I am a single female who booked to travel Orange Travels from Bangalore to Chalakkudy. As I have 2 kittens I always travel with them and I always confirm with the bus provider, before booking ticket. Same way I booked ticket after checking with Orange Travels customer care about the situation. I explained both are small and I carry them inside the carrier, won't take them out during travel and they don't make any noise while travel. The customer care representative told I will have to book 2 tickets if I need to take them with me, and I agreed. I paid 3888, for my travel as per they asked. My pick-up was from Kalasipalaya and the pickup van of orange travels picked me with my kittens around 9 pm. Neither the driver or staff of orange travels asked or did any protest about kitten. The pick up van dropped me at Silk Board from where they said the main bus will pick up for chalakkudy. The main bus arrived around 10.30 pm and the driver asked me to throw away the kittens. I refused and told them I have booked tickets for them as well and showed ticket. But he started to make it a problem and even used bad language. I called the customer care and explained the situation and they said they will talk with the driver and solve issue. After 15 mins driver came with his phone and demanded me to talk with the person in phone. The person in phone told me that even if I booked tickets only if driver let me carry the kittens then only I can carry. And driver was adamant he won't let me or kittens travel. Some passengers came to my help and driver threatened them that only if one them take responsibility of me then only I will be allowed to travel. He forcefully took the kittens from me and put them and my luggage out, forcing me to get down of the bus. Despite being a single woman, I was stranded on a fly over almost near midnight with no help. This is a very rude, unprofessional and inhumane behaviour from the driver. And despite all this the travels hasn't even refunded my travel money. No will be enough for the trauma I went through. If there is any humanity left behind then I need justice for what happened to me today.

Traveled from Pune to Hyderabad in orange travels bus on 13/05/2023.. the bus came late by 45 mins and dropped Hyderabad 3.45 hours later than scheduled arrival.. bedsheets and overall bus was dirty and full of dust. Bus didn't have dicky to carry lagguage nor this was informed while booking. Had to sleep with a large suitcase with my 1 yr old baby. Charging points were not working nor A/C cooling was efficient.

I travelled from Orange tours and travels from Pune to Bangalore, experience was very worst. As per policy I carried luggage for some wheat flour and which was below 20 kg. As per policy we can carry 15 kg per person and me and my son was travelling. After ticket they have charged 403/- for luggage. And reason they have given it is very unlawful. Even Driver is also very rude. And Sardarji he was shouting on me when I asked for policy. U...

While travelling bus break down happend and did not get a new bus for almost three and half hours so i did not reach the destination at stipulated time i wasnt able to attend the office....

Delay in journey due to bus repair

Your service is very poor, you guys charge for an AC Volvo sleeper and the driver does not turn on AC and runs the bus by turning only the blower on. Despite of repeated complaints to him, he turns the AC on for 5 mins and then again runs on blower.

I was feeling suffocated and running out of breath coz of this. If you guys dont have money and want to save diesel, dont run the service.

I am travelling from chennai to Hyderabd, I have booked sleepr bus 2 seats, after sleeping some time i found water started leaking from AC and I have told driver and he made arrangements to shift me to next seats but after 15 min again water started leaking into beds. I have complained again but no reaponse from driver. These kind of situation leads to shot circuit and qill cause fire. Over all not only cleanliness but the response from complete orange is poor and also made whole my family to wait on road with luggage for 90 minutes. I also have travelled on the same bus from Hyderabad to chennai 4 days back on the same bus and have faced same situations.

During booking ticket from orange they shown bus pictures are very different luxurious in reality provided worst bus Karwar to Bangalore. The bus providing very old buses with full of vibration and chattering sound.
The maximum speed 80 as I checking on Google map very uncomfortable. A/c sleeper very narrow.

The sleeper clothing's were dirty. not washed .

Single lady travelling in bus.

Bus hygiene was not good & smelly.
After paying 1800+ Rs, no hygiene is maintained in the bus.

Pathetic condition.
Henceforth I will not prefer Orange travels.

Inspite of paying Rs1000 more than the regular fare we have to struggle to travel a distance or around 18hours journey without AC. And horrible response from the customer service

I was delayed on boarding time, he didn't called myself called I may late to me, then come early talk to customer we are moving he spoke careless and bus Ac also not good, In past I traveled main orange travels were good maintenance, Ac, good behavior people, this vehicle is not up to mark and driver cleaners also

I am an aggrieved customer of Orange Travels.
On Apr 6, 2023 I travelled via Orange Bus from Bangalore to Bombay (Ticket no.
[protected], the journey was a pleasant experience.

It is now 4 pm on Apr 10, 2023 and I have just boarded the Orange Bus from Bombay to Bangalore (Ticket no.[protected].

Even before Boarding I have been subjected to extreme harassment - details below:

1. Bus person (Banseraju [protected] ) started calling me from 2:47 PM and telling me to reach by 3:20 PM (even though the reporting time mentioned on Ticket states 10 min before departure time of 3:40 PM)

2. Bus reached BEFORE the villeParle (E) flyover ... both Bus Ticket and Bus Person clearly mention the boarding was to be done at "FLYOVER ENDING NEAR MEGHRAJ MARBLE SHOP BEST BUS STOP"... When I informed him that I would not be able to come to another location he was extremely rude and refused to co-operate, knowing well we had 2 ladies and 1 infant in the group- seat nose L13, L14, L15 and L16.

3. Boarding was a horrible experience:
A) Bus Driver refused to board my music system - asked us to purchase a ticket for it!! This is the very same system I carried with me on the Orange Bus on April 6. He demanded that I purchase a separate Ticket for it - we have 4 tickets and 3 pieces of check-in luggage.

B) Bus conductor next refused to allow the child strolley (same strolley was carried by Orange Travels on Apr 6)

C) Bus conductor came into Bus and asked for Rs 1000 for the music system. I refused to pay when I am having just 3 bags for 4 passengers.

I am sending you this email in detail, for you to retrain your staff on the basic etiquette on how to harsh the customer less. I would be awaiting your revert on the actions taken in this regard.

On 2/4/23, I booked the bus from Pondicherry to Cochin. At the beginning, we were picked up by a Mahindra mini bus and travelled almost 40 km in that. We had booked for Volvo sleeper. After travelling in that mini bus, we were informed that we need to switch to another bus after half the way. Tried to talk and faced with an attitude and was told to go, if interested or else get down and go elsewhere, that too about 40 kms away from boarding point. In the end we got in. After getting in the third bus, about covering one third the total distance, we were given a used space on a sleeper bus. When we asked for new bed sheet and blanket, it was a rude response from the bus cordinators. Actually we had paid the full amount prior and had got a cheap service and threatening atmosphere too..

Team Think once why we are asking for Ticket soft copy or Hard copy we need to Submit in Office we to have some formalities in office and it's Responsible of Orange Travells to Send Ticket on Email or What's up .

Now plz Tell Who's Responsible to share Ticket.

28.03.2023 I was traveling from Bangalore to Tuticorin through orange travels OTT 1063. Bus met an accident and some of passengers are injured. There is no other alternative buses, so i travelled from salem to tuticorin via government bus. I requested full refund amount of my ticket, since I travelled entire journey by government bus. I didn't refund get the refund amount. Attached bus ticket and bus images at the time of accident. Struggled a lot at the time of accident to reach my home . midnight difficult to get, i am asking the same to orange travels but still i didn't get refund amount

During booking ticket from orange they shown bus pictures are very diferent luxurious in reality provided worst bus hyderabad to Mumbai driver cleaner bad behaviour providing very old buses with full of sound maximum speed 80 as I checking on Google map very uncomfortable a/c sleeper very small I never recommend this travels never use in life

All the passengers travelling from Bangalore to Goa (AR01H7812) were interchanged with the passengers who were traveling from Goa to Bangalore by bus (AR01G4143). The bus operator did not follow the covid protocol as the bus was not sanitized, and the passengers were given the same bedsheets, pillows which the other passengers had used before, The bus AR01H7812 did not had Goa permit and hence they woke up the passengers at midnight 3am and changed the bus, this is very risky as it broke the covid protocol
