Have been looking for remote purchase of wall 49 fan for over a year and everywhere is out of stock. Very depressing! Can you please help?
Eshop.com of orient electric does not have an option to purchase the remote separetely and persistently the customer care staff asking to purchase from eshop.com without even checking. This is insane!

I want to bring your kind attention towards some service issue, please intervene and resolve within your standard time frame.

My air cooler is not operating properly from 22nd may. Its water circulation pump is stopped working. So it is not circulating the water caused not cooling the air.
I had called to customer complaint number on 23rd may in morning. They recorded my complain and given me a complain number c[protected]. And said to attend the problem within 48 hours. Still till today the problem is not resolved.
Yesterday i again called and asked for resolution, the customer support person is not giving proper answer and provided the service head number of kanpur region (Named mr. Satish -[protected]). But he also fails to provide the solution and did not sent any technician to attend the problem. Today he is making some excuse for failure of appointing the team.

I have purchase an air cooler last year in april 2018. I wanted to change the grass of my cooler so lodged a service for the same. Orient has sent the executive at my given address with the new grass and i gave him rs. 700/- for service and for grass. I told to the executive that the grass you are using is not the same as the previous one but he changed that grass.
The grass is very low quality and it is not the same grass as previous one.
I called to orient company so many time and they didn't give me the solutions till now.
They give me a contact number of a person by the name of rajendra bhandar ([protected]) he is the senior person of that executive who visited to change the grass.
I tried to call him so many times but he didn't respond me.
Again i called to orient company so many times but always they put my call on hold for so long and after that my phone get disconnect every time.
Now i'm facing so many issues. My air cooler is not cooling my room properly.
This is the high level of misbehavior with the customers. Even i have paid rs. 700/- but the company is not responding me properly.

I purchased 2 orient wall fan before 1.5 years, having 2 year warranty, both of my fans are not working since 6 months, i'm just keep calling customer care, they keep fooling me from 3 months that they are coming, but noone arrived, instead they stop picking up my phone, they are just frauds fooling customer for 2 years warranty, and when its come to service they treat customers like baggers. Never ever buy these oreint fans, i finally have to get it repaired from cheap company outside on my expenses.

This complaint is regarding the orient ceiling fan that i have purchased recently on date 25 april 2019. I have already registered the complaint on 3rd may regarding the noise in the fan. They told me that the technician will visit your home within 24 to 48 hours but there is no such visit till now.
It's extremely disappointing to have such behaviour towards customer from. Such a reputed company.

Hi today i purchased a orient fan.. But when i openend the box the blades looks totally defective. Image attached..

Plz do replace fan blades asap..
As i used orient fans earlier too..
But this fan making me disapointed..
Plz help to replace this fan soon..
Or else i will make a complaint to another level..

Useless support by Manjunath service manager - should be replaced with someone more efficient

I initially had to call around 6-7 times, logged a email ticket and then after 2 days got a response

Took further 2 days and few more calls for someone to come..

In spite of my specifying the problem, the engineer came with no spares. Further he was telling me the swing is internal and we cannot see from outside and later was laughing at his own stupidity

All the while I was trying to reach Manjunath who is as useless as they come, must have got the job through a reference

All said and done the cooler is just occupying space in my house

Beware of any Orient product they are absolutely sub standard

Hello, my name is krishna kumar nigam. I complained twice on 12 april for the new fan that their is a problem in your fan product, it stop working after ten min we call the service thrice they said the service will reach your home before 48 hr but their was no responce from the service centre. They will not attend our call. There is a time of above 50 hrs.

This is regarding one if the complaints that i had registered regarding one of the geysers that i had bought. Its been nearly 4 months and even after repeated followups there is no action being taken for the same.
The geyser is having leakage problem and water is leaking from the electrical unit also which is very dangerous.
After repeated calls and followups with the local service centre also there is no action getting taken.
It has been escalated to the manager of the local center whose nams i believe i sankar-[protected]. He is also very reluctant to take an action on this issue.
Its been 4 months and there is no proper acrion being taken from orient.
Frustrated post buying an orient product.
Could you please solve the issue asap and escalate this to the highest possible level for service complaint.
There is no help being provided from the call centre of orinet also because they are keeping the call on hold and then they are disconnecting several times.
I have called up nearly 8-10 times to the customer care on the issue.

Yesterday i had purchased super cooler model after satisfying myself with the demoshown. but i regret thge case is not same after i fixed the system for use, i found the the system is making more noice tthan what wasseen by me. secondly on filling the water in the tank as per your manual the system was switched on. it produced unbarable non veg smell and i was forced to vacate the for couple of hours.(i being veggioe).
thirdly i wanted to remove the waster and refil again in the process the stop cock provided went inside the tank.

fourthly my effort to contact your customer care, did not succeded the process wasting precious time dailling holding set for hours together, if you cannot manage the centre do not misguide the customer. now i lost al my good opinion about your co. do call and send your representative to answe all my complanit

My grinder cuter has been broken and it is not able to grind anything. I had bought it on 27 december 2018. The model number of my product is jmkk45b2. It has one more problem that when i start this grinder it smells like the plastic is burning. Hence, the product is under warranty i request you to send a mechanical engineer. If it not repairable please change this product.

This complaint pertains to Udaipur Rajastahn regarding non Delivered of product (Electric Fan) even i have already remitted all amount.
I have placed my order through www.orientelectriceshop.com wide my order no. [protected] dated 06.03.2019 and made payment same day. received message that my product will be delivered on 18.03.2019.
it was not delivered till date and when i am making call on their infibeam customer care no. [protected]. they are telling that they are not able to tell the status of delivery. 7-8 times i called on this no and there are only two person Mr. Ronak and Mr. Bharat they put my call on long hold and ending they said they are not able to see the status it is absolutely atrocious & no body is ready to listen. I think i have done a mistake and that will not delivered to me. I lost my money through advance payment. it is worst experience of my life in online purchasing is there any option available apart of Consumer court as i don't want to waste my time.

I already been logged the complaint to orient customer care, the issue of current flowing with water, but technician came and saw the pathetic condition of the geyser and took photographs since i asked him to replace it but till date there is no response. We want orient to look in to the matter and do the replacement of such faulty product or refund my money back. I purchased this product just one month before.

Please do the needful action asap.

My fan was repaired in the month of may 2018. When fan was taken in service, it run for two months only. Again it was making metallic sound and not able to put in the service. A complaint was filed on 18/10/2018 with no. W [protected], a service engineer contacted me, but he did not attended the problem. I have contacted with mr. Amit khanna also, but in it did not worth.

I have received repaired fan after 3 months on 09/02/2019 at 6.00p. M. Service engineer installed the fan. Again fan stopped within three hours of running on the same evening.

Now i can understand that this fan is beyond repairable. Please look after the problem and do needful.

11 fin ofr model no. Of1103f puirchased from m/s gupta electricals, ramphal chowk, dwarka, new delhi on 15 nov 18. On assembling at my parents house in punjab, it was found that one set of wheels was of a different model and therefore, did not fit well. I have filed a complaint with the customer care but it has been pending for the last fifteen days. Complain numbers are c[protected] and c[protected]. There is no update from the company at all whether my complaint will be attended to or not. Feel cheated by the company for buying the product that does not provide customer support.

All customers who read this post are advised to exercise caution while buying orient products.

Issue raised in nov 2018 for product under warranty. - aqua spring water heater 25l purchase online and delivered from sunapp shop in jaipur.

On raising the issue in nov2018, the executive attended and refused to fix the issue despite the product being under warranty period. Upon complaining again and again, executive was sent who checked and advised there is tank leakage and mentioned the tank needs to be changed. Despite multiple follow ups the issue has not been resolved till date.

With the hopeless product and after sales service, we are looking to give them the product back and get our refund

I have registered a complain on 02 jan 2019 about my instant gyser under complain number c[protected]; however, no one visited my home till today. I have regularly contacted with their customer care but still their is no help from their end. Kindly look into my concern and resolve it as soon as possible.

My dry Iron purchased before 2 months ago from Amazon, but now it is not working. I had complained to orient customer care, enquiry no was W[protected]. Service technician attended the call, he said that thermostat of iron is not working, that's why iron is not working, he kept open our iron and said he will visit our place within 2-3 days with that part.but he still not came. Plz help us, I want my iron repair.
