No channel coming from last 7 days, and your service going down day by day. Only giving free channel s and no english movie channel coming permanently. Hindi movies all bhojpuris and worst channel s are coming. And for 250 per month your service is now worst, i m watching this month last if not satisfied will disconnect it service it's not worth for money u r taking.

    My membership number is 01373481 and i have already complained about my problem so many times. My first complaint was on 11th march about the fact that from evening onward the internet connection drops so that the sites won't open and i will get timeout messages or they will take minutes to open. Even after repeated complaints they are yet to resolve my problem permanently. Today is 11th april and i am facing this problem so much that i have to write this complaint by using jio data pack. Every time they say they have resolved my problem, i get uninterrupted internet for a day or two before i start facing this problem again. This is absolutely pathetic service from ortel.

    Today is 17th April and I am facing this problem again. Time-out messages and even the google pages are taking too long to respond. I am using my mobile data pack to write this complaint. I am really tired of their pathetic service.

      I took the connection on 15th 2018 of march stating that i need the speed of 5 mbps and submitted the money. But it took 5 straight days to get the 5 mbps speed. Then from 20th of march to 1st of april it ran flawless. Starting from 1st of april till now my net is not running at all but neither anyone responding the call nor anyone resolving the issue despite making several call to the customer care and local technician. Now they don't even pick my call. It is hardly 25 days since i took the connection but could use only 10 days. I am begging to the local technician please resolve the issue or cut my connection and refund my money, but all my effort going in vain.

      It seems like ortel communication doing is fraud business taking customer's money but not providing the service and harassing them.

      Please provide higher management's phone number to elaborate it.

      I have Paid 1230 Rs and i even begged them that, at least refund the rest of my money deducting for these many days (which technically i could not use). But they are not ready at all.

      Absolutely pathetic. My membership number is 01373481 and I have been facing this internet problem from 11th march. From evening onwards, the internet connection drops so that sites wont open or take too long to open or I will get timeout messages. I have complained to them so many times and yet they are yet to resolve the problem permanently. Today is 11th April and I am still facing this problem. This company knows how to harass people and take money from them. That's it.

I need immidiate refund or it will be better show that payment on payment history. Everytime you are giving us too many troubles, make it better.

          Dear Sir/Mem, parso sham se mera Modem offline hai. Maine [protected] is num pe apna complaint bhi dala par abhi tak net online nhi hua hai. Mai net bill samay par online payment kar deta hu.please Jaldi se jaldi yeh problem solve kare..aur net online kare.membership no:- 1097028
          I have paid two times of 428.40 but still it is showing bill 428.40 and our all channels are blocked please help
          The worst service I have seen is by Ortel. No Star channels are being broadcasted since last 90 days and there is no response from Customer care. Fully Faltu Service by Ortel in the region where their head quarters is present.

          The Chief Operating Person of this Company might be gaining a very good experience, by working for such a faltu company.

            Ortel communications is tarnishing its own brand image in odisha (Whatever it had already!!), we have ortel broadband connection for which we pay timely still they are so bad in addressing complaints that we wait days for the net to work if once the network runs out. They are not bothered to even resolve the issue as after several complaints also they keep on saying we will resolve it in no time...

            yes we are having network issues on daily basis...presently while i am writing i am sorry to say but am using VODAFONE 4G for seamless internet because guess what "ORTEL NETWORK IS OFFLINE!"...its a daily issue i mean we complain daily for no net...check our membership id[protected] records...there will be numerous amounts of complain daily...address the issues soon or lose a customer.
            My membership number is 01373481 and I have been facing the same problem for a long time now. Ortel Communications do not care about their customers. From evening onwards the net starts fluctuating so much that I have to rely on my jio data pack for internet. It is quite pathetic that the problem I had first registered on 11th march is yet to be resolved after almost a month.

              I have already complained about this problem of mine before and am updating it. I am a customer of ortel communications - my membership number is[protected] and have been availing their services for two years now and am sad to say that my experience has been extremely poor. Their customer services called me on 2nd april to tell me that my complaint has been resolved, and on 4th april, i am again facing the same problem, so that i have to write this complaint using my mobile data pack. This company has a history of neglecting their customers' grievances and have utter disdain for them. For the first four months of my internet services, the speed was so slow that even a google page would not open. And yet we would keep on paying our bills diligently, which we have always done without failure. They themselves don't pay the companies from which they buy channels and we have to suffer because they remove out favourite channels from the bouquet. But kindly look into this particular matter and help me. My first complaint was on 11th march. I have also uploaded a video to show you how long it takes to open a simple web-page.

                I am writing to inform you that my internet connection is not working due to modem reboot issue. I have been facing same issue for last 6 days and yet i have not get any fix for the reboot issue.

                Could you please take a look at this issue? I have raised complaint for the same many time but customer support is not providing any solution for the issue. Each time they are logging new complaints and automatically it gets fixed without any resolution to customer..

                Also technical support team is not coming to my home to resolve the issue, only they call ask for the issues and that set. When i call them they are not responding to call. Seem's like you are knowingly disconnecting the internet connection.

                If you are not able to provide service then please disconnect internet connection. I don't need this kind of poor service, where i have to call customer support each day, for the issue.

                  This is just pathetic. They had called me to say that they had resolved the problem on 2nd April, and the problem was, indeed, resolved. But after one day, we are back to square one. Today is 4th April, and again from 6 pm onward I am facing this problem so that I am forced to write this complaint by using by mobile data pack. Kindly look into this matter and ask this company to either solve their customers' problems or return the money they have paid last month. If this problem continues to bother me, I won't be paying this month's bill and won't be returning the modem.

                    Starting from the day of installation, the installation was delayed up to 10 days from the date of assurance and the broadcasting signal problem was very frequent. Even the disconnection of the service was very arduous. The most stressful was the respondents who were least helpful to the complains and to the service matter. I would remark ortel is the the worst cable service.

                    I concur that. My membership number is 01373481 and I have been facing problems for sometime now. The internet connection has been fluctuating from evening to morning since 11th march and they are yet to do anything. When I had first installed their internet almost two years ago, for the first four months the internet speed was so slow that even a google page would barely open. They have the worst customer service

                        I am one of the customer of ortel communication. Form past few weeks they are not providing service properly even after we are paying them in time. Most of the time they are not providing any channel at all and sometimes only 4 channels only comming. It's very frustrating because it is been continuously happening.

                            I called the customer care to book a new ortel connection & unfortunately that # took damn extra penny from my family. When i got to know i called that guy & said u have taken the wrong plan. It has been over 1 week by now and i have been constantly contacting the person, all i hear is excuses, unruly & unprofessional behaviour. Rubbish #. No need of your connection. I need each and every rupee back. I have the receipt.

                                Every night at 7 pm The internet connection drops off, Even after many complaints the operator does absolutely nothing about it. The man comes in the morning when the internet is coming but even after repeated Complaints that it is the night when the Internet goes off, We have no response From them.

                                  I am writing this mail in complete distress with the service provided by ortel communication.
                                  1. After applying and paying of amount on 2nd jan'18, i got the connection on 10th jan that is after lots false assurances and excuses.
                                  2. Though more than 72hours passed my internet connection not working and since then i called up more than 100 times and all that in vain except some vague assurances that it will be done at earliest.
                                  3. After writing to their appellate officer regarding this issue no resolution provided till now, rather they have harrassing me now more and misbehaving by their customer care executive.
                                  Hence, i request you to please look into the matter and resolve it immediately.

                                  They are not responding and not even bothered to resolve it. After 24hrs they are closing the complaint stating it is resolved which is actually false. Their customer care executives are also misbehaving and not giving the information correctly.

                                  Please take some serious action on this fraud company.

                                    Ortel deserves -5 (Minus five) star rating. No customer care, so much arrogance. They close complaints without attending to them. They explain that the address is wrong. But every month their people knock your door to collect bills. For nine days i am not getting service against consumer no 01218422 and nobody cares.in a span of 48 hours i have lodged complaints 16 times but each and every one was closed. Nobody cares to contact me. Even mails to head, customer care, nodal authority & appellate authority are not taken care of. They are harassing the consumers. They are violating norms fixed by trai. There should be extensive campaign against the company and the odisha government should be requested by the consumers to suspend the services provided to them forthwith. This company should not be allowed to work in odisha. Moreover, the consumers should initiate case against the company in consumer court. It is learnt that the employees of the company are yet to get their salary for nine months. They have accumulated these arrears over a period of 2/3 years and this is a regular process in the company. If you skip salary distribution for some months on the plea of shortfall of revenue it accumulates to big amount in arrears over a period of time. Obviously some employees can not bear it and leave the company. Again new people are recruited and they go away after facing the same situation. Obviously the company availed of the service of these people without paying any cost. I provide a list of docket nos against my complaints.

                                      I am availing ortel communication provided internet pack of rs 699.00 per month with a view to use the internet service for online examination purpose of my children.

                                      The network is not available since 14th december 9:30 pm and a complaint was registered (Complain for broad band service-2238683 and password-12158 (Customer id[protected] and a rigorous follow up was done from my end for online exam dated 11th dec.
                                      But neither of the local authority and customer care looked up to the matter and the service is out of order till now.

                                      Sir my line has been disconnected due to non payment but I'm already payment in the date of 03.01.2018. RS/- 285/-recipt no - B[protected]. My memberno[protected]. So Sir I already talk with your customer care office at bbsr but they have not respond. Sir I'm regular payment but why sir my line disconnected so sir I'm very disappointed.
