Through the column of your esteemed daily, I would like to draw the kind attention of the concerned authorities and common masses towards rude and rough behaviour of bus drivers and conductors towards the passengers. They lack basic etiquettes and manners.
My name is puneeth I'm traveling from kurnool to banglore in service no:ott-83 bus.. I asked him to stop for rest room he denied saying that I won't stop.. Do what ever you want complain whom ever you want. He threatened me he abused me with very bad verbal communication. Very bad experience with orange travels driver and conductor. He is not even giving respect to passenger. He threatened me with very bad words. I need an apology from him. I won't leave this matter

I have travelled by Orange last night from Bapatla to Bangalore PNR :[protected].

Journey started at 8:40pm but didn't stop for Using washroom till 3:45am.
They have stopped at some place (Punganur-Tirupathi highway).
As many other travels were there, time is delayed for me and my berth-mate(another girl from Chirala). to reach bus from restroom.
Mean while without checking us, our bus left.

Another orange travels coming from Guntur which is at our back stood with us and tried calling orange travels office, enquiring drivers phone number and drove us to reach our bus at nearby toll plaza.

Thanks to the driver(coming from Guntur) who took us to our bus(bapatla-bangalore).
We thought not to complain as it may disturb their employment, but soon after catching bus, helper who didn't check us shouted on us blaming that we are late.

There is no point is blaming us when the rush is more at rest room, he should atleast be responsible of the passenger's who are travelling.

In case, we are left without any other bus at our back,
In case, if I was alone left without anyone else...

Will the travels take responsibility for the circumstances that I/We face at that late night on national highway.

What penalty will you give if something worse happens to us,

What rumors travels will u spread on us,

As we know how cruel people are when they get to know woman are alone and incapable of self defence...

I request you to take necessary actions and request you to improve your service.

OTT number 198. Shirdi to hyderabad bus breakdown caused delay in reaching the destination due to poor preparation from orange travels. I demand 50% of the ticket price refund....

Travelling Bengaluru to Pune date 29th August.
Picked up from Marathalli n dropped in anand rao circle.
All the numbers are either not working/fake.
Bus doesn't arrive on time. Bengaluru rains. I get in the bus somehow and see my seat cover is not changed n pillow is torn. I will never book this bus. No value for humans, leave alone value for money. There is no chance to post photos

Very worst experience by travelling with orange bus. My journey date is 23 Aug 2022 name K K Kiran, our bus had repaired around 800 KM from vijaywada, the bus driver had said to deboard the bus immediately, their at unknown Highway we waited for 2 hrs with our luggage at about 3.30 am. After two hours one bus sitting bus came and pick up us. Again at 8.30 am the bus driver dropped us at City outskirts of Hyderabad. Near about 4 buses came their, all the bus drivers are said that their buses are under repair. The bus driver had left us on the road again left. Only one person of bus service had stayed with us.
Around 10 am again one came to pick up us after 30 min discussion with the rep of orange bus stayed with us. Again they demanded to change the bus around 250 Km from the vijaywada.
I travelled from Pune to vijaywada with orange bus painfully, one of the worst experience in my entire life. No customer care is helping to us, they were not aware about our pain suffering from 3 am onwards

Varadi దగ్గర దిగవచ్చా అని బాయ్ ( కండక్టర్ )ని అడిగాను. డ్రైవర్ ని అడగండి అని చెప్పాడు. డ్రైవర్ ని request చేశాను.1000 టికెట్ కొని అక్కడ, ఇక్కడ ఆపు అంటారు. ఎక్కడ ఆపము. ముందు నువ్వు దిగు అని చాలా rash గా మాట్లాడినాడు. నువ్వు ఎవరికీ కంప్లైంట్ చేస్తావో చేసుకో... నేను కంప్లైంట్ చేస్తాను అన లేదు. టికెట్ లో వున్నది ఎన్టీఆర్ సర్కిల్ నేను ఎందుకు కంప్లైంట్ పెట్టుతాను, నేను request చేశాను. కుదరదు అని చెప్పు... బండి దిగు, అని, బూతులు తిట్టుతూ కిందికి దిగాడు. Orange travel బాగుంది అని వెక్కాము.17ఆగష్టు అదే బండిలో శ్రీకాకుళం వెళ్ళాను.డ్రైవర్ rash, బూతులు మాట్లాడాల్సిన అవసరం లేదు. అతని మీద action తెససుకోండి.
మీరు వెళ్ళేది అదే రూట్ varadi లేదా బస్టాండ్ దగ్గర ఆపమని అడిగాను.. బుక్ చేసేటప్పుడు తెలియదా.. తెలియనప్పుడు నోరుమూసుకుని దిగాలి... అంటున్నాడు

The bus stopped before 20-25 kms before the destination point and the driver has forced me to get down.
Bus did not reach the destination and i have taken other mode of transport to reach my destination point.

We boarded the bus KA51AD1714 running from Mumbai to Bangalore in Sion, Mumbai on 11th Aug 2022. The bus already arrived late at the pick up by almost 45 mins. It was supposed to arrive by 4.00 pm. After boarding the bus, at around 8.00 pm we asked the driver/ co-driver as to when will the bus halt for a dinner break to which they bluntly replied 11.00 pm in the night as the bus is running late. After we urged them that this is very late, they took a short stop to freshen-up at the Mum-Pune expressway, where we quickly grabbed some snack. We asked the driver to provide us with our mineral water bottles that are included in the fare to which he shamelessly replied that they will be given once everyone has boarded so that he can avoid keeping a count. This is an extremely unprofessional behaviour and a pathetic petty attitude. Nevertheless, we hence went to a nearby stall to grab a bottle of water; in the meanwhile, we got a call from the co-driver to hurry up and come to the bus. When we reached, the bus had already hit the highway and we had to run almost 100mts to the bus in sludgy soil and pouring rain. This really frustrated us and we scolded the duo about this behaviour, to which they were extremely ignorant and gave us back answers as to you are not the only ones in this bus; with an attitude that we are the boss here. At first, I really did admire the quality of space the orange has provided in the bus but it is all nothing in comparison to the horrible lack of decency forget hospitality that the staff have to present. I really regret travelling with Orange.

I have booked orange travel bus ticket through Paytm for the date[protected] @8;15pn. But the bus came at 10:50 pm which was late by 2 and half hours.
Not only this time, every time this problem happening with this problem and not even single word of information was given to us about bus late coming.
Please take necessary on Orange travels

Booked consignment to deliver 3 baggage from Hyd to Chennai.
Got the bags, damp, soiled, torn. All valuable things, clothes are destroyed

I have travelled sattur to chennai on 23 july 2022 along with my wife and kid, they dont have first aid box, they met accident at 2 am, we couldn't get out from bus, after half an hour we exited from emergency door. My wife and kid got injured, my wife entire face is bleeding, but no one is bothered, we didnt get first aid also. After sometime we got first aid from ambulance. Due to this accident we lost so much money for treatment, money doesn't matter but atleast they should've arrange the nearest hospital for treatment, No help from orange travels. We went to chennai then taken treatment personally after 3 hours. My wife really struggled a lot. Why they have not dropped nearest hospital for treatment.

Worst seat L1 don't book this seat and uncomfortable to sleep and not hygiene very dirty pillow they provided, not value for money very worst experience...totally waste of money

I had booked a ticket from Hyderabad to Pune on 20th July. The bus stopped working in Yevat at 6:30 am and we were told to shift in another sleeper coach full od passangers and were told to stand for 1.15 hours to Pune. The customer care is not available, the staff here is not helpful. I have paid for a sleeper coach to my destination and not for standing 1.15 hours, i want my money back.

I’m just surprised about such a bad experience during the travel. I was just 5 min delayed due to the heavy traffic and bad weather. The driver was misbehaving and being very rude with my wife and me. He was in a state of argument and criticising. Even the customer service representative named Akhil whom I called to report the complaint was not able to solve it neither not fit for this job. Need a critical action taken towards all these people or it will be negatively impacted for your travels. Here’s the travel details,

We travelled from hyderabad to bangalore on 10th July they picked us from paradise at 6.30pm and dropped us at mehdipatnam and finally bus came to pick us at 9.15pm. How can a travels pick and drop us on road on rainy day and no responsible staff to help us families and old people. Very bad travel I will never recommend and I will neverever travel in this bus.

Staff is extremely rude on the Bengaluru to tuticorin bus route (travelled on 14 July 2022). Extremely pathetic bus condition and staff is ruthlessly rude. Will never travel by this bus again. Staff had fight with other passengers as well.

The bus number was KA51AC6021, my drop destination was panjagutta, but the driver asked us to get down at lakdi ka pool saying there is no drop at punjagutta, if that was the case, then why add that option during booking? We can choose some other travels that drops us at our destination, moreover the pathetic behavior of the staff and our luggage was damaged as well, this is not the first time we are traveling this route, other travels have safely dropped us and secured our luggage, but this was a pathetic experience

Am regular customer travelling in orange travels from last five years and travelling in bus for 4 times in a month. I travelled from Hubli to Hyderabad on[protected] in orange travels and I have booked my return ticket from Hyderabad to Hubli on[protected] @ 8:30 pm pick up at Miyapur. Bus diver of Bus No AR023477 date :[protected] timing 8:30 pick up at miyapur has left with out my boarding. Due to rainfall Dmart road has been blocked by traffic police and they have diverted the traffic to other road due to which I got stuck in heavy traffic and unable to reach on time at miyapur. Driver has waited for me for 10 mins after which he has asked me to come to next stop I.e., Madinaguda. I said ok and I went there after that again he left from that place also and again asked me to come to Next stop I.e., Chandanagar and I went to Chandanagar on time as he said the time over phone. I just reached Chandanagar not less than 5 mins but bus driver has left from that place also and asked me to come to Mehdipatnam and left the bus from Hyderabad with me boarding. Bus driver is very very rude to me over phone when I asked him to just to wait 1 to 2 mins in Madinaguda or Chandanagar and he denied to wait and just left carelessly. I travel ever 2nd Friday & 2nd Sunday and again 4th Friday and 4th Sunday in orange travels from last 5 years and I wait almost 1 to 2 hours on road in Mehdipatnam for the bus with no proper place to stand or sit. And every time this orange travels arrives minimum 1 hour late and we stand on road without any complaint but this bloody drive has not waited for me some 10 to 15 mins. I want someone higher officials from orange travels to call me immediately. I have office tomorrow have some important appointments and works and meetings. I want call from orange travels immediately

We have booked ticket from Visakhapatnam to Guntur reporting time at 10.05pm from Gurdwara .
We have reached to the pick up point 2half an prior to the reporting and we have been waiting at the stop.The diver has just passed from us without even calling and checking that the passenger has been boarded or not .The moment we noticed the bus was passing through we called to the driver and asked that we are waiting at the stop and he said he has moved since no one was there.
He was watching his mobile and didn't even call us to check with us which his primary responsibility . Instead when we asked him that why didn't he stop the bus, his response was so rude.

In a nutshell we are disappointed with orange service and the drivers negligent response and irresponsible behaviour.Please look into the issue and make sure no passenger should suffer like dis since we have paid enough amount to travel all the way..

I hope orange travels will maintain standards in resolving customers issues and make their staff to be vigilant towards their duty.
