Bus#ar02 5711 pnr[protected]. I suppose to get boarded at 9:30pm from nagercoil office to bangalore. I got 5 min late becs of traffic. Very clearly communicated via call and sms to the service provider mr. Arumugam and driver mariapan. They both refuce to listen my communication. And bus left from ngl office. I reached 9:37pm. Asked them about bus told just 2min before left. I traveled with my car fm ngl to kavalkenaru and caught the bus. Last 40 days back the same bus was late by 1hours 30min. As customer we can't ask about the there late service. If the customer got late by 7 min bus left. Such an worst service ever in my entire life. Customer management they get a mark of below bar. Henceforth will never travel with this travels and will nt recommend to any of my friends and family members. Drivers and managers telling u r free to make an complaints against us no prb at all. This way they reacting.

Pickup point at hebbal, [protected]@ 2:00 am, bus driver didn't called us but we called him to asked him as if he reached bangalore he said 10 mins to reach at hebbal & took 1 hr and finally didn't stop @ pickup point and didn't pick our call... We r soo upset with this service. Will never suggest or take this service from orange travels again. Worst bus service.

On Saturday this month i.e 26/05/2017 some items were shipped from Tirupati to hyderabad through cargo services. as per the orange cargo services team it was said that the items will reach destination by 11 am the next day i. e on sunday. I thought of getting the confirmation from the office before going, as we are staying far away from lakdikapool. unfortunately none of the numbers were working. went to the office to collect my boxes and the response from the staff was horrible and they were reluctant to tell the present location of the parcel. we were said that the item will reach by night and asked us to collect it monday morning.

we went to collect the parcel at 7 in the morning, shops were still closed. tried calling the 24/7 helpline and it was switched off. we waited for one hour and still it was closed.

Please take necessary action on these type of fraud cargo services which cannot deliver the customer products on time and who doesn't even provide right information to the customers..

Shame on these travel operators. This is the difference between the new comers and travels operators who are in the industry for decades. The new comers in the transportation industry compromise a lot on customers safety for making quick money. These people run the buses without proper papers. I would warn other passengers using bus services not to travel with these operators. Especially with Vehicle registration No starting with AR and OR.

I have booked a ticket on[protected] from hyd to manipal. As Iam on the way to boarding point even they didn't called to me and when I called they are saying that we already crossed that boarding point...driver is saying follow us to catch the bus...the case here is if the bus missed mean need to go on next day only...such a iditioc and irresponsible travels I didn't seen ever before...I strongly recommend to people that don't book tickets on orange travels and don't waste your valuable money and time.

I have booked a ticket in orange tours & travels via redbus app from karwar to bangalore on 19th may'17 - 10pm. I been to the pickup before half an hour means 9.30pm. I waited upto 10.30pm, then i called the travels agency no, they said, bus was on the way, will reach shortly. Then waited upto 12am, then i contacted the travels, they are said, bus already left karwar, driver forgot to call u. Sorry for inconveince. Now after 12am, no alternative services. No hotel at all to stay. I want to file a case against them.

We are travelling from Hyderabad to shiridi through Orange bus with PNR:4506593.
My wife got rashes all through out her hands and legs. Rashes may be because of bed sheets or blankets.

Upon checking with Bus conductor/helper, he suggested us to call the calling centre which we tried but nobody answered our call. We request for full refund or any better resolution of this case.

I am travelling in ott 30 from nagpur to hyderabad..ac was tripped due to some failure.. Electrician repaired it at chatrapati square.. Even though ac is not working its almost 10.45pm we are yet to reach jamb near to nagpur.. All the co passengers have same complaing.. We tried to talk witn customer care.. They are simply disconnecting the call after hearing the complaint.. Hw can we cmplete our journey to hyderabad without ac.. Its really horrible.. I have a good opinion on this travel.. But the way response today competely ruined that opinion.. Travels doesnt bother about customer comfort.. Worst experience..

We booked orange travels ac semi sleeper from hyd to bhimavaram in mobikiwi the seating arrangement is shown as semisleeper but it is mixed sleeper +semi sleeper. Main problem is for semi sleeper users though we spent 1075 cost for ac semisleeper seater there is no proper air-conditioning it's suffucating children are suffering with these worse ac inflexible flippers non ac is better than these worse bus unable to sleep even it is 3am bcz of this situation i want my refund back with this unpleasant experience

I am travelling from bidar to bangalore by worst orange travels on 11-5-17..in midnight window glass is broken, no one is there to see.. There is no attender or cleaner for the bus.. Worst experience! I'm traveling with my small kid cant able to sleep on the bed.. Whole bed is with pieces of glass.. On one is ready to listen.. What shall i do? Please tell me..

I had booked Orange travels both ways to Trivendrum and Bangalore. I traveled with my family from Bangalore to Trivendrum on 26th in AR025711 service No. OTT1009, the staff of the bus were rude and not cooperative, they have stopped for Dinner at a hotel Arya Bhavan, a highly unhygenic place without water even for hand wash. When I objected with the staff why they have stopped at such hotel they not only argued with me but also they abused me along the hotel staff.
Finally my self and my family without having dinner had to travel to Trivendrum.

While returning from Trivendrum to Bangalore on AR024566 OTT1010 (on the bus it was OTT 1009) I had another horrible experience their was no pillow cover the pillows were stinking, no water and snacks provided and again they stopped at a hotel which is not good and not hygienic.
When I asked the driver about the water and snacks he said they have forgotten to carry the same and asked me to complain to management. I called the customer care the kept on assuring that they will make arrangement for the same and finally they started avoiding my call.

Over all my experience with orange travels not only bad but also I decided not travel in the bus.

I am travelling from hyderabad to manipal in service no. Ott - 79. I'm writing from the bus. Now the time is1:30pm. The bus was supposed to reach manipal by 8:55am as per the info provided in the ticket. Lot many interruptions though out the night. The bus was getting stopped in the middle of the road many times. (Almost 15 times as far as i remember) driver and the cleaner were neither taken any action nor informed about the bus condition till 1:00 pm to passengers until everyone ask. Whenever the bus stop, ac was not working and the tv was not working from the beginning. The condition of orange buses from hyderabad to manipal is the same from almost 1year. No action has been taken. If this continues, no one will prefer this services in near future.

On return journey from Bangalore to Pune via Orange Travels, PNR: 4141359,

The boarding point that was mentioned in the ticket, they were of two different locations, I reached on time but after wards came to know the exact location, The bus was also late for 40minutes as I had tracked, So when i went back I informed helpline number and the driver to please wait for me for 10more minutes as I am a single lady travelling alone and have to reach Pune urgently. He told me he will wait but once I reached there, He moved on.
I spoke to driver again and he informed me to come to Yeshwantpur Station the next boarding point and he will be waiting there, So i immediately took a auto and went there from anand Rao Circle, the bus was also on its way to the boarding point, It did not reach there still, When it reached, I told the driver that I will be also reaching in next minutes and not to move as I was alone and also new to B.lore, not aware of anything.
As soon as I reached there and called the driver again, he says that the bus is in highway already, In So much traffic how could he reach so early?All the way he lied, and the bus was gone.
The helpline number for Orange travels were also awful, whoever picked up my phone, placed the call on hold and disconnected and this happened for approx 20-25 times, This is really unprofessional behaviour.
I received a terrible behaviour and harassment on 17th June.I need the refund of the amount as I did not travel also or else now I have to go to police to complain about the harassment. I'm from a corporate world.Hope my mouth of words don't ruin your bus service now for 1000bucks.

No AC working, no TV working, No washed bed sheets.Bus is under repair and won't go speed beyond 40kmph.strugling alot to reach destination.no alternate bus arranged.drivers are not cooperative.charging too much as a fare.cartoon boxes charged separately as luggage 400 INR extra without receipt.i can't explain more about this stupid service. Service no : OTT-3010 . VISAKHAPATNAM TO BANGALORE. Iam still inside the bus.drivers went to have a breakfast.they didn't care about bus and timing.understand how pathetic it is.

On 10th of April on submitting the token my luggage a black colour bag containing items of approximately 20 thousand was missing from the bus dikki.

I called up the customer care multiple times. Everyone promised to call me back in 15 minutes to half an hour, but no one responded.

I request urgent intervention into this issue.

We actually select boarding from tin factory we actually call them and told on 18 March that we are changing boarding to different place they said k and while we are there he cross the bus and said that come to silkboard we can stop overthere and they left again they arguing that ur boarding is different we called nearly 10 times regading the boarding and finally the guy who speaks with us he is not in the bus and saying that we are at silkboard and stop for 5 min again he gave the bus driver number when we call him he say that come to marthali stop we will stay and we both ladies traveling alone we almost like an hour journey to catch the bus that to 2 min delay from the bus due to traffic signals and my uber cost me 350 rupees to catch the bus and we are frst time traveling from banglore to guntur And one more guy also have the same problem to catch the bus they stop like 15 min for unnecessary things and they don't stop single minute for the customer
I don't know why these people are playing with the customers and the uber guy who drop us he said that these travles are all the time like this and he said I will tell all my customers not to travel with this people
The management think that people are crazy but they don't know people know everything
I do not recommend this travels

I am karthik peddi, booked 3 tickets from karimnagar to hyderabad on 19th march 2017.
While booking tickets they have not informed that they will charge money for laguage, we have carried four bags.
They argued with me and asked me to pay rs300. (I got a receipt)
These bloody orange travels people from karimnagar are very worst.
They dont have any policy for lauage, how can they charge 300rs without any accuate information.

Hi Team,
I have put the boarding point as madhapur, along with me a cousin is traveling, he said he will board the bus at mehdipatnam
So I have informed the travels regarding this and I was waiting at madhapur bus stop from 9:45 pm
The travels people simply saying I have changed my boarding point to mehdipatnam and they called me at 10:30 pm and said that bus got left from madhapur bus stop long back
I personally booked a cab and came to mehdipatnam
This is not at all fair, am I so stupid to book a cab and board the bus
Please take a immediate action, already before I faced a issue in orange travels while travelling to vishakapatnam

This is regarding the orange bus my wife was travelling from mysore to hyderabad, on 26th Feb, 2017. redBus Ticket - TK3N44332382

At midnight she got down from the bus restroom, when the bus had stopped briefly for few minutes. She was left behind and bus left. on doballapur main road.
She was all alone on the highway and she had nothing with her. with great difficulty she caught the next orange bus and told them about it, the driver then contacted the center and somehow she got the bus.

I am really very fortunate that nothing happened to her. Orange travels should have taken great care for women lone traveler. but unfortunately because of this carelessness by our authorities ladies have to go through it.

I want a strict action to be taken towards bus operator, so that no other woman or girl has to go through what we had to go through.

I already called the customer care of orange tours and travels for refund of this journey as this bus got delayed and i couldn't catch another connecting bus so they said they will refund me instead of arranging another bus at that moment but i didn't get any confirmation email or sms regarding my refund. I had to face so many problems because of last moment technical breakdown of bus. This is not expected from your renowned bus service.
