The location to pickup the passengers at Koyambedu busstand is not proper,the location given on the ticket is one and the vehicles are parked at a different location, we are sure to miss the bus without the guidance of the local agents there. The agents deliberately don't guide us properly and make us book another ticket if we miss the bus. I was a recent prey to one such incident where in I was made to run from one place to another...
