I had booked my ticket from Bangalore to tirupathi on 5 2 2023 in Orange travels and it was told and also written in ticket that arrival time is 9 o'clock but bus reached 12 30 . In this connection i write to bring to your notice it is fraud and cheating passenger, i need proper reason since no traffic etc

Had booked a bus ticket to shiridi on[protected], vide PNR No:[protected], in the name of G.Krishna Mohan rao .
My Boarding was at 5.40 PM on[protected].
I waited at the boarding point from 5.30 p.m.
I have not received a single phone call from your driver.
And the driver left to shiridi without picking me .

I was put to lot of inconvenience. I tried to call your other drivers, office staff and your call centre. But there was no proper response.

Your driver was telling clearly lies that he has called me at 5.45 p.m.

I never expected this type of worst service on the part of orange travels and I never expected that drivers of orange travels are so worst.

We had a bitter experience and we will never travel in orange travels in future.

Pl refund the ticket amount to me against PNR No:[protected] immediately.

If amount is not refunded, I will be forced to take serious action against your travels at the earliest.

The worst condition bus has been assigned and it's smelling badly. The authorities are very irresponsible. We got stuck in the middle of the night.

During my boarding Mr Kranti, khasim, Babu are very rude towards me which was not at all acceptable.

For an un healthy person they are treating in such a way is very bad part of Orange travels.

For bag check-in i have asked for the responsibility for my luggage because the cabin crew and driver wants to check my luggage, I agreed and asked for taking responsibility for my luggage after check-in they are not guaranteed then i have asked how come this is possible then driver 8s very rude and shouting on me without due respect.

Actually I had a parcel box from kakinada to Hyderabad I need to collect it at lb nagar as per driver said he told me to call by 5 am and I called him since several attempts he didn’t answered the cal and when I called for last time he answered and spoke to me rudely with inappropriate language . This is totally rediculous with your service .hope you improve with your service.
I am attaching the pictures of the irresponsible driver I hope proper action would be taken.

I had booked orange travel bus for Jan 13 2023, boarding time-10:50pm
We got info from driver around 10:30 like from bus will be there at stop in few min but around 11 he informed like bus got breakdown and they were arranging some pickup van
After that call there's no response from driver for any of the calls, we had reached out orange customer care and got to know bus got cancelled... Me being the girl standing on the road around 12pm who's waiting for bus got to know this...
It's atleast minimum thing for the driver to Inform this... The simple response from customer care is. "Sorry"
What sorry can provide security for a women at midnight!!!
And around 1am they are trying to fool us like we had tried to reach you but no response so bus moved on... How RIDICULOUS is this, they planted some story to avoid the refund payment.
Not only payment.. How can one sorry provide security for. Passengers at that time who were. Waiting in middle. Of the road
WORST BEHAVIOR of orange tours and travels.
Request you to take. Some action on them.

Bus no AR024128 seat no H1 has no window the air comes into the bus and distribuing the passengers . May this compliant will rectify to the next day passengers . Thankyou !!!

I have a ticket from ladki ka pul ( Hyd) to salem on 11 jan 2023 ; PNR :[protected] ; i got a message that pick up van will come and take us near Bank of baroda ; But we I checked in Google map there were 3-4 branches in that area ; I was confused and contacted the numbers that I got in whatsapp message ; No one responded properly; The contacts numbers that I got were those of bus drivers ; They were shouting at me over phone and told me that they are not aware of the pick up van location ; I still told them that I got their number through whatsapp thats y I called them ; They replied me that they don't come inside the city so there were not aware ; The driver name is Narashiman ; Please educate these type of people, how to behave with customers ; If same continues definitely there will be a bigger loss to the business in the long run ; Even after trying to every mobile number that I have received on whatsapp, no one is having the patience to listen to us ; I request you to share the pick up point clearly on some map so that there will not be any confusion ;
Finally, I went to orange Tours and travels ( opp to Bank of baroda ( lakdi ka pul)) and i asked 1-2 persons showing my whatsapp ticket, there also nobody responded properly. I asked them thrice still they were ignoring me and talking with someone. This behavior is definitely not acceptable. Atleast teach them or warn them so that this will not repeat . Totally, it was a horrible experience.

Although I paid lot of amount, I have faced lot of difficulties during the travel. First thing the staff didn’t instruct me properly regarding the pickup point even though I called them multiple times to confirm pick up location. Secondly their charging point is not working. And when I asked the staff regarding the same they answered rudely

Orange travels is good, but they are not at all able to ensure the timelines. We were coming from Warangal to Bangalore on 20-Dec. Schedule reach to Bangalore was around 7.30 However, they could drop us at around 9.45 a.m. Samething happening again today. My wife and son are travelling today again same problem. It is 9.45 a.m., and they are still to be dropped at our drop point. They have to seriously work on it as all our plans are taking a major hit.

Bus is not clean and not maintained well and chargeing high price for ticket and always buses are breakdown between Eluru to Vijayawada and staff are not decent

They will offboard passengers on middle of journey and not behave properly and they are not providing any facilities during unexpected offboard during the journey because of breakdown of bus or any other technical issues.

Hi, this is to inform you that I booked orange travels from Trichy to Hyderabad to travel on 18th Dec 2022. I travelled through 4 different bus operators to different places during my trip but travel experience with orange was horrible! Worst experience among all bus operators. It was not at all clean, they have given us used blankets, used bedsheets (smelly), dirty pillows (bad odour), dirty curtains, ac was working like how it works usually when bus stops (AC air flow was very low), all o[censored]s suffered from suffocation. I have uploaded the pictures of their dirtiness. Orange travels - pls get some sense and stop taking customers for granted. You are not giving free service. At least cleanliness and safe driving experience for all passengers is a basic need and expectation of every customer. All my family members were literally feeling unsafe and at some point we thought to get down in the middle of the travel as the driver was applying harsh sudden brakest for every now and then (as frequent as once in every minute) and the way he was driving, it was clear indication of rash driving. Overall, not at all a good experience. I never ever travel or recommend orange travels to anyone in my life.

This is a compliant about Bus AR02B4448, Marathahalli to Ernakulam, seats U20-U21 dated 15th December 2022.

The bus itself was dusty, and our sheets were spoilt. The Window seals were dusty and spoilt, and the seats were smelling. I've attached the pictures. This is not expected for the price we payed.

I call to and where I have to wait driver said tanuku kamadaynuvu complex but after few minutes driver sad come to highway said how it possible its already heavy rain this is not correct I want compliant on driver

I have booked orange travels bus from banglore to hyderabad on[protected].
My bus was at 9.pm and the bus came around 10 pm to the stop.
My dropping location is lakdikapool but they stopped bus at kukatpally and said this is the last stop. I called to customer services they have not responded properly. They stopped 10-12 kms away from stop and the driver is very rude. I stood on road for more than 40 minutes with luggage after the bus got delayed for more than 2 hours at the dropping point also. I will share the details of the bus number. kindly take the action. This should not be repeated to others. i need refund of my money along with the extra charges of caband need to take action against them. I paid extra for my cab also.

Worst bus experience ever…
I had traveled from Basavakalyan to Bangalore on[protected] at 6:45 PM seat no L11and L12 and booked two tickets one pick up from Basavakalyan n another one from humnabad and we had luggage n even with the help of conductor only I dropped my luggage in bus dicky in humnabad but he didn’t give me luggage tag since it was raining and other people are rushing to drop there luggages in bus..so when I got down from bus in Marathahalli there was no luggage of mine..conductor saying I have not carried any luggage…worst behaviour from driver and conductor they are not at all ready even to talk.
Hope you guys understand our situation..going further I will not book my tickets in orange travel

Staff not suporting and seat not good, dirty, bus change in mid of night 2am, it is totaly harrasment, i wil file legal case on oramge travel.

Hello orange travels, I am raviteja from Hyderabad. I have travelled in orange travels on 6th September to goa and i have forgotten my iPhone charger at your bus. I have trying to reach you people but no one is giving good response and i was not satisfied with this services which you provided to us. They are saying that we don't know but after we get down from the bus at goa the bus will be cleaned after reaching to goa right then they have taken my charger and even I have called to suchithra office they are not lifting the call. Kindly solve the issue as soon as possible and provide my charger.
