On 17.7.2018, I and my friend Aravind traveled in Orange tours and travels bus from Bangalore to Belagavi, wide PNR no TS[protected]QGUO/8991298/OTT-1045 (seat no. U8 AND U9).

1. boarding point is changed to SION i/o DADAR and tell me to manage myself.
2.nobody was available at sion office to recieve and guide us.

This is vikram i traveled from bangalore to karimnagar on 30/06/2018 along with my wife, bus pnr:8758159
Regarding bus brack down in bangalore near devanhalli, we waited lang time to change a bus and after reaching hyderabad the bus again break down and we traveled to karimnagar on tsrtc, from hyderabad we suppose to reach by morning 9.00am but we reached to karimnagar by 4.00pm, we are literally struggled...

Travelled from Humnabad to Bangalore on 08.06.18 which is horrible experience. Bus broke down at highway they are unable to provide alternate arrangement. Great difficulty we reached nearby bus stop at midnight 12.30 am. No busses available. Travels promised to send a cab after calling customer care several times. We would like to bring to your notice that we have booked tickets from chandanagar, hyd to vijayawada with seat no's e3 & e4 of pnr 8436457 & 8425890 by orange travels service no ott 121 d. O. J 09/06/2018 but our boarding point was changed to miyapur metro pillar 5 without any earlier information.
Necessary justice desperately needed in this regard for not even providing pick up van to new boarding point.br...

Myself d royal karunya iam from bhimavaram. I have travel from vijayawada to bengaluru on may 28 2018 i have booked a ticket in orange tours and travels service number 3003. While booking the ticket they mentioned the time as 7pm later on the date of journey they changed the time by 6:45 pm and due heavy traffic in city because of political meeting i went there by 7:19 pm they left me i have been keep on calling the bus staff...

Ott93 a mysuru bound sleeper coach from hyderabad, seems to have broken down in the middway, midnight, near udumulapadu.

The driver has refused to put the bus in use as he said that he heard some noise from the gearbox.

They did not arrange another bus for the passengers at least to sit in seats if not semi sleeper. They were not sorry of the situation, yet rough to answer seat requests.

We have booked tickets from Vijayawada to Hyderabad - OTT 3001, Scheduled departure time @4.30pm and Bus reached @6.30pm.

I agree and understand that there will be delay due to lot of reasons and excuses but why there is no information to passengers about the delay ? How can your passengers stand on road for more 2 hours ? Is this something called customer service ? And when i call bus driver asking the details and how much...

Bus condition is very bad and driver driving at high speed
So we all suggested him to drive slow but the response from the driver is i need to go by 6:00 to hyderbad if you want complete to orange travels customer care.
We also asked him due check the condition of the bus before starting as there is lot of noise coming up from engine side and he said i have no idea this is the bus they gave me i am not responsible for the condition....

This complaint is regarding the lost/missing of a luggage bag from chamrajpet branch bangalore

The bag was booked on 9th of may 2018 with the l r no - bco/o/18/00069 from chamrajpet office to mumbai (Vashi)

I travelled from bangalore to hyderabad on 18th may 2018. Orange tours travels driver is very rash and scolding everybody on the bus. My self i argued with him why u r scolding every body. He said what are u thinking “ memu telangana local nuvvu andhra vadivi” he used very wrong words. I think these people don’t want travels in their buses with andhra people. Bus timing is 2 pm to 9 am. Bus started at 3 pm (1 hour delay). Tv is not working. It has to drop at 9 am in bangalore but it stopped in the middle because rto stopped the bus due to they didnt paid tax.
