I had given my complain 15days ago but still the problem has not been resolved till now. Its really very frustrating with the worst service of ortel till now. Every time we give a complain we hear it will be resolved with 24hrs but its been 15 days there ni no solution to it. During the payment time full bill is being taken but sevice is worst. Why should i pay for such bad service rs 1100 every month when half of the timr there is no net.

    Sir, my customer id is 1459099 in kasibugga, i took connection in june 2016, till that date they are not came to my house to receive bill payment. Every month i went to the office to pay the bill after disconnection. So many times i complained about this matter, but they don't react positively. To day i receive a message on my tv screen if you don't pay the bill today, the connect will disconnect. How many times will i go to your office to pay the monthly bill. I request you to do the necessary action.

      I am facing some issue regarding internet connectivity from last 7 days. I have been complaining them but they are not listening to me, i have no internet connection from last 7 days and even if i get connection for 2-3 hours in a day that too in a speed of 10-20kbps as my package is of 2mbps unlimited.

          When contacted over phone, one person say it will take 1 to 24 hours while the other person next day says it may take up to 48 hours or beyond. Wonder if there is any clarity on the subject by those appointed by ortel to receive complaints from costumers. Ortel is prompt is taking monthly payment but too poor in providing required services.

            I was using cable tv from ortel (Cust no:994448) in dhenkanal i got shifted to cuttack (Chauliaganj) so i applied for the shifting in dhenkanal on 2/7/17 and applied for reconnecting on 6/7/17 by dipositing a transfer fee of 200 inr. But it's been almost two weeks since i applied for reconnecting and reconnection have not been done yet. On 9th july a technician named ramesh came for connecting but he didn't give connection that day because of requirement of more cable, i enquired with him for connection several times but he always said higher official are not coming and then three days later switched off his phone. I called ortel helpline several times but nothing happened till date (17/7/17). When i shifted from dhenkanal ortel officials kept the advance money as due amount so my dues are also clear. So i can't understand where is the problem occuring. Please help me solve my problem.

              The staffs of the company are very non cooperative. I have lodged a complain regarding the no signal issue of my broadband tv from 11.07.17, but till now it has not been solved. I have also wrote the matter to the appellate authority, nodal head, cuttack branch, but there was no response from them. When i call the company they told that you are not our customer.

                Myself debabrata naik my member id 01230479. I had shifted my connection to new location then the cable man came and connected the modem and said the net link will come in 2 hours, i waited but the link didn't came. Then i call the customer care and given complain they even solving the problem closed the complain. Then i have gone to there office and told about the problem but they didn't have solve it is almost a week now till the link had not came. These people are careless and taking the customers seriously.

                  My set top box is apparently dysfunctional and i am not getting the tv service. I have lodged a complaint on 12.07.2017 morning. Called the customer care several times since then and each time i am assured with sugar coated promises that some one will visit my premises shortly, even giving an imaginary time frame. But my issue is unresolved till now. Kindly ensure immediate restoration of tv services.

                  Issue was resolved by me taking help of some one knowing the basics of set top box.No body attended.
                  Request ORTEL to at least value the customers who complain on their services. Casual replies to repeated requests only creates irritation.

                    1-There is no value for commitment.
                    2-After one day of connection no employee bothered to receive a single call or call back.
                    3-Employee does not know how to connect the PC with Internet.
                    4-Commitment was 5mbps but I am not getting 100 kbps also.
                    5-Customer care is not able to talk customer . They are just doing formalities with taking feedback.
                    6-If ortel is not able to give service please do not give commitment .

                      My self, binu patro. I have a connection of ortel tv.in a month minimun 20 days there is no signal error. After many complaints there is no improovements in the service. No attendent has also been provided to take up the problem. We have lodged many complaints but didnot get any service. But they take monthly charge as usual. Kindly solve the problem at the earliest.

                        Worst company... Took a new internet broadband plan... The internet was available for 4 days... After that no connection. Lodged a complained through customer care. No. Only got asdurance that the same will be rectified in half an hour... It has been more than 5 days... Still no rectified. The customer care has only a predefined script which they keep repeating like a parrot... Useless company...

                          I have complained multiple times at bhubaneswar office regarding my internet not working.
                          Two times the complaint was marked as rectified without any service.
                          Have lodged the complaint for the third time now.
                          Going to disconnect the service soon as the service is very pathetic.
                          No one from customer care responds properly.
                          Very disappointed with the service inspite of paying all money timely.

                            I Prasanta Chandra Behera, vide membership no.00656485 has given complaint on 28.05.2017 over phone regarding tv programme. In my tv no signal is coming and I am unable to see the important programme so far. In your local office at semiliguda, nobody is lifting the phone. How can I give complaint to the local office.                               In january 2017, I complained frequently to the ortel center in bhubaneswar that my internet speed is very poor. The customer care person told that there was no problem, they could fix it. But for two months they did not fix it
                              Even i told them please ask your technician to visit my place and fix the problem but noone come and it is not fixed. Now they ask for pay the bill otherwise they send a legal notice. What is going on there in this communication system

                                Hello i am a customer of ortel broadband connection. I connected my pc with broadband worth 600 per month. But the speed of bandwidth is very poor. While it fetching data only speed with 6-10 kb/s.
                                Many time when you have urgent work they disconnected the network.

                                While calling customer care only they give complain number and fake promises that we will short out your problem within 6-24 hour.

                                After that same case no internet and slow downloading speed.
                                To my other customer please don't make your connection with ortel.

                                  We have paid all dues.in the membership no. 01466772. But when we switch on the tv it shows a message to view ir subscribe the channel call customer care no. We have already subscribed... Kindly resolve the issues at the earliest. Always this peoblems arrises. No body in this company listens us. Although we paid the amount in time. This problem arrises all the time.

                                    I have recently shifted to a new house in bhubaneswar.
                                    I already had a cable connection in my previous house and when I shifted I paid the required amount fir installation a in ortel office.
                                    I even called them multiple times. I made the payment on april month end and they have yet not fixed my ortel connction.I have called them everyday for around 15 days and still no one has come to install it .
                                    It has been really harassing for me to do it time and again.
                                    Moreover the complaint no through which I have logged the complaint is in rectified status which is even worse, when they have not even come to install the connection.

                                    I have been really very disappointed with the service.

                                      Hello i am narayan chandra debnath from raipur chhattisgarh.
                                      My ortel digital member id no. is 0153154
                                      Ortel service is very very bad. Most of the times the set top box shows no signal or bad signal (mosaic and glitches) i have lodged complaints many times but they never resolved it.
                                      Pls look after it.
                                      Instead of paying money on time the service we are getting is worst.

                                        Ortel has only attractive plans on paper. But they neither have infrastructure nor customer service. I had horrible experience taking ortel. My parents told me, but i thought 5mbps is a good speed and let me take it.

                                        I have been raising complains every day from the day i have taken connection. A new complain number is registered and the only answer i get from them is technical team will resolve it.

                                        Astonishingly, the internet goes away from 5pm to next day 11am. Why should i pay 699 if i have to call them every day? Within 2 weeks, i have raised close to 10 complain numbers. I am sure the numbers will go on increasing.

                                        Highly unprofessional customer care executives. They talk on top of our voice, mute the phone and don't listen to our problems. I heard some ladies giggling with their colleagues by keeping aside their headsets while i was explaining my problem. They have the audacity to tell - our duty is to lodge a complain. Any other issue, you come and talk in office. They don't have a senior official to whom we can contact over phone. They dont have any point of escalation.

                                        How does it solve my purpose when i am daily raising complain. Sometimes their server is down. Sometimes, my modem is offline and at other times, i get less than 1 mbps even after taking 5 mbps connection.

                                        When i raised complains daily, at the 5th time, they have selectively allowed 5mbps for a particular website, i. E. Speedtest.net. So, when i browse that website to check my speed, i get 5mbps, but browsing all other websites and applications (Like email, skype) does not even connect properly. Even ping to google.com takes 332ms with 3 request timed out for every 4 pings. And then they say, check in speedtest.net you will see 5 mbps. They think we are it illiterate persons, and do not have the idea of proxy and qos and do not understand how they do this.

                                        I am thoroughly dissatisfied, frustrated and tired taking ortel as a service. I will never recommend to take ortel to anyone.

                                        We all are educated people, and don't mind paying 700 inr monthly. But we expect a consistent service and professional behaviour from customer care executives.
