During heavy rain with wind flow in the third week of may-2018 the ortel connectivity to our house was disrupted. Even after lodging a complain personally in the bharatia tower office, cuttack and lodging a complain through mob no: [protected] in ivr system on dt 04/6/2018 at 12:44 hrs the problem could not be attended up to dt 22/6/2018. Suddenly on dt 23/6/2018 a technician of ortel reported at 09:30 pm and rectified the defect at service connection take off point.
Such type of abnormal delay in attending to the complaint is not at all justified. The complaint lodged by the bonafide consumers should be attanded as quickly as possible.
Looking forward better service at all time in future.

    I am a customer of Ortel Communication Pvt. Ltd. & My Membership ID:677942.I have facing lot of problem about Digital Tv.I am complaint their customer service centre after sometime customer care tell your complaint already resolve but actually complaint not resolve.Please necessary action taken at your end due to long time suffered.I am paid monthly Rs.350/- but maximum time service not available.I am complaint their nodal officer bt my problem not resolved.

    Till date not received my complaint from Ortel & I am already harrassing their service.Ortel demand current month charges but I have not shown TV .

      My member No.01685240 for Broadband connection.situated at BRIT colony, Badagada, bhubaneswar near Bhaskareswar temple.on dtd.19.06.2018 last night the connecting cable from electricity pole to my house has been cut off and it was laid down on the ground.Now it is kept on the nearby pole with a disconnected condition.Hence my net connection is no more with my Broadband.plz.check.

      Till today no one has contacted or repaired the problem from Ortel communications.Since 10 days i have no network.Telephone complains also has been lodged.No response.Only getting complain nos. etc.No jobs done for my broadband connection.

      When ortel staff came for collecting money or bill inthe same day all sony channels gone missing and its 1 month and its not rectified yet .i contacted to customer care but they have no interest in my complain and they rejected my complain . please provide all sony channel back.
      No signal from last two days.we have already compained regardig this over phone but no body solve this matter.kindly solve as soon as possible.membership no.1526289

        Ortel communications, raipur are not broadcasting sony network for a very long time. Regular complaints are lodged but it is kept unresponsive. The excuse given by ortel executives are that payment of 8 crores are due for renewal of sony network and they are not willing to pay this amount. Such a disappointment. For their non payment of dues, conusmer are directly affected and unable to watch sony channels.

        We cannot see FIFA WORLD CUP 2018 it is giving in sony, setmax, tensports, ten1 and ten2 so requesting you to give us the same channels .my membership numbership no is 01139329
        My customer ID is 1313909. I have already complained about non availability of Sony channel and frequent no signal program. The authority neither reduced the price due to non availability of Sony channel nor taken any step to rectify frequent no signal no program of TV. So please disconnect the TV connection. No payment will be made in future.

          No signal in our tv...from last 3 days...i am complaint in customer care no. and they registered complaint...aftr that they didnt receive call...i was calling but options getting so late..and the date...they said thanks for calling ortel..and disconnected..our neighbours getting signal..but we dont getting tv signal...how u provide so much good customer care ...thank u.so much..u can continue ...and ur customers facing so much problems.

            For the last 3 months many channel are not coming even though i complain it so many times to the cable operator. But they (Cable operator) are saying that the channel will come after someday due to some problem the channels are not coming, but my question is for how long they will take to resolve problems.? Now the cable operator are saying that the charge increased due to gst. Even though we are giving so much money but then also we cannot see many channels. News channel such as ndtv the most important channel it is also not coming and many entertainment channels also are not coming. When set top box are not there means analog system then it is working well but now it is really in bad condition. Please kindly resolve the problem as soon as possible

              I have been complaining since the last 10 days about no broadband connectivity, but everytime this guys are giving fake assurance.
              I have been to their nodal office as well, they also said they will look into this, but no steps have been take yet.
              Complaining to their c. Care over phone is yet another disgusting thing one has to face. Everytime they have nothing but speak this irritating line "it will take 6-24 hour to resolve", even if its something minor. On top of that, it has now been around 10 days, i. E 240 hours, yet no resolution.
              I have no other option but to disconnect from their useless and 3rd grade services from this month only.

              I have taken ortel stunner plan i. E 2mbps plan (Cust-id:[protected]. The upload speed is however too horrible to speak. Results at speedtest.net show its around 0.1-0.2mbps (100-200 kbps hardly). If one tries to upload some files like a 3-5mb file with that speed, it doesn't even upload. It fails at 10-15% only. Its highly inconsistent.
              I complained it to them yesterday on facebook, they did something and now even the download speed has drastically dropped down to 0.5mbps. I asked them to check and improve the upload speeds, but these guys instead downgraded my download speed. But that's not all, on top of that, the modem now keeps on resetting itself every 10 minutes. So, using internet is not possible.
              I have had horrible experiences with ortel in the past and had disconnected it. This time they requested me to give them another chance and i agreed for re-connection, but its the same poor customer service till now.
              Once my subscription gets over, i will surely disconnect from their pathetic service.

                Cust no 977603. Ortel communication is not providing sony tv, package since long. Cwg games, nba games and now fifa world cup is denied to the customers besides entertainment deprive. While the amount for the package is charged from customer, then why these services are denied. If i may suggest, ortel network shall discontinue services in market so that customers can shift to other facilitators. Pse act expeditiously to retain your customer base.

                  Our ortel cable connection bearing consumer id 82246 has been miserably poor for last few days even after complains.in view of the same it was thought of cutting the connection completely and we were ready to surrender 2 no. Of set top boxes with accessories as soon as possible at ortel's nearest working office at rourkela. It was therefore requested to disconnect/cut the connection for the same customer id but no action has been initiated so far.
                  Serivice being very poor i am keeping a copy of this complaint which would help me in future if no action is being initiated soon.

                    No signal display last 24 hours. Ortel complain number is not responding. When i have contacted sushant mechanic he told me don't contact me and request to complain in the office. I have tried many times but no body is responding my call. Sometimes the complain number is out of reachable. When it is rang nobody is responding. So kindly take necessary steps otherwise i will disconnect my connection as many times this happen.

                      We have taken your home tv cable connection in jatni and last three days it shows no signal in our tv. We had given complaint in your customer care number 2 times but neither we get any solutions from your side nor any of your field support staff visited my house for solution. Then today i personally visited to your jatni office for solution & said my complain id & registration number. They told me that currently they going with shortage of staff, so they are not able to attend the complains immediately. Also i suggested them i will take your staff in my vehicle to my home (Which is 10mins away from your jatni office) & also i will drop him. Then they said by today 4 pm our field staff will solve your problem. Then at 5 pm i called again, when no one attend to solve the problem, they answered me in such a way like, ok some one will attend to solve the problem. Why i am writing this mail because if by tomorrow my complaint will not solve then i am going to quit my 2 cable connections of ortel and i will share your customer care service experience with all my friend, colleges, family etc.

                        The main service wire cable tied in between 2 electric poles came down since the supporting gi wire is broken and is obstructing us to come out from our gate.
                        Location is electric pole no.342 at sector-6, cda, cuttack (Plot no. D/1051 gate is obstructed). Side lane of damo's food junction.
                        Mr. Ashok behera, your bill collector, has been informed several times for the last 5 days. But no action has been taken. Please sort out our grievances in public interest, failing which we have to inform the local police station as well as cesu local je office to remove the wire by 7th june, 2018.

                            I am the complinant having consumer no.00231749 from puri. Your puri office management is very very worst. No one do their work in proper time. From the senior level to lower staff all are just passing their time without doing any thing. I requested and gave 200 rupees last saterday in puri office to shift my ortel connection to another place. They told me it took 3 to 4 days. But till today they are plying with me. So kindly take some stape urgently, oterwise i take the help of consumer court. Also i will send a letter directly to jagi mam.

                              This is just ridiculous for me to give again & again complain to care. The ortel people also dont respond to our complain. I am facing this problem for 1 month & getting assurance that problem will get solved. I[censored] ortel people & management dont know how to handle the customer properly. You should shut down the company & seat at ur hme no body will tell u such kind of thing.

                                My customer no. Is 873016. I have lodged online complaint for the above since 21.05.2018. Your customer service person is regularly answering that we will send the technician within 24 hours. Since 72 hours have already passed, such type of bad service is not expected. Hence if you are not solving the complaint, better let us know, so that we can switch over to any other service.

                                  I have a broadband connection with cust id: 1446266 from ortel communications. Iam getting trouble all the time with this broadband connection. The broadband was disconnected from 18th may and,
                                  I am complaining every day twice/thrice about this issue to ortel but they are just completely ignoring. Everytime they are saying we will follow up with the complaint but they are doing nothing.

                                  Also they are generating false bill every month.

                                    I am a customer of skyview/ ortel communications (Customer no.[protected]. Every month there is 5 to 10 days no signal. Despite of timely payment, i do not get value for my payment. This month (May 2018) there is no signal for last 10 days. I have made several complaints. Each time they say within 6-24 hours, we will solve the matter but nothing happens. There is no toll free number to contact them. Each time we contact ([protected]) we pay the telephone charges. Sometimes they just put the call on without any reply. Sometimes there is a pre-recorded voice which says'your call is very important' but noone attends the call and we have to bear the telephone charges.
                                    This organisation seems to cheat and harass its customers. So strong action should be taken against it.

                                    Not resolved yet. Customer care' claim is totally false. It seems these people are not getting salary for their work. So they have least botheration for the image of the organisation.
                                    How the issue is resolved, it is hard to digest. From 8th May there is no signal and every alternate day, a lady calls to know my feedback. Either the employee responsible is doing nothing or the company itself is a huge cheater organisation.
                                    Finally I have decided to surrender the connection. It is very difficult to deal with this company any more.
                                    Since I have paid for the month of May already, I want my money back. Kindly do the needful.
                                    After 24 hrs cable service not activated, service person not lifting phone call. Kindly provide a number who will provide service at emergency.

                                      It has been a common issue now where customer are facing no signal for good number of 10 days to 15 days in every month. Even after lodging a complaint the signal comes, but it doesn't stay stable. This has now been a practice to lodge a complain every now & then.

                                      Even after requesting them (Number of times) to insure to come up with permanent solution, there is no outcome for the efforts made. Ortel has become one of the worst service providers at today's date with zero customer satisfaction.

                                      Would like to request the existing customer to look for other professional cable service providers rather then staying up with ortel.

                                        A boy was coming to collect monthly charges from my door. On 21st or 22nd of the same month. But in march and april 2018, i got disconnected on 16th of both months. Yesterday i went to ortel office at 12.15pm and paid for april. They gave connection in the evening 5 pm for one hour. Again the connection had gone. I complained in the evening, but the gave connection today morning 10am. Again after 1 hour the connection have gone.
                                        My connection is 1mbps upload and 1 mbps download plan. But the uploading speed is zero. I am unable to upload my videos.

                                        The bill of may should be 117/- but it was found to be 149/- why? moreover do i need to pay the bill in advance? I had already paid for April -18 during installation in march -18. please clarify.
