Net connetion is not available since last 20days

Since last 20days my net connection is not available.I have registered my complain thrice at your call center but no body is responding.

I am totally fade up with the service giving by you people.

if possible pls disconnect the service permanently and return my security deposite.I have decided to file a consumer case.

    Its been more than a month i had called them around 20-25 times to check my network as it has been very slow. and whenever i call them either they put the call on hold or else they say it will be done by tomorrow but its been more than a month but they are not rectifying this problem. even though last month i paid them and asked them that i will not be paying the next month if they didn't rectify this problem. And i was flabbergasted that they still didn't care to rectify that problem. I did even told them that It's urgent as my online aspire exams are going on so i would be requiring proper internet connection. below are only 3 screenshot attached.

      Ortel is the best example for worst internet provider. I used beam at hyderabad, airtel brodband at kolkata. But as i was new and i dont know which is the best net provider in bhubaneswar, blindly taken ortel connection. From the starting day ortel started troubling me, most of the time modem will be offline, if net is coming, you never ever expect such a slow internet.
      I have been giving complaints every day, same day evening i used to get sms that 'your issue is resolved' but no resolution is provided. No technician came, no call back.
      Even ortel customer care is best worst customer support. The callers only know few words, "wait sir, it will be resolved by the end". Not more than that.
      Continuously 20 days i didn't receive net, daily complains, evening sms that it is resolved. They never respond to emails also, they have office number, but its rings on ring but no one will answer.
      Still i am facing same issue

        I have take a new combo connection from ortel. I have replace my airtel set up box with ortel. From the day one i'm facing problem with internet and also in tv channel. Repeatedly i had made complain, but all the time they message me that your problem resolved, where my problem is not rectified. I had made a complain last time since 5th march 2016, till today 8th mar 2016 it is not resolved. Every time they are telling it will be resolved shortly.

          My membership i'd is[protected]i took a new connection but already 9days are lapse but i complain 10 times to customer care but they are not resolve my problem..Iy is too disgustingwhich i have in my whole life i have never seen in any other broadband connections they told that your cable connection was weak we will send our technical support to your home but still my problem has not resolved...

            Hi All,

            My customer no is 512720, I have submitted all the relevant documents and broadband accessories. I have cleared my dues as well. But when I asked for the refund of my security deposit money they have taken at the beginning of connection they are saying that is not refundable after one year and it is being kept so that next time when you take connection again the modem will be provided for free. In this case I never want to take Ortel connection again but still they are not refunding money. No where in my whole connection period they told me that the securtiy deposit will not be refunded. And the same information also is not provided in there website.

            Could you please help me on this matter.

              I have taken skyview connection during 1990. My consumer number is 033646. Recently, the service has been upgraded to digital. Since upgradation, we are unable to get all the channels and whatever channels are coming, it is not coming throughout the day.
              If the service continues to be like this, I wish to close the connection and switch to Tata SKY or videocon.
              The persons receiving the complaint are not helpful and their reply is not satisfactory.
              Is there anyone who can look into the matter.
              This is the last opportunity given before closing the connection.

                Ortel Membership number[protected], The set top box is not working and I have been tired of calling customer care. Every time they say they will send the technical shortly. but it never happens. It has been a week now. They have an email address available in the web (ctc.[protected]@ortelgroup.com) which is not working. All the emails bounce. Pathetic customer care. Can someone please help resolve this issue?

                  Sir i am get ortel connection and timely paying monthly bill. But who comes to my home for billing he gives electronic bill for one month and after that he gives temporary bill. Now from last two month he is not in service he comes to my home for billing every month and ortel communication not inform me about that he is in service or not .
                  Last month bill 965 rupees 17-2-16 he is not submit my bill at office . When i am contact to the ortel office they tell me to give complain in police station . He is not in service their ortel staff also tell that he take money from many peoples and not submit yet .
                  Sir when i call he is not reply. His name is nirmal panda . His phone number is [protected] . He live near the puri ghat police station. Upper floor from aquarium house.

                    I have complain regarding my net offline since 14-feb-16, repeatedly i am follow up for target dte of resolv my complain, but till now no solution done by their team.My complain no is-i1601264.They have no target date for resolve the complain of customer.When i was calling their answar was by today night or by tomorrow it will be rectified.

                      Since last 5 days my modem is offline and if at all getting some slow browsing signal that is for a very limited time say 5/10 minutes. when I lodge a complain, complain gets registered but in the midnight I am getting an sms that your complain has been resolved. nobody actually visits nor any call is received regarding rectification of problem. their charter of duties says discounted bill will be charged if complain is not rectified for 24 hrs/72 hrs or so. but they charge full bill at the end of the month. it happened 4/5 times with me.

                          I have taken ortel connection since last 20 days, my membership no is 1342885, but till now i am not being able to use it due to slow connection, everyday i am calling the call center and giving 3-4 complains daily, still no body cares, no body is trying to solve the problem, i also called 30-40 times to their to technicians but they are not picking my call, when i called the person who has taken money from me for giving the connection (Mr Ranjit-[protected]) i told him if you cant give proper connection then refund my money then he scolded me using mother **** and sister ****, i have taken 1 mbps unlimited connection but i am getting 0.11mbps which is of no use, even i am not able to open any page, the ortel is a cheater company

                            My modem is offline for last 3 days. I have complained with complain number 4080177 on 23rd Feb. At that time they said that they'll rectify the issue by 10AM next morning. Then i again called them on 24th, 25th and 26th and no one is interested in solving my complain. Everytime people are saying that complain will be resolved.

                                Since last 10 days i have complained many time for modem offline.each time i complain they told it will be resolved within 24 hours.once i visited to their office also but still the result is same.as modem is offline but their data counter is still active.without any usage my data is still counting that i m using the internet.each time i call to their costumer care they picked of call after a long time and every body have the same reply, wait for 6-24 hours your complain will be resolved

                                    Sir i am regular user of ortel cable connection. On 20th feb-2016 i was provided with new setup box and i fulfilled all the criterias as per the noms. The salesman told me that within 2hrs your setup box will be activated. But till today ie 23th febit has not been activated. Sir what to do now ? some details for your knowledge ? The local salesman Switch off Bhubaneswar customercare- False commitment by your salesman gopalpur office - We cant say anything( Please dial after sometime) Sir i am wrong to choose your network

On 26th dec i was provided with new setup box and i fulfilled all the criterias as per the noms. The salesman told me that within 2hrs your setup box will be activated.                                       I m taking broadband connection from ortel group from 1 feb ...and from that day onwards my life gone miserable ...whenever i want to use internet there was no internet connectivity ..
                                      In starting days i complain customer care they rectify my problem but it takes time...
                                      But now since 10 feb they even not respond to my calls also ...even the person who r coming to take money they also not respond my call and msg ...
                                      I also email to nodal group and appellate but they didnt reply...
                                      I request you take action as soon as possible ...
                                      They are haressing me like anything

                                        Firstly I logged call on 03rd Jan regarding WIFI is not working problem.
                                        Answer from customer care our technical team will visit your work place in 24
                                        hour.there is no visit on that day but i got a message saying C3919355 problem has been resolved.
                                        Second time 03rd Jan i tried to call customer care regarding my internet
                                        problem
                                        our technical team will surely visit your work place in 24 hour & i am
                                        escalating the matter i got a message saying C3919639 problem has been resolved.


                                        Again i waited for 31st January 2016 nobody visited my premises, No Calls or no resolution
                                        after that i tried to call customer care
                                        First call customer care i explained my problem same answer i am escalated
                                        the matter you will surely get resolution i got a message saying C3964719 problem has been resolved.

                                        I am not understanding a simple thing nobody is coming to resolve the issue or calling for understanding the problem.but my problem getting resolved automatically in ortel system. i should guess either god is solving the issue automatically.

                                        Again i am highlighting the problem to you people either resolve the issue or disconnect my connection.
                                        My WIFI CONNECTION DESCRIPTION AUTOMATICALLY CHANGED IT TRANSFERRED TO UNSECURED MODE .

                                        MY WIFI OLD NETWORK WHICH IS SECURED ONE I CANNOT ABLE TO CONNECT IN THAT NETWORK.

                                        AFTER THAT ANY BODY FROM OUTSIDER COMING TO USE FREE INTERNET BELOW MY BUILDING.

                                        THEY MAY DO ANY SUSPICIOUS ACTIVITY BY CONNECTING TO THAT WIFI.

                                        I AM REQUESTING YOU KINDLY SEND A ENGINEER TO COME MAKE MY WIFI SECURE

                                        I would like to ask a small query if issue can be resolved by service engineer
                                        visit in 30 mins so why customer care has taken this much time. still it is not resolved.
