I got duplicate receipt of my package cant track also but got photo of person from overnite express who sit in overnite office which has sent me this receipet and from seller i taken pen card numbers and adhar card photo as possible i can take and this fraud was on 20\02\2018 plz do something i will never do again and gyz agar tum sun rahe ho toh plz sath do toh hum sab sath hoke usko pakdad bi sakte hai okay gyz and his number is [protected] plz do something thankuh

Sir, i had purchased some books from icai which was delivered this afternoon. Howevee the delivery man sandeep jadhav refused to deliver the books at my house. He instead called me downstairs and handed over the books. His indisciplined and unruly behaviour annoyed me to the core. Please take necessary action against him. Thanks, pankaj mishra-[protected].

I prasanna kumar was submitted a complaint against overnight courier last 3days back, after all nobody give a satisfactory response. The documents sent from agra dhfl pramerica insurance company. It received at thiruvananthapuram hub on 27 jan. After 13days over and i didn't get any reply from your side neither overnight courier service.
Further what action to be taken myself, and what action should take from your side??.

Myself rajesh singh dhurve from jabalpur and i have not find a courier which is parcel to the rajesh singh dhurve at trimurti nagar jabalpur near deendayal bus stand by alok jaitawat from jaisalmer though the overnight international service adhar detais of sender[protected] name alok jaitawat dob-09/08/1992 sex - male mobile number [protected] send date 03/02/2018.

I prasanna kumar would like to submit a complaint against overnight courier service bcz they had not yet delivered my shipment after receiving it at thiruvananthapuram overnight hub on 27 jan. It was sent from agra. After 8days they didn't deliver my shipment, my contact details are already mentioned on my address. Neither they rang me nor are accepting my phone calls. That article is very important for my company. So i request you to take necessary action against the above mentioned courier service.

This is to inform you that someone has courier me a very important document through overnite express but till today i. E. 29.01.2018 i have not received the courier. This document is very important. Website of this company is not working and i am not able to track my courier.

I have booked a parcel through overnite express couriers from jagiroad branch dated[protected] and till today the parcel is not yet delivered, my consignment note number is *[protected]. It was an extreme emergency so we confirmed the time of delivery and the resource person committed for 48 hrs. Till date it's been 8 days and i do not have any news about my parcel. I called them several times but the customer care executive mr. Rahul, he told me that they will deilver when ever they want. So now i fill overnire express is the unfit to run logistics, every time they make a commitment for next day delivery and cut the line. My parcel contains temperature sensitive and it's very costly.

Please note that, i had dispatched some items from gurgaon dated 15.01.2018 and those items has not been delivered to the address yet. Please note that the consignment note number is [protected]. This is ridiculous. This is the kind of support you are providing to the customer. Hence forth i am not going to dispatch any items through this agency in near future.

One of the worst courier service I have seen. A document sent on 8th Jan from Delhi to Jaipur is still undelivered as of today. They have been assuring me that it will be delivered by evening for the last three consecutive days. They don't even have the complaint ticket no. So, everytime i call, they dont have a freaking clue about my previous complaint. And the same reply on every complaint. Non-delivery status not showing on the system.Really? what kind of a reply is that? its been more than a week. c'mon. #AWB [protected]

i'm Calling the customer care as i write this and my waiting time has reach 27:14 minutes.

Send a document by ICICi Bank.(AWB No:[protected] )on 09/01/2018 from Mumbai and on tracking found that it has reached Kochi on 10/01/2018.Not delivered yet.Not even a call.Not even picking the calls.Tried contacting from 11/01/2018.No response.Tried all 3 Land line number in ur website as well as 2 customer care Mob nos given.Really shameful attitude and service.

Sir i booked a document (Cn:[protected]) on 3rd jan 18 in chandigarh to adilabad, telangana, the booking office personal told me it will reach in 48hrs, but it took 10days (240hrs) to reach, that too complaining so many times to customer care & non of them were tried heart fully to find out or to trace out the parcel, is it justified? And i want to know why it took this much time please let me know.

On 16/12/17 i sent a courier from bangalore to address:
Jeremius barla, village gundu (Kiski road), po-hulhundu, distt ranchi, jharkhand-835221 (Mobile-[protected]). The consignment number was: 110005. I have two complaint as below:

1) the courier guy in ranchi is told that pin is not deliverable and refused to deliver the courier and asked recipient to come down to the office.

2) the courier had 4 items before dispatch. While receiving bag was in open condition and only 3 items was found.

Please look into the issue.

So it took me alot of time to get in contact with overnight express's here in mumbai, goregoan west, they never answer our phone calls. I'm complaining because this is the second time and not only that, it wasted my mom's money, time and effort too. When my sister got the parcel way back, it's been 3 days already, same city, 3 kms from mine, why am i not receiving?! And i know that the parcel has reached mumbai but they are delaying the delivery a little too much? How do we make this right, i decided to make a complaint because it was not right, comes under customers satisfaction and i'm not satisfied totally. You charge so much for parcels, you charge more when it's heavy. What are the pros for us?! #delivery is pathetic#

I regret to bring to your notice that your delivery service of courier at your branch office c-19/5 massod pur, vasant kunj is highly unsatisfactory. Important courier for me was dispatched from patna on 18/12/2017 and the same has not been delivered to me till now. On enquiry from your massoodpur office, to my horror i was intimated that my mob was not responding and hence the courier has been sent back. This is incorrect and misleading as my mob has been active all this time.
Neither the courier phoned me nor he came personally. Even if he came he did not care to leave his no or chit. Had he done this, i would have personally gone and collected.
This is a gross negligence of duty and careless attitude of your branch at masoodpur.

I have ordered materials from icai on 23rd november 2017 and they have delivered it to the trivandrum office of overnight express on 1st december 2017. But the material is not yet delivered to me ie even after 20 days. I have contacted the trivandrum office three times and they have told that they will supply the supply the books today itself. But i have not yet received the books and they are very poor in attending the calls.

dealer inform me after submit a complaint against booking and he told me that they cant delivered the courier.

why this booking accept by Overnite courier team?

and why no body inform me that delivered address is out of area from the courier.

who will be the responsible and courier dealer is not taking in professional way.

i called him 4-5 times every body way of taking very professional

The case of fraud on the behalf of showing overnite express recipet of sending i phone 6... The ad of iphone 6 is shown in olx.. And said that he was not in town send the courier money and left amount was send after being seen courier recipt. And my friend is in serious condition after accident so plz send money urgently. So cheated the amount of 4500.. And delivery is not received yet

I requested elivery status details to overnite express they registed a query and the no. Was [protected]. It was not resolved till.

When i contacted the chennai office phone no.[protected] on 4th & 5 th dec-2017 they said they will deliver on the same day but not received till 6 th dec-2017. When i called by phone today they are not responding. I kindly request to deliver the parcel immediately to the above adress.
