Customer id[protected], name - sukanta kumar das, banamali colony, jatni.
We have taken your home tv cable connection in jatni and last three days it shows no signal in our tv. We had given complaint in your customer care number 2 times but neither we get any solutions from your side nor any of your field support staff visited my house for solution. Then today i personally visited to your jatni office for solution & said my complain id & registration number. They told me that currently they going with shortage of staff, so they are not able to attend the complains immediately. Also i suggested them i will take your staff in my vehicle to my home (Which is 10mins away from your jatni office) & also i will drop him. Then they said by today 4 pm our field staff will solve your problem. Then at 5 pm i called again, when no one attend to solve the problem, they answered me in such a way like, ok some one will attend to solve the problem. Why i am writing this mail because if by tomorrow my complaint will not solve then i am going to quit my 2 cable connections of ortel and i will share your customer care service experience with all my friend, colleges, family etc.

Updated by Rakesh6993 Issue not resolved, So i quit from ortel to another Company Cable TV connection.
