeat this process various times and the result was same.if you need any further details call me on [protected], So please refund y money and return the product, otherwise we will meet in consumer court...

This is a fraud site...!!!

A guy from this no - [protected] called me today in the morning stating his name as abhijeet bhattacharya and told me that he'll return my money within 5-10 minutes and wanted to know my bank details. He told me to give my atm pin, debit card no &
Cvv no (Present at the back of the card). When i asked him what does he need this for & cross questioned him by saying that only the bank account no. Is required for making the payment, then he stared abusing me very badly and also threatened me to kill me if i did not give the details. I cut the phone call immediately and now i have filed an official police complaint - fir against the no. Please look into the matter and respond to me asap.

I had ordered this product - product name: combo of 10 stylish printed t-shirts, customer name: chayan rishi, order id: oid124544, order date: may 19, 2016, shipping address: b6-2d central green avenue n. H - 5 faridabad pin code : 121001, contact no: [protected], bar code:[protected], price: rs. 1099.
I had ordered this product by seeing the picture displayed on your site, but the product that you have delivered is not at all similar to that. You can see and compare it for yourself. I have attached both the pictures in this mail - the one on your site & the one delivered to me. I am a regular customer of jabong and flipkart but wanted to try this site for a change. And this is what i get in return - false selling!! Not done. Very bad.
I am very disappointed with this. No t-shirt is as same as shown by your site. This is not a good thing to do with the customers. Please pick the product up from the same address as the shipping address and return my money immediately.

It is really a fraud company.

Don't run the site if you don't have enough fund for running the business .
Don't make users full.

On dated 24.05.2016 I have ordered a product named Combo of 3 high quality branded linen shirts from www.onlineclues.com by online and three days after i have ordered a phone call received from the company seeking confirmation of the product, i gave the confirmation and the product was delivered me on 29.05.2016. However, the product was sucks so bad quality so comparison that shown in the picture and the colour also different what i ordered. In this connection, i would like lodged a complain against the company why such kind of fraud have done with innocent customer. As such, please kindly look into the matter very seriously and take necessary action against the company and let the company collect the product as soon as possible and return my money.

Please take a necessary action on this bloody company, i have taken a combo of 3 shirts from their website i have received them and it was totally different from what they have show n on their website.. colour was different nad quality wise it sucks.. and it doesn't fit at all. I ordered for a medium but given small size shirts.. i tried calling their customer care number but all are busy on some other calls.
