Dear team,
I’m your client, since 2015. First time, i faced this situation that, while withdrawing rs. 4500from atm ludhiana i didn’t receive the money. But, the money (Rs. 4500) was debited from my account. So, i filled the fraud report form on 6_2_2019, with your local branch located at ludhiana
I waited for 1 days, and then visited your local branch again on 6_2_2018. They told me my case is close and no reason was given. Manager ofludhiana branch said - my case is genuine, and they will send an e-mail to the main branch (Ludhiana) regarding this on 6.2.2019
I request you humbly to consider my case again, see the cctv footage, do investigation and then come to the conclusion. I’m looking forward to resolve this issue, peacefully.
