Ott93 a mysuru bound sleeper coach from hyderabad, seems to have broken down in the middway, midnight, near udumulapadu.

The driver has refused to put the bus in use as he said that he heard some noise from the gearbox.

They did not arrange another bus for the passengers at least to sit in seats if not semi sleeper. They were not sorry of the situation, yet rough to answer seat requests.

I happened to have an interview the next morning which is why i selected sleeper.

They arrannged an already full bus, made people stand and sit in awkward positions and shoved some in luggage compartment till bangalore. Moreover the journey was delayed by 3hrs.

They have already over charged the ticket as it is weekend.

They have not arranged for proper refund to justify the bad travel conditions that they offered to the people who were anticipating a sleeper coach while booking tickets at premium price.

This incident has to be probed further. As i suspect that broken down bus is not geniune.

They should have at least arranged a nearby rtc bus.

They adjusted every one in their own travels in very inconvenient positions.

Had to reach mysuru deprived of sleep, stressed and late just before the interview.

We have booked tickets from Vijayawada to Hyderabad - OTT 3001, Scheduled departure time @4.30pm and Bus reached @6.30pm.

I agree and understand that there will be delay due to lot of reasons and excuses but why there is no information to passengers about the delay ? How can your passengers stand on road for more 2 hours ? Is this something called customer service ? And when i call bus driver asking the details and how much more time it will take - Driver talks very rudely and don't even have a courtesy to answer or talk properly...

You can just imagine how do you feel when you stand on road for more than 2 hours.

Orange feels that they are best service providers but if this the standard of service then very soon they will search customer to fill the bus...

Bus condition is very bad and driver driving at high speed
So we all suggested him to drive slow but the response from the driver is i need to go by 6:00 to hyderbad if you want complete to orange travels customer care.
We also asked him due check the condition of the bus before starting as there is lot of noise coming up from engine side and he said i have no idea this is the bus they gave me i am not responsible for the condition.

This complaint is regarding the lost/missing of a luggage bag from chamrajpet branch bangalore

The bag was booked on 9th of may 2018 with the l r no - bco/o/18/00069 from chamrajpet office to mumbai (Vashi)

I am following from the 3rd day of the booking but dint got any good response, they were like we are searching, we are not responsible, we dont know, give a police complaint on orange travels, they will reimburse the value, talking non-sense... I want a quick response and i want my luggage return back...

I travelled from bangalore to hyderabad on 18th may 2018. Orange tours travels driver is very rash and scolding everybody on the bus. My self i argued with him why u r scolding every body. He said what are u thinking “ memu telangana local nuvvu andhra vadivi” he used very wrong words. I think these people don’t want travels in their buses with andhra people. They are speaking very worst language against andhra people. Raja bangalore

My family undertook journey vide pnr no.
7887085 tkt [protected]. I personally came and kept the luggage in the bus on 11/5/2018 at 1745 hrs. The bus was to bangalore. After my departure the staff i. E the driver had a heated discussion with my family demanding rs.300/_ for the luggage kept in side. They also threatened that the luggage will be dropped down. The way the staff behaved, it was damaging your reputation. While loading luggage they would have asked from me. Arguing in between is not fair.
Please instruct staff and suitably warn the staff indulged and caused inconvenience to the lady passengers.

Load some of your related luggage without informing us, that costed us wait for more than half an hour and got down to enquire about the situation ‘why did they stop suddenly’, one of your worker whose name is samba shiva rao, asked him “why are you loading luggage at this point “as we have to get down at brundavan gardens,
Along with me there was only one lady left inside the bus and she was panicking about the commute problem once she get down at her destination, needless to mention our destination is brundavan garden.

Need to comment on mr. Samba shiva rao who is very good at responding to customers vulgarly, behaviour is utterly worst i would say.

I knew very well about orange travels i had travelled from banglore to hyd in orange travels felt like to travel again and again in your bus, but with the recent experiance
With your workers made me like never go for orange travels. I think the moto of your workers is :
“why do we care about customer as it is not my dad’s company”.

I would never ever suggest anyone of my friends to opr for orange travels and my rating is.5 out of 5

Bus timing is 2 pm to 9 am. Bus started at 3 pm (1 hour delay). Tv is not working. It has to drop at 9 am in bangalore but it stopped in the middle because rto stopped the bus due to they didnt paid tax. Another bus has to come to pick up and this is taking so much time and we are waiting still. Due to this we are unable. To go to our offices today. This is to be taken care.

Journey from. Visakhapatnam to bangalore

I booked tickets with orange tours and travels on 4th may 2018 service : ott - 151, seat numbers l8 & l9 from hyderabad to visakhapatnam. They simply send a message saying service was cancelled. When i call the operator and had a conversation with them but they did not even provided alternative service. Got only one reply we cannot provide service as all buses are full. I had a strong feeling that they simply cheating people on providing service during demand days, since i booked very early with reasonable price the tickets got cancelled by them, and they are not at all bothered to hear any concerns from customers. I had a very important planned schedule which finally had to be cancelled.

In orange travels, only the water bottle & a peice of cake providing.
I travelled from trivhy to hydrabad on 22nd of apr. No tv in my particular seat location.
Now i'm returning to karur in the same travels, tv is there. But they refusing to put evenafter asking.

Do you think i have to give feedback.

Pl. Think on customer view & provide atleast for the money you collecting.

Very very bad situation.

We booked a orange travels bus from hyderabad to vizag. Bus dep time is 8:30pm and the arrival time to vja is 10Am, but bus is late for 4 hrs. Still bus was near tuni. We don't know why they are stopping the bus frequently. Passenger bus is better than this orange travels. Plz don't prefer this bus to travel. The worst service.

My seat number u1 this seat was very congested. A lot of distbeance while I am trailing. While open the door it is touching my foot. That was very dangures. Please remove the seat or change the seat.

I have meeting around 11am. But I am still on the journey. Stupid travels.

Orange travels please stop your services

The bus service no ott 37 was not arrived at pickup point at lakdikapool on 3-4-18.
We reached at mehdipatnam by our own.
The bus service is also worst. Driver is stopping the bus for every half an hour.
The scheduled time to tirupati is 8.30am. But, it reaches to kadapa at 6.30am and moves from kadapa at 7.00am. We are having urgent official meeting at 10.00 am at tirupati. The bus (Ott 37) is simply stopping the bus and take the local passengers from kadapa to tirupati. Like pallevelugu ordinary service.

We have taken orange travels from chennai to guntur.

Service no:- ott2001, seat no: u5 and u6.

We have taken a bus from chennai to guntur at 5.30 pm on 18th march'2018 which would reach guntur by 1.18 am in the night with my wife (Ramya sushma). There was no station mentioned in the ticket. However when asked they said it would get stopped at the guntur bus stand which was safe but the driver and co driver has stopped the bus at the guntur highway where we donot have any mode of transportation to reach home at 1 am in the night especially travelling with a women passenger.

There has to be women safety norms with this private bus tours and travels. The same is to be sensitised.

More interesting to note that there was a feedback call in the morning from orange travel and they have not registered the complaint and refused to give the driver and co driver numbers.

A strict action to be initiated to the driver and co driver and we urge stricter norms and policies to be adhered by the travel agencies to ensure women safety.

We have booked orange travels from hyderabad to nizamabad. Service no:ott - 1022
Ticket no: ts[protected]yjrw doj:17-mar-2018 dep:06:15 am. The bus was delayed by 1 hour. And the tracking link provided in the sms shows the 10pm status. The numbers provided were not answering the call despite of calling 20 times. The seats we have booked were given to some others and we were asked to adjust in back seats. We were told to use the same used blankets left on the seats. After asking multiple times, he gave us washed ones.

I am a traveler, i use all means of transportation. I am traveling all over country.

The worst travel means i have seen is bus, where transport service provider cancel their service at the last moment.

Even worst was orange travels!!!
I tried this orange travels due to low cost option. But please don't fall for it.
They provide two bus services at low cost, and then cancel one and try to fit everyone is one bus - increasing their profit (To reduce their loss - due to low booking).
Alternate bus was in horrible condition. Dirty beds (Sleeper)
Bus drivers are rude, departure points are not communicated properly.

Totally not comfortable for female travelers.

I was traveling from bangalore to goa with 8 other friends of mine and after around 2 hours of journey we came to a dinner point where we were given 30 mins of time space but due to to much of rush we couldn't get a place to order food and hence 30 mins passed while we were in the middle of our dinner.

The bus driver gave a # and left to some distance without any prior notice and they gave a # too.

The customer care don't care as we already have paid and according to them we don't have any other option.

When we tried to ask them for 5-10 mins to pack the food and make the payment they started the bus and were ready to run it over us.

They have such # odacity, we pay them, we are the customers, but we don't get that feedback or respect.

I would like to take some serious action, and will do that but request you don't ever book.

I had made my booking through paytm and raised a complaint too.

Had book a travel ticket from Bangalore to Pune. Was Denied service after charging. Reached boarding place on time but the bus left early. Staff was rude misbehaved. have tracking screenshots of early travel. Staff and customer service equally bad and did not provide any help.
This is really cheating. I need full refund and will never ever travel redbus.
