I became a subscriber of ortel in the year 2006 and continuing to be so still with regular payment of monthly subscriptions; very often paying lump sum in advance. I have overpaid my this month's subscription also.br...

. No response we get when we call them and if they response, only false assurance we get. 1st we faced connection problems, now we are facing weak signal. no complete installation is done for a new connection

My costomer id 1740075, i have opt for the connection on 11 oct, they urge to pay installation amount of 1500. Technician visited and tried to make an installation but he walked away saying it will take 24 hrs for activation... But sorry to say no signal came after that. I have complained but technician are hard to come to install even if its a new connection, they dont have proper management even though i havr complained them numerous times...

inconsistent service and internet down

I haven't seen such a irresponsible isp like ortel. I am paying the bill online. Most of the time in a month there internet service down, even while lodging a complaint there software down. If you want to disconnect the service, you need to go down to there office to submit the device. I don't understand when i taken the connection, they came with device to my flat. I had to lodge several complaints to fix my internet issue, still no acknowledgement...

no signal since 7 days

My member id is 1687094. I have complained regarding no signal since 28th sep throught telecphone. They are saying they wil resolve in 24 hrs. But whenever i recal they register another complain nd say me to wait more 24 hrs.. Its since 7 days i have being continuesly complaing regarding this and no action is being taken from your side. I think its better to discontinue your service...

Hi,
As i have experienced with your organization, it is only worried with revenue collection instead of customer satisfaction. Last month my tv was defunct for 7 /9 days and still your executives remind about bills and now for last 3 days my internet and cable tv is not active bcoz of "no signal". And the service response is worst than hope.

No more words to express my feeling....

neither tv signal not internet is working

broadband connection - slow browsing issue

My money receipt number is 611189 and this was issued by a person who's name is mr. Aroop and he is an ortel agent and this money receipt is issued in favor of gurinder singh, address - 524 satya nagar bhubaneswar. I had ordered for broadband connection online and a agent came within 12 hours to my home. When being asked to install the broadband connection he told me that i have to make the full payment in cash and i did so on 20.07.2017...
