I was booked the bus ticket from Hyderabad to salem on 27.08.2021 below bus AP39TJ8785( Hyderabad to thanjavur) but the bus was got breakdown due to poor Maintenance in near Banglore and no one not responding alternative arrrangements.. While asking call center they are not providing any response.. They are simple telling pls wait some more time another Bus will arrive shortly but they dont know the passengers emergency.
After 3 hours one bus came but its semi sleeper our ticket is sleeper coach ticket while asking in call center they are not response to provide any refund... Pls arrange to provide refund on below PNR Number[protected]

It happened to me to board your bus bearing No.AP16TJ4952 on 14.08.2021 to travel From Hyd to Gooty on . The driver of the bus is very rude and he doesn't know manners how to treat the passengers. Such service leads bad reputation to your company.

This is rediculous service of yours. My friend who were traveling on 13/04/2021 from korutla to Mumbai. In bus suddenly air condition was disconnected and stopped at Nizamabad till Mid Night.

Your Service Operators said there is no return/forward journey available for them.

This is Bad impact on your service parameter. Please improve your poor service.

Dear sir or madam yesterday night 11.08.2021 hyderabad to tuni boarding at reliance petrol bunk kothapeta boarding time 23:05 but but at the time we could not reach at 23:17 we have called them we have reached to boarding point .They said already we are at lbnagar we don't wait for you they have told please we have requested them and we reached lbnagar 23:38 .When we traveling to kothapeta to lbnagar we have called them please sir wait we requested alot of time.They do not wait and they have gone.

Sir i hqve booled q birth from Guntur to mysore on 8 aug 2021. I selected u19 as my seat no ad it was a single birth. But to my surprise it was a cleaner seat where it was not possible to sleep and sit. I requested the fellow driver and his associate go change my seat to a vaccant seat ( i have checked in net after passing nellore). He demanded rs 500 extra from me to get the seat changed.

Very bad experience in reputed Orange Tours and travels.

This is in regards to my trip from ahmedabad to mumbai on the 31'st july, pnr no[protected] .
im sure youll are aware of the goo[censored]p you'll did, during this trip, as at 3 am in heavy rains in mid night morning of august 1, we were asked, the full bus occupants were asked by the driver, after spending nearly more then a hour at maharashtra border to deboard the bus, and take any alternate means and reach our respective destinations as their is some paper and taxation problem, the driver has clearly said we would all be refunded full by orange and he has spoken to CUSTOMER care . we were forced to shell out rs 500 extra in cash for up to Mumbai via other buses . This is no way acceptable . i have the complete voice recording of your staff and drivers where he too is complaining as to why they leave other companies and come to work at orange as such instances are happening very often and also they too have not been paid since 3-4 months . well their concern is not my lookout ! i need my full refund back immediately as this is no way acceptable to anyone .im also filing a police complaint of cheating by orange . when you dont have money for tax, and when you'll were aware of such problems, why did yull even take the bus ticket booking and cheat us . im also filing a complaint in social media and newspaper as this is happening very often with orange travels and its difficult and a very bad experience for all CUSTOMERs . on top none at your ahemdabad, mumbai or call centre office also answer or give any replies .the ahmedabad office staff is also saying the same that they arent paid and they are tired . well as mentioned i dont care anymore, but i need my refund today itself . failing which i have enough passengers voice and video recordings and also your drivers statements so am filing a complaint and putting it on social media and everywhere on internet, so that next time no other passengers get trouble and no one ever travels by orange bus again ...
yesterday after several calls and attempts we able to speak to orange CUSTOMER care number with some person name santosh, we have that recording too . where in he like a ### has asked for time till today morning ten am, he too said we would be refunded by the backend team .
my biggest concern is why do youll cheat and trouble CUSTOMERs, we are paying youll in full and booking a seat .
if you dont have money, beg and we will give you grant or charity .

25 July 2021 bangalore to vijayawada driver and conducter to worst guys and they never intibating nothing

I had booked ticket from vijaywada to bangalore on ott-3025 dated[protected] from orange travels website there it showed there will be personal tv when i came to my seat tv was there but not working so i asked cleaner of the bus he said all tvs are not working. If the tv is not working then why are you showing about personal tv while booking.
Now i am disappointed with orange tours and travels.

Hi. I am travelling from Hyderabad to Vizianagaram. I have boarded bua and its not at all clean. Starting from bed, bedsheet and pillow everything is used and not even placed properly. There is no place for baggage as the person in charge said that it is locked. In this tough situations on COVID its minimum responsibility to provide clealiness. I have paid 2660 rupees for the ticket and atleast expect cleanliness as Orange generally has. This is really pathetic worst. Kindly look into this as this is not safe to travel.

Charging too much without cleanliness.

I m boarding from Mangalore to Bangalore
They have told that the bus you have booked had left 1 hour ago before the time given to me . They gave me the other seat which I m not comfortable

Orange tours and travels cancelled bus due to some accident abd rebooked another bus which costed lesser than previous bus fare for which orange did not refund our money back and not speaking with us disconnecting our calls

Both my parents are met with an accident in orange travels bus on 4th March ( tirupathi to vizag) . No one from travels did follow up. Both of them undergone surgeries. We definitely need an explanation about the incident and reason for not following up with the passengers family. We have incurred approx 4 lacks cost who will be reimbursing that amount..?

I booked ticket from Hyderabad to akiveedu .first of all the boarding time is 11:30 but they came 12:45 .they came late and leave me on road and no response of mobile.the driver and executive talking like road side ### and no proper behaviour of employees.is this the way they are treating passengers because they need some extra money to cheating the people .please take care of your employees and please refund my ticket amount

I have booked ac sleeper( ticket no TQ4M[protected] through redbus app for journey on 24/3/2021 but they have cancelled the service and alloted me a non ac bus( AP16TJ4352 )and told me that the balance difference amount will be credited. But till now i haven't received any payment or any communication regarding payment. Kindly look intlo the issue and resolve as soon as possible. I have been a regular customer of orange travels never faced this type of situation. But this time i faced this issue.

Traveling from Telaprolu to Hyderabad bus in AC sleeper on 20 March 2021 service number OTT 170.Boarding time is 11pm bus arrived at 12:30AM.i started calling driver from 11 pm onwards he didn't answer.after some time driver phone switch off message came as replying.Tried calling Orange customer care IVRS replied saying press 1 and 3 this message repeated but no use.Called Orange travel office Eluru, somebody responded rudly asked to contact customer care driver changed, he didn't even gave driver number.Finally contacted a private traveler agency Hunuman Junction they responded and gave driver number.
Callling the driver he responded in hindi asking for pickup point.I guided him.Bus arrived at 1230AM.He responded saying not his duty.
All the time I am waiting road side 2hrs waiting for bus.What if this happens to a single lady waiting for bus.
It is so much irresponsible.I decided not to travel with Orange travels again.

Hi.. My name is Revanth.. We were travelling to goa from Hyderabad on 4/03/2021 in orange tours and travells ott no. 195 ...we met with an accident near belgum district ..we had injuries... We had a cheakup at govt hospital... Due to accident we had go back to hyderabad in other car travels which costed 20000/-...we need a full refund of bus tickets and other travelling...

1. Buses are very low quality. It not Volvo multi axa .
2. While giving fake resign to customer and changing bus.
3. No time maintained.
4. Not professional.

These people wantedly off the AC - this is worst we paid 1000 less than flight - what is the use of going like this and please don’t EARN money like this, you cannot destroy the CUSTOMERs comfort and enjoy the CUSTOMERs money!
