We have purchased a orient electric fan from Alappuzha on 04/07/2021.The fan is not working. We have to get it repaired urgently.

I purchased 3 Orient Fans 1 month back.one fan made so much noise i had already raised 3 times complaints.
Your technician visited but not able to resolve problem and always making us fool and asked if you face this problem again just call me but he didn't pick up call
this is very unprofessional and casual response from orient team.
i didn't expect this type of response. If you can not provide service please do not make customers fool.
every one from your comp making customer fool.i connected to your senior executive they ask me to hold but its more than 45 min.
This is really ridiculous. no one is available to solve the issue i called more then 10 times.

your senior executive "Aman" they are making me fool on call asking for hold and it's more than 45 minus waiting time.

orient is a very very poor service provider.

I will find the legal way because everyone is making customers foolish

We are 4 family members. I hv purchased 25 ltr. ele. geyser on 28/03/2021 which was installed later on in April 2021.
We are starting it 25/30 minutes before using it for bath. However dispensed water is not so hot up to the mark and hence we are all disappointed, having purchased Orient Geyser for our family.
Earlier call was logged for the same and one Co.person visited our home, done something there and disappeared within 10 minutes.
Today I once again registered complaint bearing No. C [protected].
I request you to look into the matter and resolve my problem once for all.

I am writing to register a complaint with your company over the poor service, received from an earlier order with your Technical Department.

On July 04, 2021, I had placed a complaint with Complaint number #C[protected], C[protected] and this complaint was canceled. But as of today, the order has not been fulfilled

As per your service provider, he rejected the invoice & Warranty book. There is no any overwriting on the invoice. But I also provide them with a warranty book. I have also attached an Invoice & Warranty Book for your reference.

After my many futile attempts in contacting your services department since my order date, I have to write to record my great disappointment over the poor response service to my complaint. Kindly respond to correct the issue as I am losing faith in your trusted brand of products.

I shall be awaiting your prompt action on my complaint.

orient कंपनीचा टेबल फॅन (Tabel-27), दि.30.03.2021 रोजी खरेदी केला असून दि.27.06.2021 रोजी (फक्त 3 महिन्यातच) तो नादुरूस्त झाला आहे. त्यासाठी आपल्या सर्व्हिस सेंटर मध्ये ([protected]) संपर्क साधला असता 24 ते 48 तासात आपल्याला सुविधा पुरविण्यात येईल, असे सांगण्यात आले.
• दि.26.06.2021 रोजी तक्रार नोंदणी क्र.C[protected] असा असल्याचा संदेश (मेसेज)आला.
• दि.27.06.2021 रोजी आपली तक्रार रद्द (Cancelled) असा असल्याचा संदेश (मेसेज) आला.
• दि.28.06.2021 रोजी orient सर्व्हिस सेंटर पुन्हा संपर्क साधला असता, 24 ते 48 तासात आपल्याला सुविधा पुरविण्यात येईल, असे सांगण्यात आले.
• दि.30.10.2021 रोजी आपल्या टेक्निशियनकडून सांगण्यात आले की, 2 दिवसांत सर्व्हिंस देतो पण ते आजपर्यंत सर्व्हिस देण्यासाठी आलेले नाहीत.
• दि.06.07.2021 रोजी पुन्हा orient सर्व्हिस सेंटर पुन्हा संपर्क साधला असता 2 मोबाईल नंबर ([protected] व [protected] )देण्यात आले असून त्यांच्याशी संपर्क साधण्याबाबत सांगण्यात आले. सदर मोबाईल क्रमांकावर संपर्क साधला असता संबंधित टेक्निशियने शहापूर विभागात सर्व्हिस पुरविणे त्यांच्या कार्यकक्षेत येत नसल्याबाबत सांगितले. तर दुसऱ्या मोबाईल वर संपर्क साधला असता, चुकीचा नंबर असे सांगण्यात आले आहे.
दि.08.07.2021 रोजी पुन्हा orient सर्व्हिस सेंटर पुन्हा संपर्क साधला असता 24 ते 48 तासात तुम्हाला सर्व्हिस देण्यात येईल, असे सांगितले जाते, परंतु प्रत्यक्षात आजपर्यंत आपल्या कंपनीकडून सर्व्हिस दिली जात नाही.
तरी आता मी किती वेळा orient सर्व्हिस सेंटरकडे संपर्क करावा, म्हणजे orient कंपनीचा टेबल फॅन (Tabel-27) जो खरेदी केल्यानंतर फक्त 3 महिन्यातच खराब झाला आहे तो मला दुरूस्त करून मिळेल.
आता तरी माझ्या तक्रारीची दखल घेण्यात यावी, ही विनंती.

The fan is making noise while in operation and when it is stopping

I bought a personal air cooler 4 months ago. But the motor stopped working. It still has warranty. I called customer service. But my issue is not yet resolved.

The problem is with my ceiling fan (orient electric ecotech plus 1200 mm BL XI4XYH1 HSN:[protected], in the remote, speed 4 and 5 is not working. when i turn my fan speed on 4 or 5 the on the remote, the fan will automatically turn off.( invoice no. FAB5RP[protected] Date of purchase:25/05/2020) purchased throught flipart.

The fan is making noise during operation and when it is switched off

1. Cooler cable burn at one position position at time of running.

2. Water pump not properly work.

मै जनवरी, 2021 मे 2 ceiling fan खरीदा था लेकिन शुरू से ही इसमें स्पीड का प्रोब्लेम रहा हैं । मेरा पंखा सही से काम नहीं कर रहा हैं । मैं पिछले 2 महीने से संपर्क मे हूँ मुझे आपके executive मधु (मो॰ [protected]) ने सिर्फ आज कल कर रही हैं । मैं ने अपना शिकायत consumer कोर्ट मे भी डाल दिया हैं । मेरा पिछला शिकायत न॰ हैं W[protected], W[protected], W[protected], W[protected], W[protected] and many more, लेकिन सभी शिकायत को बिना समाधान के बंद कर दिया गया हैं । मेरा शिकायत आज की दूर करें मेरी केवल शनिवार को ही छुट्टी होती हैं यदि आज मेरी शिकायत दूर नहीं होगी तो प्रधानमंत्री जी से शिकायत करूंगा और मामला को कोर्ट मे ले जाऊंगा ।

I bought a quasar series fan and its within warranty period, it started making lot of noise and I have also raised compliant on orient website and kept calling at their customer care number to expedite the resolution.

Nobody picks up the call and no call back from any technician to resolve my issue, its summer season and everybody knows the importance of fan.

Get it done ASAP.

registering a complain regarding one of orient electric dealerships.

dealership name : New Best eletricals and hardware .

the " new best electrical and hardware " dealership which sold us orient fan ( orient summer breeze 1200 mm ),
with 2 years of warranty .

took the fan to the dealer, but completely refused any service and denied any repair .

this is my request to take some action for this poor service from one of orient electricals dealer.

Abhi tak koi service ke liye nahi aaya aur phone karne par bolte hain nahi aaunga aap ko jo karna hai kar lo

Technician visit in April to identify the manufacturing defect & blades needs to be changed. Raised complain many time at the customer service still no one has turned up & giving excuses over 2 months.

Keeping my concern I want to highlight my Complaint, I have purchaed Orient Tornado Grand Cooler previous year on 12 June 2020,
This year I have lodged the complaint against the same due to non operational of its pump and I have lodged more than 10 complaints nos are W[protected], W[protected] etc, But they all have been cancelled automatically without giving me any intimation by your Team,
After calling your Team several time I have been providee no. of your one technician whom I have called more than called 20 times to fix up my issue but he has not responded,

After several calls today he come to place and asked for Rs.400 first then to provide assitance, but I have told him that my product is in warranty but he hasnt listen to me and given me very abusive and vulgar answers and said me that you kind of people dont have money to give

Moreover he also misbehaved with my father when he tried to raise his concern, The technician has called his supervisor naming Mr. Sumit who has spoke to me and he was too very abusive to me regarding my concern

My product is in warranty and I am not geeting assistance from your team from last 3 months

I am highly disatisfied with the serives of orient team,

I request you to go through my concern otherwise I have to knock door of Consumee forum as I m feeling worst with the service of Orient Electric
