Respected sir,
I neeraj having a account in your bank in bidar branch (Sol id 1405) in karnataka. I want to inform you that during bank working time there is no security guard in your bank's atm room which is in front of the bank. Your bank take work from that security guard as peon during bank working hours due to this we all customers face many problems because that atm is also use as deposit machine and sometimes money stuck in that atm. The security guard name robert only doing the job of peon but take the salary of both peon and security guard. He is doing branch work from 10 am to 5 pm and that time, so there is no security of customers between these hours. So please take this matter serious and take some action against it.

But it is still on. I submit the application and atm on[protected] in bank. Now charges of minimum balance are apply on my account. Please solve my complaint quickly.

      I ordered energy sistem music box 1+ v4.1 5 w portable bluetooth speaker with micro sd mp3 fm radio audio-in (Slate black) speaker from. Amazon but i cancelled my. Order and i was supposed to recieve my refund in 10th november, 2018 but yet i didnt recieved my refund. I refund has been processed from amazon but i didnt got refunded in my account. I want to know when will my amount will get refunded

        The bank was disturbing me time and again for change if atm card ti chip based new atm card. I went to the branch some 03 months ago and irrespective of my new card there the clumsy and lazy staff did not even bother to look out for the one for which i had especially come to the bank after taking a half day leave from the office. They asked me to come later on. Now a day before yesterday the bank called me and asked me to come down to collect my chip based atm. Again i took a half day to visit the bank. To my utter surprise, the # staff of the bank stated looking out the card and now again they said its misplaced. I have never ever seen such a irresponsible bank with such idiotic employees. No value for customers. Your this approach has forced me break the association of last 7 to 8 years. Previously also your manager of the branch was begging me to not to take out my hefty amount from the bank to other one. I fail to understand how the bank is running with no customer value and other the contrary the bank begs too to let the customer continue with your stupid bank. With this i have decided break my association with you and close my account.

            I tried two times to book a ticket on paytm mobile app. But at the time of payment my money was deducted but app was showing that 'your bank hasn't confirmed this payment' plz try again in 4 hours. It's been 10 days but my bank is not refunding my money. I called for customer care but he was very rude and arrogant man. I made 2 transaction and both were failed. And both time money were deducted, 170/- each time.

            There is a problem in adding money to my paytm wallet by OBC, every time a message pops up written your bank merchant is not accepting our request or your bank server is low and there is also a problem in ding UPI transactions which is connected to this bank.

                I am heera lal. I am a account holder in obc bank batala road amritsar. My account no is [protected] ifsc: orbc0100598. I tried to add rs.2000 to my paytm payment bank through my obc debit card my amount was deducted from my bank account but not received me in paytm payment bank account on 05/october/2018. Yet i have not received any my deduct money in my obc bank account neither in my paytm payment bank account. Kindly give an attention on this matter. I am expecting a posiive response from your side.
                Kindly refund my money rs.2000 in my account.

                  I have a flexi savings a/c - [protected] in obc sec-19, faridabad, haryana branch.
                  There were few flexi fds -
                  [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected]

                  For these fds, interest was not paid for last 3 years. After multiple follow ups, some interest was paid in april but that interest is very less. E. G.
                  Interest paid for fd [protected], interest paid for period 16/7/15 to 25/5/18 is rs 10905 on the principal amount of rs 108, 934 i. E. 10% for 34 months. There is similar issue in all the above fds.
                  For fd - [protected], principal amount is rs 503171 but i dont see any significant interest paid on it for 1 year. This continues throughout the tenure of this fd.

                    I have received extremely shoddy services with they not fixing the education loan emi for the past 6 months.

                    I have begged, written letters, screamed on the call, visited the bank, done everything and anything but to no result. My emis are random, as and when the manager wishes he deducts whatever amount he wants and whatever date

                    As an alumna of iim bangalore and current asst brand manager in p&g india i am ashamed of being an obc customer. I cannot imagine how they must be treating other consumers who are in dire need of the money.

                      This is about one of your employee, i just want to know if a employee expires then his wife got job on his name, will you directly recruit her without any verification she has an illegal affair with another guy i have proofs how can you give a job without any verification sir/madam. Am one of the victim who is suffering because of her. Please let me know if your bank gives job to any one which has illegal affair with other person and ruining other life.

                      Is this only regarding banking problems? Please let us know if you can do something I have all the proofs, the written bond I have which says I had illegal affair with someone but am not going to continue in future by your employee. But still continuing illegal affair and ruining others a life. Please atleast give an official warning try to understand the situation because of bloody characterless we are suffering..

                        My education loan rate of interest has reduced to 10.25%.
                        My loan amount is rs.750000.
                        As per your bank emi calculator, my emi should come to rs.12494 for 7 years.
                        But as per your system i have to pay rs 13494 every month as emi.
                        Why i am paying rs.[protected]=rs.1000 extra emi every month?
                        I dont want to extend the tenure but kindly reduce the my emi to rs.12494 on priority basis.
                        Immediate action shall be highly appreciated.

                          I took home loan from OBC in Aug' 2013 for 15 years for a property in Uttam Nagar, New Delhi. Now I want to sell the property to someone and buyer also take home loan.

                          The Bank is now denying that they can not finance on the property again even though buyer's profile to good. Please let me know an appropriate reason for rejection.

                            For the quarterly interest for 0003scss000140 which was supposed to be credited on 29.09.2018 was not credited. Actually i had in my name other 3 scss for which the interests had been credited. What should i do? I had told the same to my local bank as well as the issuing branch at brsbourn road branch of oriental bank of commerce.
                            Kindly look into the matter.

                              Sir, on 24th of sep 2018, i purchase books, the amount was 4715 and the shopkeeper ask me to swap the card three times like 2000, 2000 and 715. The first transaction was completed successfully for rs 2000 but the second shows payment disapproved so i did four transaction because the one was disapproved.
                              The transaction was 2000, 2000 and 715 successfully. But the transaction of second one which was disapproved it deduct the amount of my debit card.
                              The payment debited from my account was 2000, 2000, 2000, and 715 means rs 6715 instead of 4715.
                              I asked the shopkeeper for refund for 2000 than he told me that in his bank statement he received only rs 4715, so he refuse to refund.
                              Kindly refund my payment of rs 2000. My account no is [protected]

                                  I am ankit baranwal from bahadurganj-ghazipur i have a saving account and a fd also in branch of maunath bhanjan.. But i have been harassed many time by this branch.. I am waiting from 13:00 pm for making fd which has not been completed by officials till 5:00 pm.. I also want to make complaint that i want to issue new cheap atm card from this office but no employee is helping me to take it.. Infact branch manager is also not present in office.. When i ask to next senior person, he telling that atm employee is on leave don't waste my time and come once again.. I want to ask if any employee is absent from office why customer suffered??
                                  I have been also suffered ago for my passbook bar coad which is not printable in printing machine.. Sir please take an action for those employee.. So that we customer don't suffer like that.. I have come from 15 km far.. And i live in allahabad for study purpose so how can i come again and again. Please take action...

                                    Compla detail: i made a imps transfer of ₹.34000 on 14 september 2018.
                                    The amount got deducted from my obc account but status of imps transaction is showing as suspect. The amount didn't get transferred to the kotak account. Please help with reversal and credit to my obc account.

                                    I also visited the obc branch and told them about my problem. Called customer care and they said this is network issue.
                                    Please help me in this regard.

                                      My name is swastika dixit, on 24th august i was opened a savings account in oriental bank of commerce, pondha dehradun branch. And they assured me that my account will be active within a week, after 22 days still the account is not open and active, besides it i was already deposited rs-101000/- in my account. Also when i asked any branch person about my account they said it will take a time... As i am also a banker, i am not satisfiy for this type of answer or excuses. Pls look into the matter.

                                        In this branch the management is not proper and their is no form for new account, printer is not working. And the head male staff of this branch is always using mobile phone, they are not caring the costumers.
