I would like to inform you that, dated 01.07.2018, i was with drawn some amount from atm (Bsa collage mathura, up) at the time of 3:26 pm but no amount is not recd. From atm and also txn slip by me. But two txn rs. 12000 was debited my account. I have already submit my complain to bank manager on 01.07.2018 but till date i have not received, any positive result from obc.

I used my debit card of obc bank (Issued by obc bank, ramghat road (Aligarh) (U. P.) on 18/4/2018 at idbi atm, kamla nagar, agra for withdrawal of rs. 500. Amount was debited from my account but cash was not dispensed by atm. Complaint was lodged on 19/4/2018 which was rejected after 15 days.
