there is no net connection from d the last 15 days even after giving complain the problem is not resolved.

I had given my complain 15days ago but still the problem has not been resolved till now. Its really very frustrating with the worst service of ortel till now. Every time we give a complain we hear it will be resolved with 24hrs but its been 15 days there ni no solution to it. During the payment time full bill is being taken but sevice is worst. Why should i pay for such bad service rs 1100 every month when half of the timr there is no net....

Sir, my customer id is 1459099 in kasibugga, i took connection in june 2016, till that date they are not came to my house to receive bill payment. Every month i went to the office to pay the bill after disconnection. So many times i complained about this matter, but they don't react positively. When contacted over phone, one person say it will take 1 to 24 hours while the other person next day says it may take up to 48 hours or beyond. Wonder if there is any clarity on the subject by those appointed by ortel to receive complaints from costumers. Ortel is prompt is taking monthly payment but too poor in providing required services....

I was using cable tv from ortel (Cust no:994448) in dhenkanal i got shifted to cuttack (Chauliaganj) so i applied for the shifting in dhenkanal on 2/7/17 and applied for reconnecting on 6/7/17 by dipositing a transfer fee of 200 inr. But it's been almost two weeks since i applied for reconnecting and reconnection have not been done yet. The staffs of the company are very non cooperative. I have lodged a complain regarding the no signal issue of my broadband tv from 11.07.17, but till now it has not been solved. I have also wrote the matter to the appellate authority, nodal head, cuttack branch, but there was no response from them. When i call the company they told that you are not our customer....

Called the customer care several times since then and each time i am assured with sugar coated promises that some one will visit my premises shortly, even giving an imaginary time frame. But my issue is unresolved till now. Kindly ensure immediate restoration of tv services....

Very very very poor service

1-There is no value for commitment.
2-After one day of connection no employee bothered to receive a single call or call back.
3-Employee does not know how to connect the PC with Internet.
4-Commitment was 5mbps but I am not getting 100 kbps also.

No. Only got asdurance that the same will be rectified in half an hour... It has been more than 5 days... Still no rectified. Have lodged the complaint for the third time now.
Going to disconnect the service soon as the service is very pathetic.

They are not doing their work properly

In january 2017, I complained frequently to the ortel center in bhubaneswar that my internet speed is very poor. The customer care person told that there was no problem, they could fix it. But for two months they did not fix it
Even i told them please ask your technician to visit my place and fix the problem but noone come and it is not fixed. Now they ask for pay the bill otherwise they send a legal notice. What is going on there...

Hello i am a customer of ortel broadband connection. I connected my pc with broadband worth 600 per month. But the speed of bandwidth is very poor. While it fetching data only speed with 6-10 kb/s.
Many time when you have urgent work they disconnected the network.

While calling customer care only they give complain number and fake promises that we will short out your problem within 6-24 hour.

We have paid all dues.in the membership no. 01466772. But when we switch on the tv it shows a message to view ir subscribe the channel call customer care no. We have already subscribed... I have recently shifted to a new house in bhubaneswar.
I already had a cable connection in my previous house and when I shifted I paid the required amount fir installation a in ortel office.
I even called them multiple times. I made the payment on april month end and they have yet not fixed my ortel connction.I have called them everyday for around 15 days and still no one has come to install it .
It has been really harassing...

Ortel service is very very bad. Most of the times the set top box shows no signal or bad signal (mosaic and glitches) i have lodged complaints many times but they never resolved it.
Pls look after it.
Instead of paying money on time the service we are getting is worst.

Crappy service never choose Ortel

Ortel has only attractive plans on paper. But they neither have infrastructure nor customer service. I had horrible experience taking ortel. My parents told me, but i thought 5mbps is a good speed and let me take it.

I have been raising complains every day from the day i have taken connection. A new complain number is registered and the only answer i get from them is technical team will resolve it.
