I would like to inform you that, dated 01.07.2018, i was with drawn some amount from atm (Bsa collage mathura, up) at the time of 3:26 pm but no amount is not recd. From atm and also txn slip by me. But two txn rs. 12000 was debited my account. I have already submit my complain to bank manager on 01.07.2018 but till date i have not received, any positive result from obc.

    I am senior citizen of 80 years old. I had opened an recurring deposit account no [protected] in obc bank jalandhar road hoshiarpur branch. I have paid first installment of rs 10300/-dated 18/08/2012 in cash and after that i have given option for auto pay every month installment from my saving bank account no. [protected]. My rd has matured on 18/08/2018. I was to receive maturity value of rs. 10, 03071/-.. On completion of this agreement when i asked for mature amount they had made entries of amount rs 823913/- in my passbook. When i inquired about this they told me that you have not paid 14 installment. I have given the option of auto pay if the server does not pick 14 installment then it is fault of the bank. I always have sufficient amount in my saving bank account from which i have to pay rd monthly installment. I have taken printout for the last six year of this saving bank account and showed the same to dealing clerk. The matter does not end here i asked bank to make fd of the mature amount. They have given me only rs 762221/- as a mature amount on the pretext that some installments were not collected due to system fault and imposed penalty for non collection of instalments.

    Sir, the fault is at bank end. I am an old lady unable to visit bank regularly and had given auto collection advice. Why i am imposed penalty.

    You are requested to settle my rd proceeds for an amount of rs. 10, 03071/- as per account opening agreement immediately and do justice with me.

      I have an account in obc. Actually i request you please tell how long you refund my money. 30 july 2018 the balance 1023 rpee deducted from my account twice. First time i purchase online but order not placed and amount deducted. Thn couple of min later i shop unother time and order is confirm. So my query is the first time deducted money you refund in my account in how many days 4-5 days already gone.

        My father ( Sri Brij Lal Mishra his account number [protected] and his user id is[protected] net banking has been activated 25 days before. The request is placed one month before along with my father's net banking request.

        The last request is made on 11 th July 2018 with OBC executives, Rewa (MP)

        I request you to kindly speed up the process and give us the confirmation as early as possible.

              Mr. Sandeep Retail banking head at Cluster branch, JMD Galleria market complex is behaving irresposibly. For months, approx two and half months, I am wondering at Cluster branch and getting new directions and assurances at every visit. The person never picks phone call and non responsive to emails. Once he took call and said to call back and afterword became unresponsive. I am holding one housing loan for which a TOP UP loan was applied which was sanctionef but i was not informed by the bank and on visit a new application was demanded and now Mr. Sandeep paying no attention one education loan is also in the name of my daughter Mr. Sandeep is not disbusing Mess Fee for a long time with new directions.

              I am complaining about my refund of train ticket. I booked 3 tickets from sirsa to delhi. But the booking failed. 330 rs have to refund bt only 110 rupes refunded.

Our respected prime minister mr narendra modi has started mudra loans or limit in which any new venture will get help in form of funds through this scheme, this scheme is for new start-up. Mr sumit (Obc) bank from loan and limit sanctioned department avoid my request for providing limit. I just wanted to start and expand my business for the betterment of the society.                     I had tried to withdraw money at 08:56am and 08:58am.In the afternoon, of 21st May 2018, I received a SMS claiming that Rs. 8000 have been deducted from my account via an ATM.. I went to the bank and informed them of the deduction, I hereby request you to record my complaint.

                        I am writing this to bring your attention & lodge a complaint against carelessness of obc branch, uit complex, bhagat singh circle, alwar, rajasthan.

                        On 04-june-2018, we visit branch and meet with loan assistant & branch manager to get the order to cancel the home loan and to take back the submitted original property documents as now we does not have any requirement of loan. On that visit we got to know that bank has already cancelled my sanctioned loan in april 2017 without any information or my consent. When i submit written application for same to branch manager he refuse to take the same and told us to come after 2 days to collect the same. Now he is saying that your file has been lost, we are not able to find it in our store / record room so it is not possible for us to return you any document. His behavior is very irresponsible against this and we have not got any satisfactory explanation neither for why this happens nor for what course of next steps required to get the property documents.

                        I am not able to understand this how come this happens in distinguished nationalize bank and what should i do to get my property documents and to process my property for sale or any other process.

                        Please take necessary action against the branch and instruct them to search the file properly else we will be forced to take legal action against branch.

                          I used my debit card of obc bank (Issued by obc bank, ramghat road (Aligarh) (U. P.) on 18/4/2018 at idbi atm, kamla nagar, agra for withdrawal of rs. 500. Amount was debited from my account but cash was not dispensed by atm. Complaint was lodged on 19/4/2018 which was rejected after 15 days. Recomplaint was also lodged on 8/5/2018 which was again rejected (Informed by bank on 4/6/2018)

                              I am holding saving bank account,) in oriental bank of commerce, ferozepur cantt -152001 (Hereinafter called bank). Bank came with scheme of mediclaim policy in collaboration with oriental insurance for their bank account holders at discounted rates. We availed that scheme. Bank debited our account issued dd for rs 4620/- (Rs four thousand six hundred twenty only) on 02-jan-2013 and we were issued mediclaim policy.
                              Since then, every year bank debit our account for policy and sends dd to oriental insurance for renewal of policy.
                              In 2017, bank issued draft for renewal of policy from 20-jan-2017 to 19-jan2018 in favour of oriental insurance co and debited my bank account. But in 2017, i did not get renewal document from bank as i used to get previously. So i visited bank multiple times to check policy status and bank manager always assured us that i should get policy soon without checking the fact.

                              This year, when renewal became due and dd was issued. I got latter from oriental insurance co that our insurance policy has been cancelled in 2017 because they had not got payment in 2017.

                              I visited multiple times to bank but did not get any result. I lodged online complaint with bank (Complaint no ws0030219/2017-18 dated: - 01/02/2018) and send multiple reminders but complaint closed with stating that it will take long time without giving any resolution. We met with bank branch manager but did not get any sufficient reply.

                              Than we file complaint with rbi in banking ombudsman. Rbi issued order to pay amount for new policy for one year which is three time higher than previous policy and
                              Above case represent gross negligence and deficiency in services of bank and cannot be expected from growing bank. Since i belong to medium class family and we were without any mediclaim cover for one year due to deficiency in services of bank. What happened if any member of our family got hospitalized and could not borne expenses.

                              Now, i have to pay higher amount of insurance charges. I have lost cover of illness which are covered after three year.

                                The staff in your gtk karnal road branch are very unhelpful. Everytime a customer ask for their help they are like are we sitting here to tell you that. Then why are they sitting there?! They don't even carry the work allotted to them sincerely. The worst bank staff ever seen. I waited for around 2 hours for 2-3 fdrs with no reason. The excuse that was consistently given to me that i am doing lot of work i don't have time. And after consistent request i got the same in 2 hour otherwise it would have taken the whole day for me for that small work. Please look in the branch immediately.

                                On Friday I was trying to book railway tickets from ferozepur to mathura. When the payment page opened, I connected through paytm linked bank account number.. The transaction got failed but 2665 rs got deducted from my account.. Till now I have not received my amount back.

                                  रेनिउबल के लिए सारे कागजात मैंने 3 माह पहले बैंक ब्रांच जहानाबाद में दो बार कर के दिया हु।दोनो बार अपना डॉक्यूमेंट और गारंटर का भी सबमिट किया हु यहां तक कि पटना से भी बैंक स्टाफ आये उन्होंने भी सारा कागजात खुद लिये।अब हमें गारंटर का आधार न0 कह कर मेरा अकॉउंट को चालू नही किया जा रहा है जिससे मेरे ब्यबसाय पर बुरा असर पड़ रहा है अगर मेरा अकॉउंट को जल्द से जल्द चालू नही करते है तो आपके ब्याज पर भी असर पड़ सकता है जिसका जिमेबार खुद बैंक होगी, मेरे गारंटर का अभी आधार नही बन रहा है।बाकी आगे बैंक समझे।

The amount got deducted from my ibc account but status of imps transaction is showing as suspect. The amount didn't get transferred to the sbi accoun. I deposit 5200, but after 4 months i check my account they deduct above 3000rs, when i complaint about my money, they said ur minimum balance is low therefore bank fines u, i can't receive any mobile msg, i call many times to obc customer care, but they can't give me any answer, so pls help me

                                        On 27/04/2017 i paramita sanyal an account holder in united bank of india, garia station road branch, tried to withdraw an amount of 5000/- from the atm of oriental bank of commerce (Garia station road branch adjucent atm). The transaction was showed as declined but the above amount has been deducted from my account.
