We had booked orange travels from thrissur to bangalore for 29th aug 2018 (Redbus tm9s27263811, orange travels trip code: ott 1044, bus number: py 01 cr 4267, pnr: 9632027, seat number l8, l9)

We regularly travel in orange travels and we used to have good experience.

To our shock, the orange bus that we boarded last night had unusual jerk and noise throughout the trip and when we complained the driver also confirmed the same. It was not at all in a condition to travel, forget about sleeping. Please find attached the sample of the noise that i captured during the trip.

It is grossly unfair to charge us 3570 rupees per seat for such a terrible trip. If we had a choice, we would have stopped the trip midway but we can't do anything after boarding the bus around 10 30 pm. Fact is that a normal govt service bus would have been safer, less noisier and costed us only around 600 rupees.

I had taken up the matter with orange travels directly and through redbus and even provided evidence on jerk and noise that i recorded through my mobile. But they haven't even cared to respond. I am planning legal action against them and suggest everyone to discontinue using orange travels for your own safety.

    Hi

    Today i have travel booked from pune to mumbai and got message that bus is late for an hour or more.

    I am trying since more than an half an hour and customer care are off.

    I am trying for postpone my travel for same bus tomorrow as it would be very late for me to reach mumbai.

    Please postpone and confirm why customer care not connected and off when dialling.

      I am rajesh, i had travelled many a times with orange but was having very good experience with your service, but this time i am very much depressed of your staff behavior as he spoke very rude with me just to keep 3 bags in the bus luggage space.

        I am traveling from orange bus bangalore to chennai morning bus. First of all the bus started from bangalore late by 30 minutes. No snackbox or water bottle was provided. At halfway they made us change the buses. Such pathetic operation.. Staff was rude. I am having last seat and all other seats are full of blankets.. Sitting in the middle of a pile of blankets... I expected better from orange for my 700 rs.

          I was late for 5 mins and i called driver and informed to wait but still they didnt waited and i missed the bus from marathalli. I had to go to anand rao circle to catch the bus again and here the bus departure time was 7.50 pm but it departed at 8.10
          Is this the way of punctuality that u r following?
          Its ok when bus gets late for hours and hours?

            I had been asked to report at pick up location at 5.15 am and it is 6.15 am the bus is still not here 1 hour of waiting is not less. And on calling the customer care to complain about this, he replied "aap travel hi kyu karti ho". This is what a customer expects from a tours and travels service. I had to reach somewhere urgently and was not sure if i would get buses at this time of the day i decided to book your ticket. I will never repeat my mistake.

              Treating the passengers in very bad manner not allowing people to go for toilet itself for more than 3 hours and still i am in the bus only now and i am making this compliant... Also i asked him whether did you stop any places for dinner like that... He replied that he will stop at some place for only 10 min you get your food as parcel like that at time of boarding itself (8.10pm)... And he stopped 2 places for boarding only he didn’t allowed anyone for going to toilet... He stopped some boarding point and brought food for himself...in that time i asked another driver for food to buy and he also said we will stop some other place nu... And i asked him in mean time we will go for toilet like that...!! He was very rude and not treating as a customer... Like i am begging him he treated me... And after that again around 10.00 he was in outer ring road hydrabad it is last stopping...!!! There itself he didn’t allow me to go to toilet...!!! This time i started to ask him like i have been asking more than 3 hours... You didn’t allowing me to go toilet like that... That co driver talked very rudely shouted at me go now nu...!! Then driver also began to talk like that... I shouted this time..!! You stopped for your need and you buy your food and now you talking like this means it’s not correct... But he said i will stop in the motel like that he said and still he is driving only..!!! Now the time is 11.30pm... Now the bus was out of hydrabad and in vijayawada byepass...

              Details of the ticket and my bus details are below, i am asking the management to look at this... Because in my experience this is the first time orange tours and travel’s treating the customers like this...!!! Hope you will take action... Ask the people in this bus itself... Because not only me so many people asked also he didn’t allow anyone...

                I am regular customer to your travels. Yesterday i purchased ticket through online to travel from hyderabad to guntur. I am supposed to get in to bus at lb nagar. I. E, bp petrol pump. I reached there by 11:25 pm. But right time is 11.45. Driver never called me simply they say we left from that place. They say we tried two times but ur phone is not reacheble. Now what is my fate.

                  I wanted to book a ticket online to Cochin on 30.06.2018. I contacted your customer care number. One of your employee assured us of a fair service and took my bank account details. Within a few seconds there were suspicious transactions in the account. I was informed by the bank officials that the person debited an amount of Rs.17, 800/_ .Immediately they blocked my account.
                  Therefore, I request you to kindly look into the matter and help me to recover my money as early as possible.
                  I have already registered a complaint.

                  It was a shame that orange travels has provided cake which was spoiled and had fungus in it. Also the one more packet was expired. I will take this to consumer court

                    On 17.7.2018, I and my friend Aravind traveled in Orange tours and travels bus from Bangalore to Belagavi, wide PNR no TS[protected]QGUO/8991298/OTT-1045 (seat no. U8 AND U9).

                    My complaint concerning to seat/sleeper birth which was not satisfactory due to A/C duct being occupied in my seat space. It was a very congested experience as I couldn't place myself comfortably, due to the A/C duct.
                    Further, the sound coming from A/C inlet was disturbing throughout the journey. The window wasn't air-tight even though being an A/C Sleeper.

                    Cause of all these above issues, I shifted myself to a vacant seat/sleeper birth. i.e. seat no. U11 (not booked by anyone) The driver Amar Namdev Masrankar woke me up at 4:00 am behaving completely manner-less and spoiling my nap. When tried to negotiate the problems with my booked seat/sleeper birth, he didn't care to learn my situation. He was rude at his best, forcing me to get back to my booked seat/sleeper birth. He misbehaved to an extent as if he owned the bus and I were to travel at his mercy. Without other option I returned back to my booked seat. Later, the driver himself slept in the birth where I had shifted to. The bottom line being, I as a customer was highly disrespected by the driver. I request you to take rightful actions against this scenario.

                      Please understand customer problems as well. I have got call from your bus driver after crossed the my pick point. I have tried to call driver so many mobile is either busy or not reached.

                      Any way after our discussion your driver has to to in lakidikapol.but not stopped and mobile was not reached. At last I made call from orange travels executives in lakadikapool then he pickup the call .

                      You not picked up the customer call means what?

                        I booked bus tickets on 21.6.2018
                        PNR no. TS[protected]ULGQ/8622771
                        I m requesting u to refund my money since I faced following problems
                        1. boarding point is changed to SION i/o DADAR and tell me to manage myself.
                        2.nobody was available at sion office to recieve and guide us.
                        We waited there for 2 Hrs. Under a simple shed no fan or other public utility like drinking water, toilets etc were available there
                        3.Proper bus was not available dropped at wakad, pune by another bus.
                        4.complimentry snacks and water bottle served at 21:45 hrs.
                        5.before reaching Satara
                        airconditioning is failed at about
                        23:30 Hrs. I immidiate contact to the customer care of Orange travels but there was no response till morning.bus crew also launched complaint but simple answer (order) given to them run bus without A/C
                        5.we traveled without A/c from Satara to Bangalore in suffocating atmosphere.
                        Overall it's a worst experience.
                        In future I will not travel by or refer to anybody your travel company
                        Requested for refund but no positive response

                          Regarding bus brack down in bangalore near devanhalli, we waited lang time to change a bus and after reaching hyderabad the bus again break down and we traveled to karimnagar on tsrtc, from hyderabad we suppose to reach by morning 9.00am but we reached to karimnagar by 4.00pm, we are literally struggled on your service and my wife was pregnant she went unconscious after reaching home

                            This is karthikeyan. I have traveled chennai to hyderabad on 23/04/2018 by orange travel. Bus no. Ap 28 ta 8459.
                            Ott no.62 while traveling i have kept my bag under my seat. My seat number is f2.
                            Then next morning about to get down from the bus to reach my dropping point. By the time i came to know that my bag is missing.
                            Black colour lap top bag.
                            Front side mangal logo will be there.
                            It contains my laptop and documents. I am requesting you please take necessary action against this issue.

                              I am in journey of hyd to visakhapatnam service no ott 101 bus no. Ar023479. Dt[protected].
                              It is a bad experience for me that both drivers stopped the bus at ankapalli claiming that their duty over. Around 25 min they stopped the bus. I request the organiser to fix the duties as per distance and not on hours. After quarelling onedriver started the bus. It is already around 11-30 as we have to catch another bus these people made me so much inconveniance

                                After booking orange travels at 12.35 am on 15th morning near vijayawada near ntr circle, i came to know that 2 hours late, boarding time actually at 3am, but bus coming at 5.30 only. U am from chennai, new to andra, language problem, and more over no place to sit in orange travels, no response from the person in travels, big ditch crossing in between road and travels, no money refund, my son 5 years old slept at road side bike, old father around 60 years of age, standing in the road,. If two hours late na, then travels should provide some alternates. Worst travels i head never seen, i will never recommend any of my friends to travel, worst thing

                                  Travelled from Humnabad to Bangalore on 08.06.18 which is horrible experience. Bus broke down at highway they are unable to provide alternate arrangement. Great difficulty we reached nearby bus stop at midnight 12.30 am. No busses available. Travels promised to send a cab after calling customer care several times. But after 1 hr. they told it is not possible to send alternative and asked us to make our own arrangements. Funny part the driver said he will give bedsheets and asked us to sleep on the road. Gods grace we got taxi and we gave 1500 each and reached Bangalore at 2.00 pm. We are unable to attend official work for that we got scoldings from our higher ups. Travels called and asking how was the journey and reimburse money. Till now nothing has happened. We thought of going to consumer forum for our facing harrasement.. They should stop travels..we are putting in social media and we recorded all the conversation..
                                  Till today they have not refunded the ticket amount as well as not reimbursed the cab expenses of 1500.

                                    We would like to bring to your notice that we have booked tickets from chandanagar, hyd to vijayawada with seat no's e3 & e4 of pnr 8436457 & 8425890 by orange travels service no ott 121 d. O. J 09/06/2018 but our boarding point was changed to miyapur metro pillar 5 without any earlier information.
                                    Necessary justice desperately needed in this regard for not even providing pick up van to new boarding point.
                                    In this connection, who will pay our cab fare from chandanagar to miyapur boarding point?.

                                      Myself d royal karunya iam from bhimavaram. I have travel from vijayawada to bengaluru on may 28 2018 i have booked a ticket in orange tours and travels service number 3003. While booking the ticket they mentioned the time as 7pm later on the date of journey they changed the time by 6:45 pm and due heavy traffic in city because of political meeting i went there by 7:19 pm they left me i have been keep on calling the bus staff who has not given any response and customer was so ruthless and answered me that it was my mistake. Same orange travels bus on 11 may 2018 has stoped the bus for small parcel for 3 hours in the city. Please kindly look into the matter.

                                        Ott93 a mysuru bound sleeper coach from hyderabad, seems to have broken down in the middway, midnight, near udumulapadu.

                                        The driver has refused to put the bus in use as he said that he heard some noise from the gearbox.

                                        They did not arrange another bus for the passengers at least to sit in seats if not semi sleeper. They were not sorry of the situation, yet rough to answer seat requests.

                                        I happened to have an interview the next morning which is why i selected sleeper.

                                        They arrannged an already full bus, made people stand and sit in awkward positions and shoved some in luggage compartment till bangalore. Moreover the journey was delayed by 3hrs.

                                        They have already over charged the ticket as it is weekend.

                                        They have not arranged for proper refund to justify the bad travel conditions that they offered to the people who were anticipating a sleeper coach while booking tickets at premium price.

                                        This incident has to be probed further. As i suspect that broken down bus is not geniune.

                                        They should have at least arranged a nearby rtc bus.

                                        They adjusted every one in their own travels in very inconvenient positions.

                                        Had to reach mysuru deprived of sleep, stressed and late just before the interview.
                                        Orange Tours and Travels customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
