I am a subscriber of ortel broadband and TV combo plan. MEMBERSHIP No. 235162. I am not getting any internet service since 7 days. Almost everyday lodging a new complaint. But they are not taking any action or sending any technician. On the 7th day i.e. today i have already called the customer care thrice. They deliberately keep the phone ringing and don't attend the call. Even if they respond, their one constant assurance is, "sir, ur problem has been forwarded and held for follow up." At the end of the month it feels as if I'm paying for nothing. If there happens to be a problem, they should inform us. They don't do that. They haven't sent any technician after yesterday's complaint in which they assured a visit within 24 hours. The service is worst.

Complaint marked as Resolved No calls or emails so far. But they did take initiative by sending technicians thrice for sorting the problem. Finally in their third attempt the technicians found what was wrong and corrected it. The the internet is working fine. Hope it stays that way for long. Thank you consumercomplaints.in team for helping the event accelerate.
