Yesterday, I purchased a tablet fan, but it suddenly stopped working. and it's not getting the change of the speed....

I think not fix properly and not balancing well....

M purchase jan 21 orient fan and instal March 15 but fan is fiberating move so m reach shop and shop keeper no responce 7 day and another day complaint register oreint customer care so your technical come my home and no satisfied me and unbaVier and no change or repair this product say to me technican m also complain 27 March and tuesaday come to me no Tuesday 30 March on cal technical mohd saddik unbaVier to call and carying me...

Even after sending repeated requests to attend to Geyser problem nobody is attending to it for the last twelve(12) days...

Hai my pedestal fan not working.i have earlier complaint till now not solve the problem, my call c[protected], so that please solve my problem .[protected] my mobile number......

I bought two orient Geyser Enamour plus 25 liters, raise a ticket for installation on Friday 12 March. No one turned up for installation till now.

As per the ticket installation take 48hr of notice. Still they are asking for 24hr of time with no good response from the team.

Heat Water not coming...

I have a 6L gas geyser of Orient. It has been my experience twice that whenever I call for getting the service of the geyser done the person concerned never turns up at the scheduled time. He keeps delaying the visit making it irritating for us to keep waiting for infinite hours. Very careless attitude towards customers. Every time I call he schedules the visit in the next 30 min of the call which never comes.

I raised a concern regarding non working of 3L Instant water geyser on 04-Jan-2020 . 2 days later, I got a call that the issue will be fixed latest by 10-Jan-2020.Now, it's been more than a week and the issue is still not resolved.

I bought this fan 4 months back and already it is making horrible loud sounds. I complained once and the service person came and did something and went.. again the loud sounds started after 10 mins. I have complained again. The person who came was not even property equipped. Kindly look into this and replace the fan.it is very difficult to follow up like this.!...

I purchased a Gyser from orient electric India, I used it only for 2 months but after that it’s not working, I called customer care 10000... times to solve this problems. But from past 2.5 months no one visited my home at all.
Worst customer service I have ever seen....

I purchased a water Geyser yesterday on (27 December 2020) and it is not working properly. kindly do the needful....
