My consumer no is 1227019, given address shifting application from 17/03/2016 but till today the internet connection not given my new address. I have also deposited the security amount for re connection at the new address.

Its been more than a month i had called them around 20-25 times to check my network as it has been very slow. and whenever i call them either they put the call on hold or else they say it will be done by tomorrow but its been more than a month but they are not rectifying this problem. even though last month i paid them and asked them that i will not be paying the next month if they didn't rectify this problem. Ortel is the best example for worst internet provider. I used beam at hyderabad, airtel brodband at kolkata. But as i was new and i dont know which is the best net provider in bhubaneswar, blindly taken ortel connection. From the starting day ortel started troubling me, most of the time modem will be offline, if net is coming, you never ever expect such a slow internet.

I have taken skyview connection during 1990. My consumer number is 033646. Recently, the service has been upgraded to digital. Since upgradation, we are unable to get all the channels and whatever channels are coming, it is not coming throughout the day.

My modem is offline for last 3 days. I have complained with complain number 4080177 on 23rd Feb. At that time they said that they'll rectify the issue by 10AM next morning.
