Policy no. 215601/31/2015/2970 Transaction ID- ESBI[protected]IG0AYOZVUS (06-Nov-2015) Amount- Rs. 797/- Mail ID- [protected]@gmail.com Renewal Date- 06/11/2015 Mobile No. [protected] against the above said policy, I renewed this online on the due date 06.11.2015 at after 6 PM. The abovesaid amount had deducted from account. But it did not generate my policy. I renewed my policy by paid cash amount with late fine on 9.11.2015. so, pl. refund the abovesaid amount at the earliest.

Neither confirmation SMS nor email have been recd in this regards. please provide renewed policy No to download and print out the same for our record. thank you.

      Dear, Sir/mam मेरे गाड़ी का resistration no. UP60S3734 है। जो की 15 जनवरी2016 को accident कर गयी थी। जिसमे गाड़ी insurance oriental insurance ltd• द्वारा हुआ था। उसके क्लैम के लिए मैं बलिया ब्रांच पर बार बार गया और वहाँ मेरी कोई सुनवाई नही हुई। मजबूरन मुझे market से सामान ले कर लगाना पड़ा। मेरा नाम हिमांशु शर्मा है। कृपया उचित कार्य वाही करे। या मेरा insurance दूसरे किसी कंपनी में केसव ट्रान्सफर होगा । कृपया सुझाव दे। मुझे ऐसे किसी इन्शुरन्स की जरुरत नही जो मुझे claim करने के लिए बार बार परेशान हो।

        Dear Sir/Madam, On 04 Dec 15 i tried to renew my insurance policy No. 322400/31/2015/2522 online through oriental insurance company's website. In the process, an amount of Rs. 5652 was deducted for renewal vide SBI online banking transaction No. ESBI[protected]IG0BCFWVX2 but policy was not renewed. I reported the matter to Mrs. S Das at company's Shillong office and she told to wait till 07 Dec15 hoping I may get confirmation of renewal. When it didn't happened she suggested me to renew insurance by physically coming at shillong office. She further assured that money will be refunded if i file a grievance at OIC's website. i deposited money at shillong office and got policy renewed on 07th dec. Since, website was not working, i filed complaint by e-mail instead of grievance redressal forum. I have sent many mails to following mail-ids of the company and some other mail-ids (all were given on company's website under 'contact us' link):- portal.[protected]@orientalinsurance.co.in, [protected]@orientalinsurance.co.in Please do something to help me get my money back my contact nos are:- [protected] & [protected] e-mail- [protected]@gmail.com thankyou Neeti

            Dear Oriental Insurance, I am an existing Vehicle insurance customer. my policy no is 412200/31/2016/19869. i tried renewing my policy thru online on 08.12.2015 from my Andhra Bank Debit Card Transaction Id : S80699966 Transaction Amount : (INR)1, 274.00 Transaction Description : IB/INDIA/ORIENINS/EADB[protected]. the amount was deducted but the policy was not renewed . So the next day on 09.12.2015 i tried the same with my Indian Bank Debit card POS PRCH ATM WDL SEQ NO 941327 ATM ID 00006166 TRAN DATE (MMDD) 1209 TRAN TIME (HHMMSS) 054553. again the amount was deducted but not renewed and the page said System Error Occurred please contact system administrator. as i was running short of time i went in person to the Oriental Insurance office and i renewed my policy by paying in cash. When i asked the office people about this issue they promised me money ll be refunded in 10 days but its already a moth and i have not yet received my money. When i contacted my bank both the banks told that the Oriental Company only should return transfer the money to my account and the bank could not do anything else. i am very much disappointed. I have been Charged three times for a single payment. pls let me know the status on this issue. Thanking You, Milton Paul.

                On 9.01.2016, i done online policy payment in orientalinsurance.org.in of rs 6, 157 through my icici debit card and my transaction was failed with error . Reason:sorry! We are unable to process your transaction please contact us [protected]@billdesk.com for any queries. But the payment is done successfully and the amount is debited from my account . What should i do now ? Plz refund my amount and contact me my no [protected] and my email id [protected]@autolek.com

                  I want to go abroad for 360 days.i approached oriental insurance for overseas travel insurance.but they told me they can give only for 180 days and they will extend it for another 180 days provided you are fit and you have not made any claim in first 180 days.according to them I have to pay premium for 180 days but I cannot claim if I fall sick.i do not understand logic behind this. again if I want to extend for another 180 days then I have to pay premium 50% more than what I paid for first 180 days.why such things?since last 3 years I am trying to resolve this issue irda is not taking any action.

                        Ref: Car Registration No. DL 03C BW 2469, Volkswagen 1.2 Polo, Petrol Policy No.271701/31/2015/6319, period 18.03.2015 to 17.03.2016 I would like to draw your kind attention regarding non-receipt of amount paid by the customer on repairing of insured vehicle (car). In this connection, kindly note down the following:- i. Full & final payment has been paid by the customer on repairing i.e. Rs.33, 770.00 dated 17.12.2015 to M/s Atrica Automobiles Pvt. Ltd., Noida. ii. All the documents related to insurance claim have already been submitted to The Oriental Insurance Company Ltd. (OICL), Jhandewalan Extn., New Delhi on 19.12.2015. As demanded on 24.12.15 over phone, the additional documents through e-mail had been sent for expeditious release of payment. Despite of fulfilled all formalities, customer payment is still held-up by The Oriental Insurance Company Ltd. (OICL). iii. We have frequently follow-up with Mr. Dharmender, Dev. Officer, Mr. VK Jain, Inspection Officer and Mr. Anshu Garg, Agent for release of payment by the Insurance Company, but, nothing has happened in 15 days. It is a matter of grave concern, if, Insurance Company has not release payment of customer despite of complete all formalities.

                        Insurance Company particularly PSUs must look into the customer issues and resolve in a positive manner. Delay, if any, in case of customer payment must be curtailed bare to the minimum.

                          Notified on 16oct 2015, claim settled on 5th Jan 2016. Claim amount 18500+4300, claim settled for 4900. Why ? Because didn't went to the dealer he asked, didn't paid him commission. Pathetic experience as I did nt gave him bottle of whisky as asked by surveyor Anil Chawla.. Making customers running here and there, about 1000rs petrol spend just to clear the bill. Vehicle no HR26-BP-8317

                            I have submitted cheque for renewal of my policy no 131102/48/2015/9672 to BO Mahim No 131102 on 16/11/2015, and even spoken to Mr Kamble, but till date my account has not been debited.I have made several calls to them, and each time I have been told that it is being done. My policy was due on 24/11/15.

                                My Father Mr.Nandkumar Gupta have taken policy from Raksha TPA which has tie up with Oriental Insurance. Policy no.124500/48/2016/1708.as he had gone under coronary Disease treatment in Saifee hospital under care of Dr.Ajay Chaurasia from 28jul, to 31jul, 15 IP-no.5634427 Bed no-639. But in history it was mention Hypertension and diabetes was from 05 years.Due to this the claim was not settle by insurance company as the Policy was 4 years old. But later Hospital has issued a letter stating that it is since February, 2014.and stated that it was happen due to error.All document and Hospital letter was submitted to Raksha TPA. Since 5months is completing but no response from Oriental Insurance Company nor Raksha TPA. Raksha staff Mr.Yusuf Patel and Amit Hegde Address-Times square building Marol, Mumbai.And Orental insurance staff Mrs.Akshada Mukne address-Oriental House Churchgate, Mumbai who tell Raksha will re follow the case.But After re investigate also they are again telling In History Hypertension and Diabetes is from 05 years after submitting Hospital letter also .Every time they give different excuses after giving Full evidences .As I have borrow loan from relatives for my father treatment. Kindly look into the matter ASAP

                                  I had tried renewing my 2 wheeler Oriental insurance policy online on Sep 21. There was some problem with website and hence my policy was not renewed even though the amount got deducted from my bank account. I contacted the customer service and the concerned people. I was asked to renew the policy by visiting any of the office and assured refund of the amount which was deducted. Its almost 3 months now and I am not getting any response. On Dec 8th, they again asked me to provide the details of policy.

We have examined your issue in a length & found that the assessment which was made by final surveyor was over the amount which you have paid to dealer as well as outside due to wrongly addition of VAT amount whereas the prices of parts were including VAT, hence, your complete claim file was sent to our DO Vapi for necessary correction in the survey report from final surveyor, which is still awaited from them although we are regularly in touch with them for submission at the earliest.
