My membership number is 01373481 and I am a customer of Ortel Communications. From the morning of 18th August there is no internet at my home. I have called them a dozen times and tweeted them but they seem to have no eagerness in solving my problem. Their disdain for their customers is well known and they have a history of poor services and lax customer care. The government should fine them or shut down this company.

    1. No broadband service since last twelve days.
    2. Signal for digital tv is not available most of the times​ or else it is so poor that picture and sound get crumbled.
    3. Abrupt discontinuation of ajtak & sony group channels.
    4. There is no remedial action even after lodging repeated complaints with ortel customer care.

    All the above complaints need to be resolved immediately.

    Pending normalcy of full services​, there will not be bill payment.

      Redressal of following complaints are required immediately:-
      1. Ajtak & sony group of channels are abruptly discontinued since last four months.
      2. No broadband service since last ten days.
      3. Poor signals leading to tv pictures crumbled since last ten days.
      4.in addition to all the above mentioned complaints, no signal no tv display since last two days.
      There is no meaning to lodging complaints thru
      Ortel customer care.

        Followings are our complaints:-
        1. The Sony group channels e.g. Ajtak, Sony, Sony six, Sub TV etc are abruptly stopped since last four months. No action till date even after lodging complaints thru customer care.
        2. No broadband service since last ten days. No action till date even after lodging complaints thru customer care.
        3. TV pictures crumbled since last ten days. No action till date even after lodging complaints thru customer care.
        4. In continuation to the above problems there is no signal for any of the afore said services.

        Ortel should resolve the above issues immediately and should not ask for any bills payment till the continuous and quality service is restored.

          Is there any one for support???
          Can you extend validity in days for these???

          ... Not getting serv for last 25 days, it is ur problem i hv paid,
          Issue periods shuld be compensated by extending validity.

            I have complaint last six day and my customer id -1761775 but no have solution per day day fallow for technician but no any one coming, service center person say - kamini mam, divya, shyam so many person but no any person serious for customer satisfied and this is very poor service provide in bhubaneswar so how can manage other district i have daily 5 time call your center only one single reply technician coming give fake update daily basic how can continuous your service this type of response .

            Yesterday discuss your team for this problem and he will be send one technician no any one person coming. Today i am call to call center m/s anusaaya mam for helping purpose but not helping. I am many time try to discuss senior but he call disconnected why this type of service provide. Try to resolve today another disconnect my connection and submit my pending amount.

              My membership number 01802057. They are not providing any invoice and alert sms or mail for billing. On june 30th, they disconnect our internet service without any notification.
              I have paid rs.1900 through net banking and after 2 days they provide service. But after 1 months again same thing happened. Some customer care executive told me that you havnot paid for last 2 months, some executives told that you cant get invoice if you pay online.
              They are not using proper updation if you paid they said no, that simple means they are working in manual process. So guys i just request all of you please keep all invoice for future records, sometime they ask for payment which you paid for said amount.

              Dont take any broadband or tv cable connections from ortel communication.

                My membership number is 01373481 and i am a customer of ortel communications who has been dissatisfied with their services for a long time now. They have stopped broadcasting sony channels for more than 3 months now. And now i am facing a problem re: broadband that after evening, the net is down and the sites either wont open or are taking too long to load. I have already faced this problem in march and april and they took more than a month to solve my problem. So kindly look into this matter and help us poor customers because this company has a history of poor customer service.

                This company and their service is pathetic. All they care about is taking money from their customers. I am still facing problems in the evening and they are yet to do anything about it. Every now and then there is some problem with this company and the customers have to suffer because of their irresponsible and unprofessional attitude.

                Absolutely pathetic. Someone should file a case against this company and shut it down. They are yet to resolve it and have not even responded to my problem properly. This is what happens when greedy politicians get into business.

                I am not talking about those channels. Everyone knows your company has a dispute with Sony because you don't pay them money and these channels probably will never come on your network again I am talking about myi net problem which has been troubling me since 28th July. The sites are taking time to load or are not loading and showing error message. I have complained multiple times now and have changed my plan from Streak to Zest because I am tired of paying your company my hard-earned money. And mark my words, other customers will soon start disconnecting your services. If this problem is not resolved by this month, I wont pay my bill.

                    I am using ortel service and my internet is not working from 7 days. Its showing offline in my modem. I have called many times to customer care but till now no representative has come even if they don't have information why this problem is coming. Customer care person behavior is also not well they just ignore our complain.

                    Company is charging for provide service but they are not providing so why here is no law for get discount when we didn't get service for certain period.

                      Even after payment is done and so many complaints were made to Ortel wifi networks no one has come to check the connection. Since 14th July, we call them everyday 2-3 times per day but they don't take it seriously. We have some important work to do that can't be done without internet. And as payment is done, we cannot change our internet services. Please help us.

                        Since, last 10 days no signal is showing on the modem. While complaining the company is sayinf we will fix it and we will send technician but till now no technician has arrived. Please shortout it quickly, its very urgent. As I am a online worker.                               I have been reporting for No signal issue to Ortel communication from last 4 days and everytime they are saying we will fix it today and no one comes to fix the cable connection issue.

                              It is very disappointing for the customer that we have to keep following up on a daily basis and no one is concerned. They are so slow in their action and response .

                              It has been a daily basis issue. My cable connection issue is still to be fixed.

                                IT IS A MATTER OF DEEP REGRET AND UTMOST CONCERN THAT EVEN AFTER MULTIPLE FOLLOW UPS, CALLS AND COMPLAINS,
                                ORTEL COMMUNICATION IS NOT AT ALL RESPONDING TO MY ISSUE OR NEITHER REACHING OUT TO ME.
                                I HAVE REGISTERED MULTIPLE COMPLAINS AROUND 10 IN NO.S IN THE PAST 1 MONTH BUT MY ISSUE IS STILL NOT RESOLVED.
                                ORTEL COMMUNICATION ONLY REACH TO THEIR CUSTOMERS AT THE TIME OF PAYMENT OF BILL.

                                ORTEL COMMUNICATION neither have infrastructure nor customer service.
                                I had horrible experience with ORTEL COMMUNICATION.
                                I have been raising complains every day from the day.
                                A new complain number is registered and the only answer I get from them is technical team will reach out to you and resolve within 24 hrs.
                                Highly unprofessional customer care executives.
                                They talk on top of our voice, mute the phone and don't listen to our problems.
                                They dont have any point of escalation.
                                I am thoroughly dissatisfied, frustrated and tired taking ORTEL COMMUNICATION. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS TYPE OF SERVICE AND MAKE SURE TO REMOVE THIS FROM MY LOCALITY AREA ASAP.
                                We all are educated people, and its not funny paying 700 INR monthly to your account. But we expect a consistent service and responce from customer care executives and your Team.

                                  I have been a customer of Ortel Cable TV for last 12 years. However since last two and half years, the services are not up-to mark. Frequent signal problem, favorite channels off has made us thinking to change our subscriber ship. It's almost two months that SONY and all it's SONY ENTERTAINMENT'S other channels are not showing in Ortel cable network. I would like to know when these channels will show again. Should we go on paying the same amount though we cannot watch some channels ? My membership no, is 1349284

                                    Important point - first we clear the money to balances cable operators

                                      Hi, I am a consumer of ortel communication last 10 years. I have taken combo plan which worth of Rs. 600 per month. Last one month I was suffered slow browsing of internet I.e 15- 20 kbps. However ortel offered this plan to 3Mbps. When I am contact to customer care they were gives me false promises that the problem will be shotout within 12 to 24 hours. Result was zero in this matter.

                                      My Consumer I'd 00310830. I have facing problem last 3 months regarding very slow browsing.After 11 pm there is no network. I have complaint regarding this issue with customer care they were assure me for the solution within 48 hours. Neither the same is resolved nor they have communicate me.
                                      The service's provided by the ortel communications are not at all acceptable. This is concern about not showing any of Sony channel's. The sports channel's which contain FIFA world cup and India Vs england is not provided at all. This is a poor show from such a reputed channel company.
                                      For the last 5 days the cable has been disconnected to my house 7D-1310, Sector -9, CDA, Cuttack. Nobody is listening to the phone calls nor answering the complaint. This is becoming a habitual practice. Please do something. Resume the service at once. Deploy people soon to rectify the faults.

                                        Sir i am chhatrai majhi from shahdevkhunta, balasore. Yesterday from morning onward the cable service is not coming. Even now also it's not working so yesterday i had called the ortel communication customer care and registered one complain with 2386171.

                                        I want to know the status of it.
