abnormal delay in attending to the registered complaint.

During heavy rain with wind flow in the third week of may-2018 the ortel connectivity to our house was disrupted. Even after lodging a complain personally in the bharatia tower office, cuttack and lodging a complain through mob no: [protected] in ivr system on dt 04/6/2018 at 12:44 hrs the problem could not be attended up to dt 22/6/2018. Suddenly on dt 23/6/2018 a technician of ortel reported at 09:30 pm and rectified the defect at service...

very bad service of digital tv

broadband connection

My member No.01685240 for Broadband connection.situated at BRIT colony, Badagada, bhubaneswar near Bhaskareswar temple.on dtd.19.06.2018 last night the connecting cable from electricity pole to my house has been cut off and it was laid down on the ground.Now it is kept on the nearby pole with a disconnected condition.Hence my net connection is no more with my Broadband.plz.check.

unable to view sony network on ortel communication

Ortel communications, raipur are not broadcasting sony network for a very long time. Regular complaints are lodged but it is kept unresponsive. The excuse given by ortel executives are that payment of 8 crores are due for renewal of sony network and they are not willing to pay this amount. Such a disappointment. For their non payment of dues, conusmer are directly affected and unable to watch sony channels....

bad customer care

No signal in our tv...from last 3 days...i am complaint in customer care no. and they registered complaint...aftr that they didnt receive call...i was calling but options getting so late..and the date...they said thanks for calling ortel..and disconnected..our neighbours getting signal..but we dont getting tv signal...how u provide so much good customer care ...thank u.so much..u can continue ...and ur customers facing so much problems....

I have been complaining since the last 10 days about no broadband connectivity, but everytime this guys are giving fake assurance.
I have been to their nodal office as well, they also said they will look into this, but no steps have been take yet.

non-availability of tv channels

Cust no 977603. Ortel communication is not providing sony tv, package since long. Cwg games, nba games and now fifa world cup is denied to the customers besides entertainment deprive. While the amount for the package is charged from customer, then why these services are denied. If i may suggest, ortel network shall discontinue services in market so that customers can shift to other facilitators. Pse act expeditiously to retain your customer...

No signal display last 24 hours. Ortel complain number is not responding. When i have contacted sushant mechanic he told me don't contact me and request to complain in the office. I have tried many times but no body is responding my call. Sometimes the complain number is out of reachable. When it is rang nobody is responding. So kindly take necessary steps otherwise i will disconnect my connection as many times this happen....

shifting connection

This is just ridiculous for me to give again & again complain to care. The ortel people also dont respond to our complain. I am facing this problem for 1 month & getting assurance that problem will get solved. I[censored] ortel people & management dont know how to handle the customer properly. You should shut down the company & seat at ur hme no body will tell u such kind of thing....

no tv and internet signal

My customer no. Is 873016. I have lodged online complaint for the above since 21.05.2018. Your customer service person is regularly answering that we will send the technician within 24 hours. Since 72 hours have already passed, such type of bad service is not expected. Hence if you are not solving the complaint, better let us know, so that we can switch over to any other service....

I am complaining every day twice/thrice about this issue to ortel but they are just completely ignoring. Everytime they are saying we will follow up with the complaint but they are doing nothing.

Also they are generating false...

worst service for cable tv

It has been a common issue now where customer are facing no signal for good number of 10 days to 15 days in every month. Even after lodging a complaint the signal comes, but it doesn't stay stable. This has now been a practice to lodge a complain every now & then.

Even after requesting them (Number of times) to insure to come up with permanent solution, there is no outcome for the efforts made. Ortel has become one of the worst...

A boy was coming to collect monthly charges from my door. On 21st or 22nd of the same month. But in march and april 2018, i got disconnected on 16th of both months.
