For transportation of cargo to Sion office, the bus stops on the opposite side of the apartments (Highway Apartments Bus stop).

When you book the cargo to Sion, there is no information provided regd hamali charges and you are told you can pick up your stuff from the godown.

Now, however, when you go to pick up the cargo, you will be asked to pay X amount as charges or you won't be allowed to pick up your luggage.

This is pure extortion and there is nothing you can do about it. I would suggest to not book any cargo with Orange because there are hidden charges and your luggage will be detained without any due cause from a legal standpoint.

Bus number 3417 AC sleeper got breakdown at Pune and adjusted for alternate bus but there are no seats available and we are standing in bus along with my kid. I have paid total 2100 for my sleeper seat along with luggage charges is this the services you'lo give to customer.

Very bad AMD tortured service received from Orange.

I called customer care but picking the call and no one is ready to answer.

I gave my bike for transportation from bangalore to warangal on 23rd Dec.They said it will be transported in 3-4 days. Today is the 7th day, nobody knows its status.
1) Bangalore branch people says they already sent,
2) warangal branch says we didn't receive,
3) Customer care people are saying the status is not updated yet and gave hyderabad hub contact number.
4) Hyd hub people are not picking up the call.
and the worst part is website also not updating the tracking info.
Orange cargo:
1) cargo branch offices work : very slow
2) Mail communication: worst
3) customer care support: speak without information ( no proper data with them)
4) tracking: not updated
5) Transport services: Not Good, Bad, very bad, worst.
6) Item safety: I will comment after I receive

iam travelling mumbai to telegana on 15.12.20, i will reach actual 8.00 on morning to attend function but reached night 11 clock..

the bus engine failed and stopped at night 8 clock on 15.12.20, they send another bus on morning 6 clock on 16.12.20 than after also bus engine failed 4 clock pm, , we called so many times service centre and agent no one reponse its worst service..

All passeser take personal van we reach our place night 11 clock.
the bus ticket not refund and we go personal van the price also high..

Bus is late! I am unable to reach in time.

Yesterday night I traveled from VISAKHAPATNAM to HYDERABAD sleeper bus platinum .during the journey he was late at 30 minutes at pick up time.and he did not on the TV also., water bottle also did not given.and he changed the bus at HYDERABAD city out side he changed to seater non ac.and the dropping time was late by 1hr30 minutes.
And the driver behavior was also not good
While changing the bus we asked the driver why changing the bus he telling that I do not know u can give complaint on travels

I namely thirumurugan and i am serving for para military forces at chattishgarh. I ticket booking from hyderabad to bangalore on dated -10/10/2020. I not possible travel on the day due to admintrative reason. I many time try to my ticket cancellation process. But no response of orange travels.

Hi orange travels, I booked a ticket from vijayawada to bangalore for the date 15/04/2020, but the bus was cancelled due to lockdown. Its almost 12 days but I haven't get any response from travels, please look into the issue. PNR[protected]

While booking this bus it showed me l17 and l18 are two different seats. But for my surprise both are in same compartment with conjusted seating arrangement.

No bedsheet and seat is also torn. It is sleeping coach ac.

Please read below my pain with your patience and your team good story.

We have faced a worst experience never before with your service.
Situation:
We are waiting for bus at near fire station paradise, hyderabad before starting time only.
We have called to the given numbers, one number is not reachable and another number is wrong number.
After that called to your customer care, they have forwarded call to the driver, he said i've called 3 times but you are not responded (We have not received any call at least and they said have a proofs.
I asked the proofs to send mail (5 times called to your customer care for the proofs) to my mail id they didn't send (Why because they didn't called me)
All the time your customer service will send the mail in 10 minutes.
Your team: bus already left, your team said go by metro and catch the bus.
Due to this reason i've taken a half day leave to drop my wife at lb nagar (My loss).
After enquiry at lb nagar branch, there has no bus service at that place (Please don't play games with the customers). Then why do you put the pick up point at paradise and how can they said the bus is already left.
Hope you understand my situation and do needful.
I can ready for any type of enquiry for justice. Do your team can prove your team is right??

Your team have any proofs send me (I asked lot of times for proofs to your team who has called). If you really required i will provide call log from the (Airtel office) and cctv footage from the police department.

Story line: the pickup bus service is not their at the location but your team says we have called you but have not received so we went from that place.

Hi this is gopi from hyd. Bus num ap 16 tj 6132 service num ott166 cleaner and driver was taking to rubish. Mostly clenar was drunked. Present i’m on the way to hyd our travels. If you are not responding my msg definitely i’ll complaint the police station and human court. Bus came to 15 m late. I was just asked 2m for toilet brake. So cleaner was used unparliamentary language 😡😡😡. We are booked 5k rs tickets but we they people are not giving minimum respect..’
