Dear sir

I have complain against ortel communication on behalf of deepak kumar dash, customer id:01242781, whose tv is showing no signal from past 15 days. I have already booked a complain at ortel communication but still getting no response. Many times i have called the local ortel cable operators but still they are not responding.
I have enclosed the money receipt of this month.

My cable TV connection complain not attended since 1 month . Complain lodged and talked with customer care representatives 43 times..they r telling will be resolved within 6 to 24 hrs. U have waited much just wait for another day. But no result.

    Sir my customer id is -754083, name - binaya kumar tripathy, mob no-[protected], place chakeisihani area, bhubaneswar, my tv was out of tv signal since yesterday evening, i keep quite with a hope that the problem will automatically solved, but the when the problem was not solved i have loged a complaint in your costomer care today morning no-4715623, since today morning, sir ur machanic informed me that he has come to my home to solve the problem, it was 12.30 pm, as i m staying alone, i was at my office, i told him that, i will b back from office at 5pm, u plz come at 5 pm, i am frequently calling in his no-[protected], he assured me that he will come and solve the problem, but till now is 9.30pm, no one come to solve the problem, i am harassed, i have given complaint 3 times but my problem is not yet solved,
    Sir my humble request that if my problem is not solved till tomorrow morning 8.30am, the same thing will be happened, i am going to my office at 8.30 am back at 6 pm. My request is plz disconnect my connection, so i am going to purchase disc tv subscription tomorrow, there is no need of ortel tv connection, my friends told me that ortel tv is not giving proper service to their customer, therefore downfall begins, with regards, vinay

      I am using broadband since 6months.I will suggest never trust to Ortel.They are cheaters, they do not hold their promises after sales. Recently I faced frequently restarting problem .I have complained for 10 days but their responce is zero. They don't care.Mainly Berhampur Ortel is giving pathetic service.I do have proofs of lodged complaints and ivr with customer care

      My broadband connection was disconnected since January 2017.But the bill for February is not applicable for myself. I have paid the bill for January 2017.Why I will pay for February with out any service. If it is compelling to pay the amount of February bill, I will be displeased and quit my connection.
      I am my march bill paid online 10/04/2017 my Ortel TV channel s are not coming sowing not bill paid please solved my problems

        I already inform to customer care physically at office in last December that I already replaced my cable TV with hathway & ortel care assured me that if it is disconnected before 25th then it’s ok.
        On 21st Jan 2017 I visited the koel nagar office, Rourkela to enquire about my status. The lady at the counter told me that it is still showing and you need to pay the bill, default by which you will get a legal notice. And you need to talk to the collection staff.
        When I entered the collection area asking for the status, the guy (I do not know his name) directly saying me that you need not worry, I already process the legal notice for you. At this moment I also got hyper and in the spur of the moment "nonsense" word slept from my mouth which is totally my mistake. Then the guy told me to meet him outside of the office or else he will show me who he is in the evening at my resident.

        1: now my question is am I a defaulter? If not while I am asking about disconnection procedure what is the meaning of terrifying me with a false legal notice?????

        2: what is the meaning of "meet me outside my office" & I will show you who i am at your resident in the evening"

        3: when I was informing the customer care at the office physically in the month of December, why she not told me to surrender my set top box????

        4: when I am installing the connection stb & broadband, I was informed that the amount is refundable, but now they are saying me that it was installation charges and non refundable. If you want refund then contact the guy who gave you connection. Is this the way you behave with your customer. Why should I contact that guy?? Is he my brother- in -law or what???

        5: I am a front office manager in a reputed hotel in rourkela & as a professional such behavior from ortel staff in totally unacceptable.

        6: last warning to ortel, legal notice is not a joke, so do not try to threat us with that procedure. If we the customer started to lodge legally then your whole team will search for your identity in odisha for your whole life.

        Now the reason I am posting this here.

        1: I cannot come down to your level to argue with you.

        2: I am staying with my family & I do not want any disturbance at my resident.

        3: I am again saying sorry for the only one word uttered “non sense" to your staff

        Very poorest service Ortel
        IN last 8days their is no signal in many times in the Prasantivihar; KIIT; Bhubaneswar area. But no repair work is done. So please rectify this problem ; if not kindly disconnect my connection and refund my money.

          My id cosumer no is 0685636, i have taken cable connection since 15 years. But unfortunately broadband connection is not working properly. I have complained 3 times in this month. There is no free complaining facility available. But still now i'am suffering. I think i'll find an alternate way if is not rectified as soon as possible. Thanking u.

            I want to inform.. That.. When i am using ortel brodband.., then i was not shown.. The data usage. But after..5 days.. I was shown.. My lastr 5 th day usage,... Its totally inconvienient.. I thought.. Nothing.. Is deducted.. And i am using... It yhinking.. That counter is not working... Bt it is totally... False... While giving.. Ney connection.. I was informed.. Some thing else and i am now.. Reciving.. Servic esomething.. Else... Now.. They will give extra bill which will force me to disconnec t net connection... So pls.. Resolve this

            I have been complaining since 11.3.2017 about the problem but nobody is attending to it.Such type of service is quite regrettable. Plesse rectify by 25.3.2017 else I shall disconnect.               My Name is shuvam amar kar.I took ortel broadband connection from last 6 month.But after 2 month i paid my bill and told them to deactivate my account.I met their main staff and told him to doactivate my account.They said they will deactivate my account next day.

              But after 3 months gone they came to our home and asking for money.They are saying your account has not deactivated yet.I told them that i have paid my all bills and told your main staff to deactivate it.But they said that you can deactivate your account by applying forms.I told them why you didn't tell me when i went to your office and told your staff to deactivate it.But they are not understanding.Please take quick action against them.

                June we did one re-connection and took one extra connection of cable for our 2nd TV and we did all payments. And for the 2nd TV connection they have not done the updates in there system. July month I paid double - 868.25 through online as they disconnected our connection. That month no one came for the collection and they nicely disconnected our cable line. The next day I went to Sec-19, Rourkela office and showed all the bills. The executive sitting over there checked everything and she told that Rs 422 extra money will be adjusted in the next month but till now that adjustment didn't happen. After that every month I will go to there office 3 4 times and they will say next month it will be adjusted but you pay the rent for this month now. The people over there so uncultured and pathetic. They seriously dont know how to behave with the customers. This month I went again the same thing the executive said pay this month rent next month it will be adjusted. I told her I cant pay as I dont have money. With full attitude she called her Boss who was sitting in the headoffice of Rourkela. She also started narrating the same story it will be adjusted next month but now you pay the rent for this month. I told her I dont have money. She told come to this office and show me all the bills and the transaction proof that you have done the online payment and then she will send an email to Bhubaneswar office and will get it fixed. But I denied to go as I have showed all the bills in this office and after checking only the executive over here told 422 extra amount has to be adjusted. She told OK. I asked her will you guys disconnect the cable she told NO. But today they have disconnected the cable. And if we call the Customer Care they told we dont know anything you go to office and check and disconnected the call. These people dont know how to speak with the customer. They misbehave like anything. Its really a pain now. Every month they will change the executives and I have to explain them everything from starting and in last they will tell next month it will be adjusted.

                Now how will I get my money back ?? Because of there mistake WHY we are suffering. Now they have disconnected the TV also.

                If this site is really very useful can you please help me out. Every month running after them is really annoying. Its really painful. Hope you guys will help me.

                I have been subscribed the English value pack of Rs 255..per month..but the ortel company taking Rs 270..Further the prescribed & specified channels in this package such as colors, life ok, comedy central, star sports 1&2 etc etc. .are not showing after lodged complaint several times. ..
                I have complained to ortel communication raipur (chhatisgarh), that my cable is not working from since 3-4 days, and my complain no is 1980730. its problem persist regularly.few days before i complain for signal is not coming, now again its not working.but my complain they are not solving.

                  My experience with ortel is very bad.
                  My ortel membership id is 01176632
                  On 12 Nov 2016 i closed ortel connection because of their third class services.
                  Before that i raised number of phone calls to them to repair internet their customer care told me that we are doing only.
                  At the time of closing connection they said that bill is already generated for current month so need to give them that month money also to close connection.
                  They are providing third class service Also they are not responding to customer complains. Only at month end they want money.
                  Please do something against them.
                  Why take taken money from me for this month as i am not able to use their internet from last month end.
                  I said him that i sent compain number of times but no received any feedback from your side.
                  They said i have no access to mail can not check your mails.
                  They taken current month money from me in free of cost. Please help me out.

                    I have enquired about my new Ortel Internet Connection today and in return the staff talked in a rude manner. I am working in a MNC company in Bhubaneswar and never expected such a rude attitude from the Ortel Staff. I know this complain of mine will not be entertain much but I will be logging this complain in a written note to the higher authority and would expect some action.
                    The Staff name is Bisho and his contact number is [protected].
                    I came to know that he is the lead in sales team but whoever it might be; one must not show such a rude attitude to the customers. I would like to have my advance money back from Ortel provided yesterday.

                      Hi,

                      I took a broadband connection from Ortel communications, and I paid 1700 for 3 months, I faced so many problems from starting only, please find below,

                      1) after taking connection it took 1 week to activate/to get Id for me.
                      2) Net speed was too slow.
                      3) when we tried to call them nobody responded properly.
                      4) if they pick the call also they say we will update your Id n they ll take Id number and wont do anything, finally we have unresolved problem.

                      Worst services, starting they promised 6 mbps now I'm not getting even 1 mbps. Sometimes Internet will stop working.

                      Called so many times but no reply from them if they pick also they say we will update and cut the call.

                      Please do the need full

                        I don't believe these guys... Frst of all frm the starting of the month of oct... I got ripped off of connection for four straight days... But after that, on 8.10.2016, the problem got solved... Without the technician help... So i guessed that maybe my problem was solved... But that day, the bill collector collected the rental frm us. The nxt day the connection returned to it's disconnected state... And after calling customer care, all they say is 'we'll solve your problem quickly and blah blah... I need to know my complaint status and resolve my problem within 4hrs...

                          We are the customer since last 15 years. Our customer no is 317550 and 726110 but we could not get signal of internet and tv in the month of august from 4/8 2016 to 19/08 2016 and also we did not get signal in the month of september mostly after 5 o clock evening to morning 7 am. And we are lodging the complains every day during that period..

                          Therefore i would like to request you kindly do the needful becoz we we are not using the period but the full bill came.. So request kindly adjust the bill amount and send the new bill subtracting the days which we have not received

                            Broadband not used due to my daughters half yearly examination with effect from 21/09/2016 to 27/09/2016. Unfortunately when i going to payment my dues rs.251.18 for the month of september, 2016 in online on 27/09/2016 at 11.00pm, i found against dated 26/09/2016 (38.27mb) and dated 27/09/2016 (11.14mb) are shown in my membership number without using the net by our side. Then i contacted regarding this matter of your organisation by toll free number, they suggested (Pravat ku. Mohanty & ashok kr. Behera) to complain in online. So, how the said mb display in the list of our membership login page. Please clarify it and rectified it.

                              I am not receiving the desired speed on my WiFi. The connection keeps on disconnecting and most of the time I get around a speed of 512 Kbps.

                              I have chosen 1 Mbps plan and now I am suffering. Such a poor customer service, the company responds to us by saying our complaint has been registered but they don't solve it. I feel like cheated.

                              Solve my Issue ASAP.

                                Sir i took ortel broadband service in balasore id no 989264 . The connection is restarting in every 5 minutes since[protected] morning and still the issue continuing. I tried to give complain in their customer care service but every time i call either they hung up on the phone or simply took the call and keep the receiver ideally without any conversation . They simply didn't listen to the what we say and they don't want to raise the ticket . I asked them to mention comment like engineer site visit needed but they never wrote it . So the engineer never visited and I am having lots of trouble.

                                Sir please raise the issue so that it can solve easily.

                                  I subscribed a Broadband connection Customer Id - 1224805 at Sambalpur, I am using it since last 8 months. I experienced that, most of the time the modem was offline after lodging a complain it was rectified after 6 to 7 days.

                                  This time the modem was offline since 01.09.2016 and lodge a complain in same day but no response till date. I called to there centralised office more than 40 times since last 7 days and also email has been sent to you since last 4 days no response has been received.

                                  Without providing the service, they are regularly raising the bills. and is not paid in due date disconnecting without considering the period which thay have not provided the service.

                                  The local office number displayed in the website are fake. if i called it will connecting some other person house also number provided to us for customer complained is fake.

                                    I strictly advice you all never opt for a connection from ortel communications ltd. Neither cable tv nor internet services. They won't provide all the tv channels and the modem they supply are the worst one even though you go for 2-3 changes of their supplied modem; the problem you face is still the same.

                                    Moreover, the word they give of the failure being rectified in 24hours is just to make customers fool. This is a regular practice to call them 2-3 times per day atleast spending rs10-15 approx for even 5days or more; but still no response.

                                    Finally you'll be fed-up. So better give away your thought of taking ortel connections and if you are using then disconnect it.

                                      Sir; i have message for change of my ortel broadband scheme to odisha standard plan on dated 7.9.2016 at about 8.40 am, but some one call to my mobile number at about 9.50 am and told that i am rahul kumar sharma and working in the ortel office at bhubaneswar, odisha, please give your 16 digit atm card number, i will update your new package plan, sir, due to ignorance and lack of knowledge i have given my debit atm card number and that fraud person withdrawal my rs.24000/-. sir i want to clarifay some points -
                                      1) how the other person know about my message detail.

                                      4) mobile sim location shown as bihar, jharkhanda telecommunication

                                        Pankajbasini bhal consumer no. 00254276 plan odisha starter offline since
                                        02.08.2016 .complaint not attended despite repeated reminders.reminded through customer care on 5.08.16, 12.08.16 and 19.08.16.complaints closed without solution or personal contact. No technician attends even if fresh complaint lodged vide no 4425201 dt 30.08.2016.if no solution provided within a week, then pl close the connection to avoid charging of further rental/fixed dues

                                        At the time of connection the speed was good but as the time passes away the speed is reduced very much...I complaint daily from 5-6 days but m not satisfy with speed...if it's not been solved then I have to change my connection..
