no internet

My membership number is 01373481 and I am a customer of Ortel Communications. From the morning of 18th August there is no internet at my home. I have called them a dozen times and tweeted them but they seem to have no eagerness in solving my problem. Their disdain for their customers is well known and they have a history of poor services and lax customer care. The government should fine them or shut down this company....

1. No broadband service since last twelve days.
2. Signal for digital tv is not available most of the times or else it is so poor that picture and sound get crumbled.
3. Abrupt discontinuation of ajtak & sony group channels.
4. There is no remedial action even after lodging repeated complaints with ortel customer care.

All the above complaints need to be resolved immediately.

I have complaint last six day and my customer id -1761775 but no have solution per day day fallow for technician but no any one coming, service center person say - kamini mam, divya, shyam so many person but no any person serious for customer satisfied and this is very poor service provide in bhubaneswar so how can manage other district i have daily 5 time call your center only one single reply technician coming give fake update daily basic...

not getting invoice after online payment

My membership number 01802057. They are not providing any invoice and alert sms or mail for billing. On june 30th, they disconnect our internet service without any notification.
I have paid rs.1900 through net banking and after 2 days they provide service. But after 1 months again same thing happened. Some customer care executive told me that you havnot paid for last 2 months, some executives told that you cant get invoice if you pay...

broadband service poor

They have stopped broadcasting sony channels for more than 3 months now. And now i am facing a problem re: broadband that after evening, the net is down and the sites either wont open or are taking too long to load. I have already faced this problem in march and april and they took more than a month...

internet is not working since 7 days

I am using ortel service and my internet is not working from 7 days. Its showing offline in my modem. I have called many times to customer care but till now no representative has come even if they don't have information why this problem is coming. Customer care person behavior is also not well they just ignore our complain.

Company is charging for provide service but they are not providing so why here is no law for get discount...

no wifi service even after payment and complains.

Even after payment is done and so many complaints were made to Ortel wifi networks no one has come to check the connection. Since 14th July, we call them everyday 2-3 times per day but they don't take it seriously. We have some important work to do that can't be done without internet. And as payment is done, we cannot change our internet services. Please help us....

i had lodged a complain days back &several times remind the customer care regarding no signal.but they are opting a very callous attitude ¬ solving the no signal problem and only giving assurance of tomorrow.your customer care is not paying any attention to any grievance.

I have been reporting for No signal issue to Ortel communication from last 4 days and everytime they are saying we will fix it today and no one comes to fix the cable connection issue.

It is very disappointing for the customer that we have to keep following up on a daily basis and no one is concerned. They are so slow in their action and response .

I have been a customer of Ortel Cable TV for last 12 years. However since last two and half years, the services are not up-to mark. Frequent signal problem, favorite channels off has made us thinking to change our subscriber ship. It's almost two months that SONY and all it's SONY ENTERTAINMENT'S other channels are not showing in Ortel cable network. I would like to know when these channels will show again. Should we go on paying the same...

ortel broadband/modem offline last one month & slow browsing

Hi, I am a consumer of ortel communication last 10 years. I have taken combo plan which worth of Rs. 600 per month. Last one month I was suffered slow browsing of internet I.e 15- 20 kbps. However ortel offered this plan to 3Mbps. When I am contact to customer care they were gives me false promises that the problem will be shotout within 12 to 24 hours. Result was zero in this matter....
