I purchased branded combo of 3 slim - fit party shirts from onlineclues which came to my knowledge from facebook the product which i received is not as shown on the site but are some cheap 4 grade product and also color is different.. So i want to return my product as soon as possible. This deal i cash on delivery basis.

    We have ordered some men's ware shirts which are displayed a1 category and they sent us very bad inferior quality which does not matched with the displayed items. We submitted the complain regarding returning the product but they had not replayed yet.

        The Product offered in the site is way different from the original, not at all upto the mark.The product is Very poor in quality.Company has offered linen shirts but it is not linen.Moreover the product is not at all comfortable after wearing.Size of the product is also not accurate so the product is not useful for me.Complete waste of money

            I have placed an order via onlineclues guest login. I want to return that order, I have mailed them to know the process ASAP. or to process the cancellation from their end and arrange the pick up ASAP. But no response is being received.

            Infact, the numbers that they have provided online are unreachable :(. I'm worried if the number of days allowed for return are passed, they will not return.

              Hii, I am Kartik. I order a product from "www.onlineclues.com/". but this is product is not same as what i ordered. So that when i want to return the product then their contact number is not working properly. Also i sent a mail from that website but till they are not reply my mail.

              I had lunched a complain on their support mail, but they did not reply me yet as they know they are guilty.There are thousands of people like me come to this site and order somethings. But they are not kowning about this site.

                    regards to the online clues customer support team for NOT DOING ANY WORK.
                    it is rather a CUSTOMER HARASSMENT team.
                    it has been 20 days since my complaint, and still there has been action from the customer care team of the said company.
                    i shall be forced to take legal malpractice action against the company and the seller if my complaint is not sorted out by the end of this week.

                      I had bought a pack of 3 shirts from onlineclues for rs 699.
                      The product was delivered to me on 23rd may, 2016.
                      On verifying the product, it was found that the same was no where near to the images pasted on facebook, (From where i had referred to purchase).

                      I then tried to contact the customer care number, but to my surprise, i found that none of the numbers were available.
                      I also tried to contact the courier partner for onlinecues.com that is delhivery who has grossly denied any further information other than [protected].
                      I have been able to track that the company is haryana based company.

                      Please help in this regard and try to get back my hard earned money

                        also size of shirts is not as per standard sizes. even large size shirt is not as large as small size of standard brands.

                                  I have ordered combo of 3 high quality denim jeans named london looks since mon may 16 2016 15:19:25 gmt+5:30 (Ist) and i had received the product 22/05/2016. When i wear the jeans it was unfit for me so i want to return the product and refund my money. But when i contact the online clues they had no response.
                                  O please take steps to solve my problem

                                  I have ordered combo of 10 stylish printed tea shirts since Fri 20 may 2016 and i had recieved the product 25 wed may 2016 exactly 1.15 pm.when I wear the tea shirts it was unfit for me so I want to return the product and refund my money.but when I contact the online clues they had response

                                    I received my order today at 10.00am, that product quality is not good, and also I ordered dark and sky blue, white colour 3 combo shirts, but now I am received green, yellow, red colour 3 combo shirts, I am not happy with this, please call back get back into the my product and return my money.this onlineclues really worst service, because still now I am not yet received even 1 delivered meseages am wait for your reply asap

                                      I have ordered combo of 3 linen shirts (Dark blue, sky blue & white) on 20th may, 2016 and i received my order today on 23rd may, 2016. I opened the parcel and saw all three different colored shirts. (Pink, yellow & red).

                                      Then i tried calling the customer service numbers +91-[protected], +91-[protected] which are displayed on website. But call didn't go through. It is saying that the call is busy or call is not reachable.

                                      However, i mailed my query on email-id [protected]@gmail.com which was mentioned on company's website. But i am not sure if it is real or fake email-id.

                                      What next? As i want to return this products asap and want my money back along with compensation for inconvenience which i have faced because of company's mistake. If company is not responding back to my email or my query, they will bare the consequences.

                                        Onlineclues — worst quality products received

                                        Dear sir,

                                        I ordered 3 linen shirts which costs 599+100 =699 rs.

                                        It has been delivered too in 3 business working days.

                                        But finally received mismatched products which i have ordered.

                                        I would be not interested to use this product, hence requesting to return this order.

                                        The online clues customer care is not reachable after many calling attempts and has worst customer care service. The way there are cheating the customer is by displaying the mrp of the product as 19999 and discounted price as 599.

                                        Kindly do needful.
