My name is suman mishra i booked a ticket on orange tour and travels from pune to bangalore,
Pnr no 5487005.
Bus no: ar026182.
Service no ott-1020, seat no l8, boarding piont was wakad pune

I was at boarding point at wakad near to ginger hotel at around 5:20 pm i did call the person of contact that i am in wakad and he said it is fine. But around 5:40 i recived a call looking for where i am and i said i am at wakad near to ginger hotel but there expectation was that i should be in hinjewadi fly over and i told them to wait for 10 minutes since the distance is of 1 km and there was traffic and aslo in apps at the time of booking it wsa clearly mentioned as wakad but as per them i need to be near hinjewadi flyover. The travels did not wait for 10 minutes they said i need to catch them in katraj which is around 1 hour journey from the pick up point ten since i have no option left i have to book another ticket
And i booked with pnr no 5491185, seat no l14, service ott no 1040 and i tired to cancel the ticket but i cannot do it from apps since the bus has alraedy left. Here i am looking for a refund of first ticket on which i have not travveled and it is not my mistake, travel should add the exact place of pick up which was hinjewadi flyover in apps as well as in message that i recived

    This is regarding ticket 5415720. Pickup from wakad drop mumbai, expected pickup time 8:00 am

    Waited for more than 1:30 hour at pickup point, called customer care server all time but on clear information was provided. On every call use to get same response to "bus will be there in another 10-15 minutes".
    At end have to book another ticket on spot thrice the amount of the original bus ticket as i had a flight to catch.

    Customer care/ operator was not user friendly disconnected call many time and information provided was also correct.

    Cancellation of Ticket is an unfair business, You are doing it Intentionally. Instead you should look for any alternative vehicle. It has caused us loss and mental agony. Kindly, compensate for the same on priority basis. Now a days it has become a business for private buses.

      I had just complained on 8/10/17 about my pathetic experience on an orange travels bus from mangalore to "raichur" which never took me to raichur at all.
      Now, the bus driver calls me to say that if anybody calls me, i should tell them he gave me 300 rs when he dropped me at the unknown location at 4 am from where i was expected to go alone over 100 km to raichur.
      What kind of cheap behavior is this??
      Was this the prior setup by orange travels that he was supposed to drop me 3 hrs away from my destination point and give me 300 rs??
      How will 300 rs ever make up for the pathetic experience i had and how does it come anywhere near the ticket fare which i paid??
      And how dare i be expected to lie on his behalf after he dropped me at the roadside at 4 am at an unknown location with no guilty conscience or human behavior of his own??

        I have been travelling by different bus services frequently since the past 15 yrs but i have never had such a horrifying experience such as i just had recently on orange travels. I booked a bus ticket to travel from mangalore to raichur but around 2 hrs after boarding the bus, the driver tells me that the bus doesn't go to raichur at all. Instead, they'll drop me at 3 am at a place which i've never heard of which is around 100 km from my actual destination!! After arguing with the bus driver he told me that it's not his fault and that orange travels has been doing this the past 3 months and not giving people any clear information on he fact that no orange travels buses go from mangalore to raichur. I called the orange travels head office while on the bus, demanding how i would get to raichur, to high they told me that i'd have to get down at 3 am and take a local bus to raichur for the next 3 hrs trip myself. What kind of criminals do that to a passenger?? Why did i pay 1500 inr for a safe trip to raichur just to get dropped at an unknown location, on the roadside, in the middle of the night??? Why could they not have the decency to inform me after i booked the tickets that they will never go to raichur after they let me book a ticket to that place??? Finally, i was dropped at 4 am on the roadside, following which i walked around 800 metres with my bags to the bus stand. (The driver didn't even have the decency to drop me at the next bus stand even at 4 am) i then got a local bus by which it took 2 and a half hrs to finally reach raichur.
        At the end of this whole ordeal, i reached raichur nearly 4 hrs later than the time i was supposed to as per the false ticket i was issued.
        Never in my life have i gone through so much trouble on a bus trip.
        I'd like to know if any of the people responsible for this happening would allow their own sisters or mothers, wives or daughters to go through such a thing. Shame on them all. Shame on them for their idiotic excuses saying "it's a technical error". Shame on them for lying and saying it's been 10 days with this issue when it's been 3 months.

          Issue: driver rude behaviour and not stopping bus for toilet break

          The bus after 4 hours of journey, asked the driver to give a break for toilet breaks for ladies.

          There are 6 ladies travelling in bus, ladies proper toilets to go for toilets, so driver should make sure he should stop the bus at the place where there is proper was rooms for women.

          The driver continued the journey for next 1 hour without any stop. Everyone is human and driver should understand the urgency if someone is requesting.

          Driver is not stopping bus even 4 to 5 people requested to stop the bus, instead he is arguing with lady passengers. Driver should know how to behave with passengers

          Very rude behaviour of driver.

            Pls find below the travel that i made in orange travel.

            The bus after 2 hours of journey i asked the driver to give a break for 1 min so that people can go to washroom.

            The driver continued the journey for next 1 hour without any stop. Everyone is human and when a passenger requested twice he dint even bother to stop at least for 2 mins.

            When been asked to stop the bus after toll he started argument. The is very rude and needs to be thought how to talk and behave with passangers. Pls tell the driver how to talk to people.

            Very poor service. I would prefer not to travel in orange travels anymore and will also suggest my friends not to prefer orange travels anymore.

            I am also going to give very bad review because of this incident.

              I am Dhiraj Thombare

              Such bad experience i had faced with orange travels(Mumbai to Hydrabad 6PM seat no U18(Upper Single seat second last number.)) on 15th Sep morning(at 5.25AM) due driver's mistake we had faced very bad accident. i have lost my mobile & walet(including IDs & ATM Cards). Also main important, after this accident both drivers run away from this place. Nobody was help us at that time. when i have talk with orange (office) people regarding ambulance, they have failed to do the same. such rude behavior they were do. Also his customer care number is also not reachable.

              I want my all medical expensive & my RED MI Note 4 mobile back ASAP. otherwise i will take leagale action orange travels or Police case.

                Am a usual orange traveller, once in a month i will be traveling from chennai to kochi and 🔙 to chennai in orange semisleeper usually i will give mahindra city as my pickup location and i will contact driver and he will stop at karpaga vinayaka institute of medical sciences but today 9sept i booked h4 seat from chennai to kochi, i called the driver by 4pm he told call me at 9pm and tell me the location ok by the by i called him at 8pm he told he won't stop there at any cost he told me to come to chengalpattu toll gate within a fraction of minutes, then i was about to left the bus and he told me to wait at madutathakam, next melmaravatur but i am damn sure that they won't stop i went to acharapakkam toll gate with the help of police and staff on duty they stopped the vehicle

                  I am not at all satisfied forget about happiness while traveling from mumbai to hyderabad by this bus, i booked it from makemytrip website.

                  They stop for dinner at a very shabby place the hotel was closed from front and to eat food you have to go from back door, the bus was parked near bushes and was not felt safe to venture down from there

                  The hotel food was not good and costly

                  No toilets wash basin, people were out in open for nature's call...

                  It was my first attempt with orange felt disappointed, looks like either the orange or the drivers are hand in gloves with the hotel guys who were looks like violating law and doing some illegal practice

                  Hope they take this feedback seriously identifies gaps and plug it with appropriate measures keeping in mind travellers safety, comfort and convenience as top priority

                    This is regarding the ott1 service from hyd - blr on 24 aug 2017 operator pnr : 5229339 seat : i1/ i2

                    I wanted to share the details around the pathetic service we received during this trip for which i want a full refund for my ticket (Rs.3417).

                    1. The pick up van was late by 1 hour at the pick up location at kondapur

                    2. When we boarded the main bus at lakdi ka pool, we were already delayed by 30 mins as per the schedule mentioned in the ticket. Upon reaching mehdipatnam flyover the bus was stopped without any reason for 2 hours and we were not informed of any reason. Finally when i inquired the driver and conductor they said that they cannot help and asked me to call customer care. When i called customer care they informed that the bus is waiting for 3 passengers who were missed by pick up van. How can you stop a bus full of almost 40 people for 2 hours if 3 people are not coming on time? Everybody has some important work at bangalore and their time is valuable. This is not a government bus that you do what you like, we are paying a premium price for quality services and expect the same in return. The customer care personnel also said this to me "sometimes these things happen so please understand sir" i cant even believe this!! Finally upon persistent requests the bus started at around 2 am which late by 3 hours

                    3. All passengers woke up suddenly at 6am in morning to a sudden jerk and a loud noise. The bus driver was trying to overtake from wrong side and lost control and had collided with a truck. The entire front body of bus was damaged, the glass was broken and steering wheel broken. Luckily passengers didnt suffer any injuries. But after the incident the bus driver and the conductor didnt offer any help to the passengers, in fact they were not willing to talk to us as well. This was almost 150 kms away from bangalore. Some passengers were able to get a local bus and many of them were stranded there. Finally i reached bangalore at 1pm and due to the delay i missed an important official meeting

                    I have been calling customer care for last 3 days now and haven't received any help from them (Please check your call records). I was promised a call back but i have received not a single call back on my refund query.

                      Orange buses are running in village side over nights while trip from bangalore to hyderabad.
                      Since these buses are not acquired the permit and necessary documents from rto, these are running illegally crossing avoiding the highways.

                      They are not worried with passenger safety and running over bumpy roads running late for sleeper buses.

                      As a matter of fact, these buses charges double the price and hide the fact to passengers that they dint have documents and run illegal services.

                        Hey there! I m saloni sugnani. A medical intern working in manipal hospital bangalore. I take a sleeper ac bus so that i can comfortably sleep as i hve a working day tomorrow. The driver is playing loud music in his cabin which can be heard to my birth. On repeated requests he shuuu me off as if i m travelling for free. I have travelled thru so many busses i have never experienced such incorporation and. Rudeness. Thank you for the inconvenience. I shall make sure that i also register complain with redbus and give a feedback on the service provided.

                          A very very bad experience with orange travel operator and would never ever take a ride with them and suggest others to beware. Pathetically rude staff, just left me and drove away as i reached 5 mins after the departure time and the driver wasn't prepared to share the exact location details of the stop after that. They behaved worse than animals. The next surprise was that they asked us to get off the bus in the outskirts of hyderabad and made us to board another mini bus which couldn't even accommodate our luggage. Such #s they were behaved absolutely like #! Orange must be penalized to for the kind of third class services they have provided

                            I travelled from bellary to bangalore on tuesday 18th july.in the app they gave dropping point till electronic city. I have selected bommanahalli. But after getting into bus they told last stop is anandroa circle which is 21km from my dropping point. The driver was like sir go and sleep why are you taking tention any how morning after getting down in the morning you need to take tension to reach your place. Very mannerless response and they were laughing at me after speaking. They reached anandroa circle at 7am. Which i again wanted my money for cab. This is very stupidty. After paying for money to bus and selecting the place wich is walkable to my home. They dropped me in last stop. After giving feedback i got a call from customer care and they are like sir bus driver is new he dono the rout after that telling we were telling like will contact our senior and get back to you on wednesday after that no call from any of the customer care. I am waiting for there call. This is very irritating. Please never select this bus and don't waste ur money.

                              I didn't expect at all what had happened. The vehicle broke down and they don't have the courtesy to arrange an alternate service. They are a big liar!!! They are telling me now that they did arrange and i didn't opt for it. They dropped me in the middle of nowhere by some govt bus service. The travel was from hyderabad to chennai and they dropped me at ongole. They are telling me they will process a refund of inr 250. Total travel distance was 600+km, hyd - chennai. Ongole to chennai is 300*km. Total fare ticket was inr1600. So, does making a refund of inr 250 makes any sense??

                                    I had booked a ticket in orange travels on june 27, 2017 at 6:30 p. M. From trivandrum to pondicherry via orange travels. However, i received an sms stating that the service was cancelled due to the breakdown of the bus. The trip was for my post graduate admission at the pondicherry university, scehduled on june 28, 2017. The only option available to was to get my ticket fare refunded. I could not postpone my trip as the date is allotted from the university.

                                      I travelled using orange travels around 3 times, and they claim they are the best among all, found pure lame.

                                      On 22/06/2017 9.45pm i boarded from gachibowli, hyderabad reached to sanpada, navi mumbai on 23/06/2017 5:pm with no food breaks only 5-10 mins breaks for toilet. I called up customer service 2-3 times to make driver stop for lunch but it is log no use, i found it is too inhuman and frustrating. There was no courtesy to call back.
                                      The first toilet break at night for which driver stopped, charged 5rs to use of toilet and hotel was the same as of l travels.

                                      They claim there is free wifi, but it never worked and the customer care number for wifi never picked up.in sleeper couch, tv never worked. The buses too same as of other travels, in fact it is too uncomfortable to travel with bag inside sleeping couch as there is no overhead rack also two sharing bed is most discomfort.

                                      And that was my last and final trip with orange.

                                        Bus journey details from metpally to pune on 26/06/2017 are pnr: 163964, seat no: d1, boarding: metpally at 02:15 pm, service no. Orange - 1, bus no: ts16ua5461... As i faced very bad services in orange travels. I have booked in online but they didn't provide m'y seat as someone sat in m'y seat. I have travelled from metpally to nizamabad without sitting. As afew of m'y friends also faced same issues earier please dont provide this kind of poor services in redbus.
