Why courier take so much time to deliver in Delhi address, your guys not delivering my courier and making excuses for address and contact number not there.

My company booked a courier for me from noida to delhi on 09.08.2016 and till now i dont have received my courier. And the socking is online status showing delivered on 17.08.2016. Now tell me whati do for this. If you dont help me i will go to consumer court for this.These documents are very useful for me.

I got my cheque book dispatch mail from HDFC on 12th Aug, with this courier, # [protected]. From then, till now, I haven’t received my cheque book, from this courier. They haven’t attempted for the delivery yet. From the past 11 days, tracking is showing it’s available in Madivala Hub.
When visited to their Madivala office to get the delivery, they told, they have directed to another branch and the tracking status is not up to date. It’s not available in their branch.
It’s such a non-sense courier, when online requests raised they never respond. When all the available phone no’s got through online is called, none of them picked the phone number. One time call is picked by no.[protected] and she told, she will get back to up after collecting the details on it within 0.5 hr. No call back is got on it and even I tried reaching it, nobody picked the call.

Definitely from the 11 days, cheque book in town and no delivery attempt, these peoples are born just to trouble peoples.

Hi i have sent a courier from hyderabad to lucknow on 11th of august but till now it is not delivered, it has reached to lucknow on 13th of august but your lucknow team is so pathetic that they didnt delivered till now and yesterday they have updated on website that address is unloactable and no phone. Number is given, daily on that lucknow address many courier are getting received but your team is not able to dleiver it really pathetic service. I submitted it on 17aug 2016 n was informed that it will reach by 20-21aug 2016.. Bt it haven't reached till now even.. N its 22aug'16... No response from customer service team even from bhopal n also from mumbai... No calls r being responded... Pathetic service from overnite express...

I was expecting this hdfcbank courier delivery from aug5th, it has been 13 days since i have been waiting, when i checked http://www.overnitenet.com/ webtracking it says address un locatable - no telephone given, i have given same contact address from window shopping & other stuffs[amazon, flipkart, banking] i have never faced any delivery issue with them.

I have contacted bangalore overnite customer & even madiwala overnite courier office both the numbers have not been answered & i have informed about this issue through mail, no response.

I personally request hdfcbank to send the couriers through someother good courier partner.

I have booked consignment containing rakhi from greater noida to bangalore and sasaram (Bihar) on dated 10.08.2016 but till date it has not been delivered. The consignment no is [protected] and [protected]

Yesterday whole day i followup with them calling corporate office delhi but they have not given correct picture. Even i called patna office and bangalore office on the no given by delhi office. Patna office picked up the phone and asked me to call after 30 min there after they did not picked up the phone. Bangalore office did not picked the phone after continuous ringing the mobile.

Lastly in the evening delhi office told me that they will revert back and update the status after 15 min but when they did not call i called back but they did not picked the phone.

Yesterday my whole day gone waste in following them but no result.

Even i twitted them. Write on the facebook (Today).

i am complaining on behalf of Bank of Baroda, khatauli, Muzarffarnagar Branch . The behavior of your delivery boy (Mr Ikram) is being a serious cause of concern for us. The manner in which he throws the courier on our desk is completely intolerable, he is always in haste and use to put the branch stamp on the delivery receipt by himself(not asking anyone).

we request you to kindly intervene and take appropriate action or change the delivery boy with immediate effect.

R/sir hello i booked a courier no:[protected] from myktsar 152026 on on 28/6/16 fors-1basement okhla industrial area phase 2 near by kalkaji depot new delhi 110020. After one month long period i havn't received it. It was my important dressed in that courier. Nobody is taking responsibility for it and also not giving back. Good morning, by this mail i want to say about your very poor service for courier delivery, i booked a courier no. [protected] from haridwar on 15th july 2016 for delhi najafgarh for my urgency because i supposed to receive it by max 19th july 2016, but its very bad decision of mine to choose your courier service because after 12 days long period i haven't receive it, and your tracking system shows delivered it on 22nd july, so this is totally failure services from company and it was my important document in that courier, nobody is taking responsibilities for it and also not giving proper response and your customer care is useless.
Kindly advice otherwise i will approach to consumer form for lack of your customer service toward citizens.

I have sent a courier through overnite express courier services with consignment number awb no. [protected] from indore to sidhi on 22 june 2016 and till date 26 july 2016 it has not been delivered. on contacting with the given address there was no proper response. one month is too late to deliverd any thing and now it's more then one month, plz help me.

Docket no. k[protected] booked on 4th july'16 at gurgaon for mumbai suburbs has still not been delivered to me at mumbai. today is already 14th july. 10 days past still the parcel is missin. till 10th july'16 it was visible in tracking stating out for delivery. now even the tracking says wrong docket number. on calling the call center at mumbai they only say that aaj delivery ho jayega. if you ask for an explanation they bang the phone down on your face. this is the worst courier ever found in india. i will personally advertise in facebook and other social sites, so that other customers are saved from such pathetic service. also a case will be filed in the consumer addressal forum.

I am about to delivery one parcel from overnite express indore to sidhi. It was despatched on 22 june. Today is 13th july, still i have not received it. My courier having very important documents. I called many times to them, they were not responding. Customer service is worst. After repeated calling, they are not answering. Please take necessary action against this courier company and cancel its registration.

I hadn't got received my consignment (documents) to my address till date. when i tracked the consignment awb no., it is showing that the consignment is delivered on 30th june 2016. but still till date i hadn't received it. why you people posting wrong updates, and not delivering the product fairly. also no call i got from the courier company regarding the consignment.

I can believe that you guys call your self overnight express, I have never seen a courier company as slow and as unprofessional as yours, my courier has reached Mumbai on 17th and is not yet delivered, I called up on your helpline no(landline no mentioned on website yesterday at 5pm and spoke to 2 ladies and I was told they will get it delivered yesterday itself, after an hour I tried to call landline 20-30 times and mobile no which someone switched off, pathetic service, because of the delay I am paying 400 rs extra as late fee to the bank guys, kindly get it delivered as soon as possible, extremely disappointed to choose you guys for this courier

I was supposed to receive a parcel that was booked on 8th June and till date, 15th June, they have not delivered the parcel to me. I tried reaching out to the their customer service and thier office at Vijayawada and Eluru and New Delhi, but no response. I sent them a email, but no response.

I am planning to take the matter to the district consumer forum for mental agony and deficiency in service.

I had send a courier threw overnight Express Limited as on 23/May/2016 with consignment note no. [protected] threw one of your dealer (MADHAV ELECTROSTAT & STATIONERS) from New Delhi (Dwarka Sector 19) to Faridabad.

Concern:
1. The package is undelivered within the time line.

2. I am still waiting for my undelivered package and your dealer is harassing me and not handed over yet. I went to your dealer lot of the time.

3. Please take it serious and take the necessary action to my concern Because there is an important documents and Demand Draft in that package.

And i don't think that the big company like overnight Express Limited Can cheat to customer like this.

Waiting for the reply till tomorrow otherwise i have to send a copy of this concern to Consumer court.

On 13.05.2016 i booked my passport in there priority service from delhi to chennai. When i was went on there reception, one man who was head standing there, he clearly told me that your passport will be delivered within 24hr under priority service and they charged 400/- for that, but another day till night it was not delivered even customer care also not given the good response, on 17.05.2016 my passport delivered, kindly refund my amount because my passport is delivered 17.05.2016 and total days 4-5 days it is normal delivery not priority
