This is in continuation to my letter dated 6-6-18, the copy of which is enclosed with this letter. I visited locker room yesterday with my wife. A mechanic was reparing something and dark black particles were on the table. The bank staff and my wife inserted the keys to open the locker and the mechanic insisted to go out of the room as he will not leave the table. The lady staff member with request sent him out and within two minutes he again entered the room. Despite any complaint to the branch manager, i wrote to you. Last time the position was shown to branch manager and the cluster head. The condition is the worst in the locker room. You depute any person to visit the worst position of the room with a very old table, full of some material of any kind and a broken chair. The staff members frequently come with some other persons for currency when one is operating the locker. Bank has increased locker rent from 1150 to 1770, but no facility is provided to customers as per norms of the bank. Will you please do the needfull in the interest of the customers of the bank. If required i can send photos of the locker room. Me and my wife are having fdrs for more than 90 lakhs in the bank.

    Got a locker in obc, sector-16, faridabad expecting good security being a posh locality location. I shifted from delhi to faridabad in november'2018 and got a locker after that. First time operated locker in january'2019. Today 02.05.19. Visited locker room to find the locker door has been tempered, attendant rakesh casually said "yeh kaise ho gaya". Incharge on front desk said, "plas se theek kar do".

    I am now retired and my whole life savings "gold etc. Valuables, property docs etc are exposed to such casual tempering attitude." no cameras, insufficient light, located in dirty/shabby basement. No attitude of staff,
    I felt secured that i am in govt. Bank but "pathetic insecure conditions" awful.

    There was a transaction of Rs 149 from my account in Oriental Bank Of commerce for zomato but the payment was not received by them. They told it to be a payment gateway failure. I was assured that the the money will be refunded to my account. But still I did not receive the refund. When will I get the refund back?

I complained to the bank on that time, but they said-do complain after 24 hrs. I have complained to bank on 24-04-19 at 2pm. But i didn't get my money back.             On 25 march 2019 i've transferred money to someone through upi transaction on paytm app but transaction has failed but the money is debited from my account the amount of money is debited is 2000 and it is a big amount of money for me because i am student.                 I am dimple sharma. My a/c is [protected]. Branch shahdara. Sir my last balance was 2606.64 rs even after my minimum balance charge was deducted. When i came to know about it from the branch, i learnt that my a/c is showing a low of 1000 rs, that is 1606.64 rs. If i have an entry in passbook, my balance on passbook is being show very well but less is shown on the system.
                Some time ago, even when i had withdraw from the atm, i had a 1000 rs less show in my message which i complained to branch they said that it was because of a network issue, there is no sign in your a/c.
                When i complained about it to the staff who worked in the branch & manager, he was not ready to understand me and said that you could claim the bank.
                I have given an application in writing but there is no reply yet.

                  It is a request that i took a vehicle loan of rs. 460000 for 7 years through oriental bank of commerce mandi adampur hisar.in which the following types of disturbances have been done —
                  1... Whose monthly installment ₹ 8000 was told, which i have been paying regularly on time. Many times i have paid more than the installment in which my installment has been reduced! ₹ 6956/monthly installment accordingly, i have paid a lot of money, even though i am seeing the arrears and the amount of money given by the savings account is taken away, due to which i have trouble dealing with the account!
                  2... The interest of my loan was reported as 10.25% annually, which should be taken 1 time a year, whereas interest is levied every month. If it was to be done every month, your document should have been written monthly, it is against the rule, deception is illegal.
                  3... Car loan interest has been reduced by all banks to 8.25% annually, while i am still getting 10-99% annual instead of 8.25% and 10.25%.
                  4. There has been heavy irregularities in monthly interest payments. As on 31/01/2014, the interest of[protected] and 28/02/14 of[protected], 30/4/14 to 4444167 of 4004, thus the interest of lesser amount is less and more interest is incurred. The stated interest rate does not match.
                  5. Many times i went to the bank and i prayed through the email but the bank officials did not solve my problems. Finally, on tight 11/02/2016, i filled out the whole loan and prayed for form 35a. But even after going through the bank many times, i have not yet given form 35a.
                  Therefore, i request you to check my full account back and refund the money and return to me and avail the form 35a and take action against bank employees who are excessively harassing me.

                          I have made a withdrawal from a merchant webmoney and it was completed from their end totally but i haven't received my money in the bank since more than 2 months, it's like an international wallet and i had around 5000 rs in inr and made the withdrawal to my card. So i was supposed to receive it in my bank account within 2 weeks, but nothing showed up and then i contacted merchant regarding it, completed from their side.                                       मेरा नाम गौरांश आनंद है मेरा खाता आपके बैंक बिलासपुर कलेक्टोरेट शाखा में है कुछ साल पहले मैने आपके बैंक से ५०, ००० मुद्रा लोन लिया था मेरा काम कुछ दिन चला फिर नुक़सान में चला गया जिसके चलते मै लोन जमा नई कर पा रहा था कुछ दिन बाद बैंक से सेटेलमेंट के लिए फोन आया जिसमें कहा गया २०, ००० देने के बाद सेटेलमेंट कर दिया जाएगा मैंने जैसे तैसे ब्याज में पैसे लेकर बैंक मै पैसे जमा किए उसके बाद भी मेरा खाता सेटेलमेंट नई किया जा रहा है और पैसे मांग रहे है ऐसे में मै पैसे देने के लिए असमर्थ हूं आपसे निवेदन है कि मेरा खाता सेटेलमेंट कर के बंद कर दिया जाए

                                      I am really very disappointed from your branch bank, near about 10 time i was vist in doraha branch about my Atm card but they didn’t take any action so plz its my heardly requt to provide my atm or i should close my account from your branch.

                                        Dear team,

                                        I have deposited 2cheque in my account from my different account n it's git boune bank has not informed about it and again deposite in it and deduct charges against it.

                                        I have checked with other party bank there is no fault in cheque.
                                        Why i haven't got information from my bank about any cheque, how can they deduct amount.

                                        The amt my charges back. I will escalate it upper
