I have bought a stand fan orient 400mm stand-37 on 26th March, 2021 . today 7th April, 2021 it have stopped working. what a ashamed. you are a reputed company, but your product is not last even 2 months. within two months it became worthless.

I bought two orient Geyser Enamour plus 25 liters, raise a ticket for installation on Friday 12 March. No one turned up for installation till now.

As per the ticket installation take 48hr of notice. Still they are asking for 24hr of time with no good response from the team.

Worst Service I can expect from orient

I have a 6L gas geyser of Orient. It has been my experience twice that whenever I call for getting the service of the geyser done the person concerned never turns up at the scheduled time. He keeps delaying the visit making it irritating for us to keep waiting for infinite hours. Very careless attitude towards customers. Every time I call he schedules the visit in the next 30 min of the call which never comes.

I bought this fan 4 months back and already it is making horrible loud sounds. I complained once and the service person came and did something and went.. again the loud sounds started after 10 mins. I have complained again. The person who came was not even property equipped. Kindly look into this and replace the fan.it is very difficult to follow up like this.!...

I purchased a Gyser from orient electric India, I used it only for 2 months but after that it’s not working, I called customer care 10000... times to solve this problems. But from past 2.5 months no one visited my home at all.
Worst customer service I have ever seen....
